The CNFET is built in SPICE using Wong and Deng's well-known model. The chaotic circuit is composed of a nonlinear circuit that creates an adjustable chaos map, two sample and hold cells for capture and delay functions, and a voltage shifter that works as a buffer and adjusts the output voltage for feedback. The operation of the chaotic circuit was verified via time series and power spectra in the SPICE with a supply voltage of 0.9 V and a frequency of 20 kHz conditions. The CNT-based chaotic circuit design is better at thermal reliability and power consumption in comparing with presented MOS-based design making it suitable for systems where many chaos-signal generators are required on a single chip.","PeriodicalId":124509,"journal":{"name":"2013 IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Communication and Computing (ICSPCC 2013)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130774150","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the help of encounter records, the broadcast is mainly restricted in the direction to destination node predicted by searching the node more recently encountered it. The forwarding probability is set dynamically based on the density of the nodes encountered destination. A consensus algorithm is used to control the traffic lights. The traffic lights can cooperatively manage the traffic flow among the whole traffic network. The system aims to average the traffic flow and force the road resources to reach maximum usage around the whole network. As a decentralized system, consensus based traffic management system has no central control. Intelligent traffic lights are located around the whole network. We will prove system stability with control theory. A realistic simulation platform will be built to test the system performance. According to the pupil pixel features in the context of infrared corneal reflection, taking advantage of two-dimensional Hough Transform, combining the edge gradient direction and a fixed range of discrete pupil radius, this algorithm counts parameter space discrete transform points to locate pupil center. It effectively filters out noise, reduces the discrete transform point statistics and calculates pupil's parameters. This paper designs the system of time control focus and target localization based on combined underwater plasma sound source. The simulation of combined underwater plasma sound source's focus gain and related characteristics is conducted. The location for the remote target can be realized through echo detection, when the high pressured pulse waves can not damage or disturb it. An active localization model is established, in which the pulse signal is used as the active signal. Finally, the signals received by the 11-element broadside array and the broadside three sub-arrays are processed. The performance of the active locating by plasma sound source is analysed.","PeriodicalId":124509,"journal":{"name":"2013 IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Communication and Computing (ICSPCC 2013)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128433870","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The idea is based on that the variance of the noise can be estimated easily, thus the restored image should satisfy the Morozov discrepancy principle. We developed an iterative scheme to solve the color total variation (CTV) minimization problem, where the CTV norm is represented by the dual formulation and the proximal point method was applied to find a solution. During the iteration, the regularization parameter is automatically adjusted to guarantee the restored image satisfying the discrepancy principle. Numerical experiments are reported in the paper.","PeriodicalId":124509,"journal":{"name":"2013 IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Communication and Computing (ICSPCC 2013)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134196159","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we propose a novel scheme for recognizing human daily activity by fusing multiple wearable sensors, i.e., accelerometer and multi-lead ECG. Firstly, both time and frequency domain features are extracted from raw sensor data. In order to alleviate the computation complexity of subsequent process, the dimensions of feature vectors would be sharply reduced by performing linear discriminant analysis (LDA). Then, the reduced feature vectors are classified by relevance vector machines (RVM). Finally, considering different sensors and leads would provide complementary information about the human activity, the individual classification results are fused at the decision level to improve the overall recognition performance. Experimental results show that if seven leads of ECG and accelerometer are fused, we can even achieve recognition accuracy as high as 99.57%. Furthermore, the proposed scheme has great potential in real-time applications due to its strong ability in feature dimensionality reduction, simple classifier structure, and perfect recognition performance.","PeriodicalId":124509,"journal":{"name":"2013 IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Communication and Computing (ICSPCC 2013)","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133535684","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

According to the characteristics of uplink transmission, we find it is a good choice to solve the multiple DFOs problem in the spatial-domain. The proposed scheme consists of a mobile relay station (MRS) between the base station (BS) and the mobile terminal (MT). The MRS is immobile respect to the MT, and hence the DFOs are only generated between the MRS and the BS. The MRS uses an antenna array to transmit signals through different paths. The DFOs are estimated during the downlink, and the DFO for each path is separately compensated before the particular transmit beamforming for this path. Therefore, all the signals in different paths are superimposed at the BS without DFO, and the BS does not have to be changed in this case of high-mobility scenarios. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified by simulations.","PeriodicalId":124509,"journal":{"name":"2013 IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Communication and Computing (ICSPCC 2013)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133357809","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
