The understanding of radicalism is an understanding that must be immediately overcome and avoided from students because it is contrary to the Islamic religion which is rahmatan lil 'alamin and not in accordance with the purpose of organizing Islamic education itself. The focus of the problem in this study is \"the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in preventing radicalism for students\". This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive-qualitative type of research. The subjects of his research were PAI teachers, principals and caregivers of Irsyadul Anam Islamic boarding schools as well as advisors at MTs Irsyadul Anam. Data analysis was carried out with interactive models from Miles and Huberman, namely, data condensation, display data, and conclusion drawing/verifications. The results showed that the role of PAI teachers in preventing radicalism for students at MTs Irsyadul Anam Kiyudan Selomartani Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta can be seen from three aspects, namely: (1) Delivery of Islamic Learning Materials. (2) Application of Learning Methods, and (3) Assistance in Extracurricular Activities. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dengan instrumen lembar observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, data empiris menunjukkan bahwa melalui workshop dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun soal PAI berbasis HOTS. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan rata-rata kompetensi guru dalam menyusun soal berbasis HOTS pada setiap siklusnya. Pada prasiklus nilai yang diperoleh guru dalah 65, kemudian meningkat pada siklus I dan II menjadi 71.6 dan 83.3. Dalam menyusun soal HOTS diukur dengan 5 indikator, masing-masing komponen mengalami peningkatan pada setiap siklus. Indikator menganalisis KD yang dapat dibuat soal-soal HOTS mengalami peningkatan dari 70 menjadi 76.7 pada siklus I dan 90 pada siklus II. Indikator menyusun kisi-kisi soal mengalami peningkatan dari prasiklus sebesar 66.7 menjadi 75 pada siklus I dan 85 pada siklus II. Indikator memilih stimulus yang menarik dan kontekstual mengalami peningkatan dari 61.7 pada prasiklus menjadi 68.3 pada siklus I dan 78.3 pada silus II. Indikator menulis butir soal sesuai dengan kisi-kisi mengalami peningkatan dari 63.3 pmenjdai 66.7 pada siklus I dan 76.7 pada siklus II. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa guru SKI di MTs Al Mawaddah menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif yang dikaitkan dengan pendekatan saintifik melalui proses diantaranya: (1) santri mengamati materi yang diberikan guru, (2) santri menanyakan hal yang tidak dipahami, (3) santri mengumpulkan informasi dari tugas yang diberikan guru secara berkelompok, (4) santri membuat kesimpulan dari informasi yang didiskusikan, (5) santri mengkomunikasikan atau mempresentasikan hasil diskusi kelompok di depan kelas. Faktor penghambar guru dalam mengelola kelas di MTs Al Mawaddah yaitu: (1) fasilitas kelas yang kurang lengkap, (2) kurangnya konsentrasi para santri atau santriwati dalam pembelajaran. Menganalisa data menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yakni berupa data-data yang tertulis atau wawancara secara lisan dari orang yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini (informan) serta perilaku yang diamati, sehinggga dalam hal ini penulis berupaya mengadakan penelitian yang bersifat menggambarkan secara menyeluruh. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif, dengan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada para pelaku UMKM, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive random sampling yang berjumlah sebanyak 30 responden. Data di proses melalui program SPSS 20.0 dengan teknis analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) berdasarkan uji regresi (uji t) secara parsial pada penyertaan modal ventura syariah terhadap pendapatan UMKM di kecamatan medan timur memberikan hasil sebesar 0,02<0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyertaan modal ventura syariah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM di kecamatan medan timur. Untuk itu hipotesis yang mengatakan penyertaan modal ventura syariah berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan UMKM di kecamatan medan timur dapat diterima. Serta berdasarkan Adjusted R Square adalah sebesar 0,255. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Penyertaan Modal Ventura Syariah berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pendapatan UMKM di kecamatan medan timur adalah sebesar 25%, sisanya 75% dipengaruhi variabel diluar model. 2) Adanya pengaruh signifikan penyertaan modal ventura syariah terhadap pendapatan UMKM di kecamatan medan timur. Dibuktikan dengan hasil uji regresi F (simultan) sebesar 0,002 dan nilai Fhitung 12,033 > Ftabel 3,34. Tubuh manusia bersifat material dan berasal dari sari pati tanah, sedangkan ruh manusia berasal dari substansi inmateri di alam gaib. Roh yang bersifat inmateri itu memiliki dua daya. Pertama, daya pikir yang disebut “aql” terkonsentrasi di otak (kepala). Kedua, daya rasa yang disebut hati, yang terpusat di dada. Jadi, daya pikir (‘aql) dan daya rasa (qalbu) keduanya bersifat immaterial karena merupakan substansi dari roh kemanusiaan. Aql bekerja dengan cara yang rumit melalui proses yang disebut berpikir. Pada saat yang sama, qalbu (hati) bekerja secara singkat dan langsung ketika sesuatu diputuskan/ditentukan. Islam mengakui bahwa akal merupakan alat atau sarana yang sangat penting bagi manusia. Tidak hanya sebagai alat untuk mengembangkan ilmu yang dibutuhkan manusia dalam kehidupan, akal juga merupakan salah satu prasyarat mutlak adanya taklif atau agama. Bahkan diakui bahwa akal merupakan sumber hukum Islam ketiga setelah al-Qur'an dan al-Hadits. Namun akal tidak dapat dijadikan sebagai faktor penentu, juga tidak dapat dilepaskan untuk menegakkan kebenaran tanpa tuntunan unsur-unsur lain yang juga diberikan kepada manusia, seperti rasa, iman (keyakinan) dan syariah (wahyu). Hal ini karena akal itu sendiri bersifat nisbi, sehingga pengamatan dan keputusannya tidak mutlak (relatif), dan ruang lingkupnya juga terbatas. Oleh karena itu akal harus selalu dibimbing/dikendalikan oleh qalbu sedemikian rupa agar tidak terperosok ke dalam jurang kesesatan. The research method is descriptive analysis, the sample is 25 teachers at SMP Negeri 45 Medan, Labuhan District. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and interviews. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that from the percentage data above, a conclusion can be drawn that the role of the school principal as a supervisor in improving work discipline is in the very effective category. The aspect of the school principal as a supervisor with a percentage value of 82.35% and the percentage of teacher work discipline is 69.5%. This shows that the role of the principal as a supervisor is very effective with an average overall percentage score of 78.68%, this means that supervision activities are very important to be carried out related to personal and professional improvement for teachers to be more disciplined. The researcher suggests holding training and knowledge of the duties and responsibilities of the teaching profession so that it is hoped that it will increase teacher awareness to prioritize work discipline behavior. Second, the principal's strategy in developing a religious culture at SMP Negeri 5 Medan through the management of the habit of praying together before studying at school is carried out by making plans, setting an example, participating in every activity, habituating, evaluating. The research method used was descriptive research. This research was conducted at UPT SMP Negeri 42 Medan, Medan Deli District. The time for carrying out the research was from January to March 2018. Data collection techniques were in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study showed that the strategy carried out by the principal in improving the performance of teachers at UPT SMP Negeri 42 Medan, Medan Deli District, can be seen from the aspects of planning, organizing, implementing and supervising the principal in improving teacher performance, namely through the principal's strategy in tying performance teachers make teachers there good, orderly and disciplined in carrying out their duties such as being absent, entering class, and the principal includes teachers in various education and training, activates the MGMP forum, provides the necessary facilities and supervises, encourages/directs it turns out to be effective. The managerial ability of the school principal in improving teacher performance is seen from the planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluation aspects that have been made by the school principal where the results have not been maximized. Managerial principals in improving teacher performance have been carried out as planned but the results have not been as expected.
