Signal injection and signal release is performed by using microstrip transmission lines located on the substrate, on the opposite side from the resonators. Using 3D electrodynamic modeling software, we designed a band-pass filter on a substrate with dielectric permittivity ε=2.5 and thickness h= 1.5 mm. The center frequency of the filter is 1300 MHz, and the operating frequency band is 76 MHz. The design proposed has a compact size and occupies only 50×40 = 2000 mm2. The designed filter and optimized for the necessary parameters, such as minimum bandwidth loss and best matching - can be realized using traditional PCB manufacturing methods, since it has fully technologically realizable dimensions.","PeriodicalId":127240,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE East-West Design & Test Symposium (EWDTS)","volume":"370 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131646637","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

So using different cutouts on the radiating antenna strip, it is possible to lower its resonance frequency. In the process, the effect of square cuts and notches on the two opposite ends of the antenna was investigated. Electrodynamic analysis of the proposed antennas, showed that it is possible using simple cutouts, to significantly reduce the dimensions of the antennas. The larger the cut-out area, the more the resonance frequency decreases and, together with it, the dimensions of the antennas. Various cut-outs of a microscatter square radiator were investigated. The entire modeling process was implemented in Ansys HFSS.","PeriodicalId":127240,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE East-West Design & Test Symposium (EWDTS)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115135816","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Assuming that the car is moving rectilinearly along horizontal plane then speed vector of the car in projection onto plane of camera image gives the focus of expansion (FOE). Thereby, search of FOE allows to find two of three attachment parameters (pitch and yaw) and rotation around FOE determines third parameter (roll). In this paper, method of real-time FOE calculation is considered. Speed increasing of FOE calculations is achieved by video binarization and filtering of the reference points determining the optical flow.","PeriodicalId":127240,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE East-West Design & Test Symposium (EWDTS)","volume":"152 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133789655","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With modern large designs, detecting most issues at the level of the ATE is no longer a viable solution. Recent approaches rely on dedicated tools and flows prior to tester to validate test patterns, and reserve ATE to only screening real defect issues on the test-chip. This allows for early detection of successive and cumulative modeling and processing steps. In [1] we presented an original simulation-based patterns validation approach. A crucial step in that approach was the translation from cycle-based tester domain to an event-based simulation domain. This paper focuses on that part by presenting an approach for efficient and trustful translation of a STIL file to an equivalent HDL (Verilog) representation. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first paper that describes a full and detailed tester based language (STIL) to an HDL (Verilog) translation, thereby expressing fully and accurately the behavior of cycle based domain into an event-based environment. Such transformation allows porting the problem from tester domain to HDL and logic simulation domain, and exploiting their capabilities for sake of efficient validation, but also, debug, coverage and functional tests. The proposed approach is an industry proven methodology that was successfully implemented and exploited by an EDA tool [2] that is now used by several semiconductors companies for their daily pattern validation flows.","PeriodicalId":127240,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE East-West Design & Test Symposium (EWDTS)","volume":"145 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132184336","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Both internal device noise and external switching noise can be captured by the proposed approach. Jitter evaluation is provided by obtaining phase transfer functions (TF) from any circuit node to the PLL output. Unlike previous works explaining noise folding in PLL by sampling processes, this paper shows that spectrum aliasing in PLL blocks appears in both digital and analog PLL due to principal properties of Linear Periodically Time- Varying (LPTV) systems. Expressions for the evaluation TF of PLL blocks are presented. The PLL macromodel developed in the form of block diagram allowed the authors to derive the set of PLL TFs. Different approaches to the evaluation of the phase TF by additive TFs of electrical harmonics are discussed.","PeriodicalId":127240,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE East-West Design & Test Symposium (EWDTS)","volume":"111 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122039643","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
