Carroll's fairy tale \"Alice in Wonderland\" is analyzed in the article in two aspects: in the context of the meaning of the translation made at the early stage of Nabokov's creative evolution, in the writer's work, as well as in the aspect of translation features aimed at russifying the original, which make it possible to identify the translation as free. Through a comparative analysis of the translated work \"Anya in Wonderland\" with later Russian-language novels (\"Invitation to Execution\", \"Gift\"), as well as the writer's English-language works (\"Lolita\", \"Ada\"), the author of the article comes to the conclusion about the heroine's identity Anya's translated fairy tale to Nabokov's heroes in the aspect of their search for an artistic world corresponding to their inner content.","PeriodicalId":124068,"journal":{"name":"KANT Social Sciences & Humanities","volume":"96 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121476206","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The essential compulsion at the heart of protest, however, is conventionally not recognised for what it is: solidarity with those suffering injustices. Despite this overabundance of discourses, it often remains unclear what protest, at heart, constitutes. That is, what are we talking about when we talk about protest, and why does this question matter? In this paper I consider the constituent parts of protest formation in the abstract, including grievances, gestures, and tactics, among other. Developing these constituent parts reveals protest to be, first and foremost, a manifestation of a nonhegemonic ethical commitment to justice, requiring courage and coordination, and whose outcome is always contingent, that is, an act of love. I also reflect on the nature of protest as a direct political action that sits on a continuum that ranges from opposition politics to civil war. This continuum offers a graded view ranking expressions of discontent by severity of outcome.","PeriodicalId":124068,"journal":{"name":"KANT Social Sciences & Humanities","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133815942","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The analysis is interdisciplinary and methodological in nature. The main purpose of the article is to show examples of fundamental changes and the communicative nature of museum forms, dictated by the massization of museums, which changed the quantitative and qualitative composition of the public. According to the author, the museum includes directing and design necessary for communication with the mass audience. In this aspect, the article analyzes the exposition principles of two museums located in different countries. The philosophical foundations of one of the most authoritative museum centers in Europe: the \"House of German History\" in Bonn are presented in the most detailed way. Noting the integrity of the exhibition in the \"House of German History\", the author identifies several key principles of the museum exhibition: including:\"museum drama\", \"path\", \"local space\" (chronotope). These staging techniques are comparable to the \"Yeltsin Center\": the path through 7 rooms is the basis of the exhibition. \"Problem Rooms\" and the chronotope \"Paths\" form a common dramatic concept. The scientific novelty of the article also lies in the substantiation of the connection between the museum's drama and mass character. The flow of visitors could not but influence the choice of techniques that are easily read by the mass audience.","PeriodicalId":124068,"journal":{"name":"KANT Social Sciences & Humanities","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129236244","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is shown that the policy of creating a mass atheist movement, declared by the Bolsheviks as large-scale, in practice in the period under study turned out to be much more modest in its results. Real politics sometimes took place outside the activities of the \"Union of Militant Atheists\". It is shown that the relations of state and party bodies with religious organizations at the regional level in the 1920s carried characteristic features inherent in \"church politics\" in the whole country.","PeriodicalId":124068,"journal":{"name":"KANT Social Sciences & Humanities","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132557116","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its main object is to determine the ontological status of war and the connection between strategies of armed conflict prevention and the way this status is understood. If to overcome metaphysics we need to reconsider its basis then maybe a similar strategy should be applied in order to overcome war. The source of war is understood here not only in temporal terms, but also as its essence – the ontological basis. The first part of the article invokes several conceptions from the twentieth century (that, of course, refer to much older texts), according to which, war was to be overcome by variously understood progress. In those conceptions, as well as in the critical approaches from the beginning of the 21st century, war is treated as an event, a state of affairs. In the next part of my paper, based on Margaret Mead's anthropological diagnosis, I propound a conception of war as an invention, and therefore – technology. The issue of war is further considered in the context of the twentieth century philosophy of technology. A thesis is put forward according to which understanding the influence of techne of war over episteme should be the essence of thinking of war prevention. In this study, war is treated as a technology that determines perception. For critical reflection upon war, I use twentieth century philosophical conceptions linking technology with cognitive processes, especially those formulated by Martin Heidegger and Marshall McLuhan.\u0000Woniak A. wiat czy wydarzenie? In this regard, the topic of the study is the study of the possible consequences of this innovation and the attitude of young people to them. Within the framework of the study of bloggers and their possible professionalization, approaches to blogging are determined, factors, conditions and attitudes to this phenomenon as a labor activity are identified.
