The disease caused by this virus is called Covid-19. One effort in the prevention of Covid-19's penis is to hold a health protocol and get clean life behavior and sehāt in everyday life. Market Ganesha is one of the traditional markets that functions for buying and selling facilities where many people gather so that it becomes a means of repentance of Covid-19 if the community is a PHB pedagang and not applied health protocols. From the results of the activity it was seen that the community was enthusiastic in participating in the socialization of PHBS and alternately to carry out glucose blood pressure. The target of this community service activity is the Posyandu Kutilang posyandu participants. Guidance and consultation was carried out by Lecturers and Students of the Department of Medical Records and Health Information at the Indonusa Polytechnic Surakarta when accompanying cadres of Posyandu Kutilang, Sukowiyono Village, Kec. Padas, Ngawi Regency in documenting the health history of toddler participants. The assistance provided includes how to fill out medical record forms for toddlers, what items must be filled in, and how to manage forms. Health checks are only recorded in the agenda book for elderly examinations belonging to the Mobile Puskesmas, so that the participants of Posyandu Kutilang, Sukowiyono Village, Kec. Padas, Kabupaten Ngawi cannot monitor the results of monthly health checks. Results of Assistance in Making Form Design and Recording Medical Records for Toddlers at Posyandu Kutilang, in the hall of Posyandu Kutilang, Sukowiyono Village, Kec. Padas, Ngawi Regency was attended by 11 people. Activities started according to the agreed schedule. The environmental problem that arises during the harvest season and from fruit that does not pass export is the waste of its skin, so it is necessary to make use of it so that it has economic value for the community. This study examines a community partnership model through community empowerment in the use of mangosteen peel waste as a substitute for functional food. This study is based on the Women Farmers Group with a descriptive qualitative approach, demonstrations and training on the development of functional food processed products and assistance. The results of the study show that people's understanding and insights have increased from 50% who don't know to 100% of participants who know and understand how to use mangosteen peel into food processing, partners are able to independently produce processed products based on mangosteen peel flour with a turnover of 16 jars per month. Technological innovation in processing mangosteen peel into food, motivates people to become new entrepreneurs, because the product is unique and healthy and has a selling value. (Nurrijal, 2009). According to WHO, ARTIs are the fourth of the 15 million causes of death each year. The number of each year the incidence of ARTIS in Indonesia is 150,000 cases, or it can be said that one person dies every 5 minutes. Activities carried out in the terrace/yard of the Tanjung Uban Health Center on Thursday, May 20, 2021, 15.30 16.00 WIB. The methods used are lectures and questions and answers. The activity was attended by 15 people representing the KB Village and Paya Lebar Village, Tanjung Uban Village. The people who attended the event were 100% mothers. With the big role of mothers in the household, it is hoped that the education delivered can benefit the village community and for the family in particular. In providing education, it is carried out using power points, flipcharts, and leaflets. The activity lasts for 30 minutes and conducts discussion and question and answer by presenters and participants who attend. According to Riset Kesehatan Dasar (2018 ), it shows that depression is the highest mental illness and there are 450,000 people who are people with severe mental disorders (ODGJ) who have an age range of 15-29 years. This study aims to see the communication made by survivor of mental health disorders in creating millennials to their closest people. The theory used in this research is Communication Privacy Management Theory (CPM) and Contructivism Theory. CPM theory explains how a person with a health disorder communicates mental illness by considering their personal information. Meanwhile, constructivism theory supports the CPM theory to explain how sufferers of mental health disorders choose the right diction so as not to cause wrong perceptions. Constructivism theory explains how a person constructs the message to be delivered. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with purposive sampling, which is to determine the information required by the researcher. The results of this study are each information that has rules for conveying privacy information to the closest person. The informants' trust with other people still have their privacy boundaries made based on gender, culture and context.
