The crisis of understanding and inheritance of local cultural values among the younger generation is an important agenda that must be sought for a solution. Giving space for cultural knowledge and local wisdom in each segment of community life becomes an effort in order to maintain the existence of the nation's cultural values that are increasingly eroded. At present, film is not only an art and entertainment product that presents images and life text from the images of artists. Film has become one of the most effective media in conveying ideological messages, concept, and values. The existence of films in the millennial era has become an arena for young people to interact, socialize and even be an ideal life stereotype. This article discusses the process of internalizing cultural values that exist in Indonesia, through films based on several literary, biographical and historical texts. By using a cultural, media and text study approach to several Indonesian film works, it can be said that millennials more easily capture information and messages through audiovisual media such as films, which are then imitated and internalized in everyday life. The game's objective is to engage the players with multiple questions about life choices and involve in a dialogue. 'Fair Game?' is likely a suitable platform to mediate a dialogue through participation, utilizing a concept that individuals will be able to establish a connection to the rules of the game from their acquired knowledge of their own specific cultural setting, as well as forge each of their own agency in the game that is basically imitates and illustrates the life itself. The methodology used in generating this game is qualitative data through journal and article reading and testing on several game platforms. After the theory and concept are formulated, the game itself is formed to adapt the surroundings, especially the people who participates in it. The game's visualization imitates a traditional game like hopscotch, also combined with snakes and ladders to illustrates about agency. This research used product-based method. The efforts on randai’s theoretical comprehension and technical development are currently brightened up, both by the Minangkabau artists or cultural experts, or even non-Minangkabau artists. Creativity is a must if randai wants to be preserved within the always-developing Minangkabau society. Nowadays, the performance of randai in Minangkabau is only suitable for men and considered not appropriate for women. As the consequence, Minangkabau artists and cultural experts do not justify the women to be involved as randai performer, especially as the galombang player. Addressing to this issue, the development of women’s randai was seen to be important by exploring all artistic aspects of randai that are suitable for Minangkabau women. This randai development used the concept of art as the valuable experience that came from creative imagination. This article aims to describe the difference of keroncong singing styles between two famous keroncong singers, Tuti Maryati and Sundari Soekoco. It can be used as a reference for beginner keroncong singers. The method used was document analysis and literature review that serves to describe the singing style. The results of this study show that each singer has their characteristics in singing keroncong songs. The amount of ornaments used by Tuti is fewer than Sundari's. But Tuti was more creative because she used different ornament while the same word was repeated. Otherwise Sundari tend to repeat the same ornament for the same word. This humanist novel is also adapted by Faiza Marzuki into theatre play script entitled “Nyai Ontosoroh”. Feminism issues are presented in the acts by showing the character of Nyai as a strong figure in the context of gender equalities. Her efforts in managing house, and the administration are not appreciated at all by the Dutch law. She does not even have the right to fight for her children. The adaptation process from the novel into a play script and a theatre performance can take place either intrinsically (physical form) or extrinsically (mental form) through creative process realized in theatre expression. The adaptation process’ Pavis can be conducted by: 1. Reposition the work from one genre to another; 2. Change the literature text into performance (dramaturgy); 3. Translate the text adjusted and loyal to the source text. The article is written based on the experience and practice in the creative process; the analysis of the novel into adaptation process in the play script (re-thinking) becomes a form of performance (dramaturgy). The local people call it wood Gamelan because at first glance the shape of the instrument is almost like Javanese Gamelan Ageng. Glundeng staging in the totta'an dhereh tradition is held by the local community as a form of gratitude to God Almighty for the abundance of fortune given to the farmers. The purpose of this research is to find out how the form of the Glundeng Gamelan performance in the totta'an dhereh tradition in Bondowoso. The research paradigm uses a qualitative, descriptive analysis method. Data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that Glundeng's performance was a form of folk art performance as a means of entertainment. Glundeng music performances are held routinely once a year in November. In presenting Glundeng music there are no special rituals or readings when going to play Glundeng. The repertoire of songs presented in the Glundeng music performance is Madura regional songs such as Tanduk Majeng, pajjar laggu, olle ollang, gei' bintang and other songs. The rhythm (wirama) pattern used in the glundeng gamelan is sedheng and seseg. The paradigm used in this paper is descriptive qualitative with ethno choreology approach. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews, and study documentation. As a teacher of cultural arts, especially dance skills in the field of practice are needed, because learning in dance is not just discussing theory yet also improvement the kinesthetic work. Training becomes an alternative choice for teachers to develop themselves to become a professional teacher. Bentang Banten dance is chosen by researchers as a teaching material strategy that can be done in formal education or studios, because the Bentang Banten dance has several aspects that support the readiness of teaching. Bentang Banten dance is a dance creation, created from the birth of Banten history which is illustrated by its simplicity in the aspect of its movement which is seen from the minimalist movement which contained in Bentang Banten dance, but still accentuates the silat movement that characterized Banten province, namely “ jawara ”. This study reveals how the tagline of KPU of West Java Province in 2018 simultaneous Pilkada, “Pilgub Jabar SEMARAK, Pilkada Serentak GEMBIRA” is represented in Longser West Java traditional theatre. The data are obtained from the event of Pasanggiri Longser held by West Java KPU in collaboration with ISBI Bandung. There are 11 groups of traditional theatre in West Java participating in the prize contest. The data are analyzed by employing the model of Circuit of Culture comprising five moments, production, consumption, representation, identity, and regulation. The result shows that the main characteristics of Longser as traditional theatre which is intimate with the audience enable the performance to be significantly cheerful. During the performance, the audience keep interupting responding the events on the stage showing that they are involved in them. Moreover, the traditional language used in the traditional theatre performance allows the message of the performance to be received more communicatively by the audience.
