This study conducts an empirical study using the questionnaire survey method. Data will be collected from a convenience sample of respondents who will have the purchase experience of Acer products. The fixed asset investment is an important part of investment and plays an important role in the economic and social development of a country. This paper used ARIMA model to conduct an in-depth analysis of the total investment in fixed assets of Jinan City, China from 1978 to 2017. The result shows that the ARIMA (1,1,1) model provides more accurate predictions. Through the DEA model, this paper analyzes the comprehensive efficiency of 12 small and medium-sized joint-stock commercial Banks and obtains the evaluation value of comprehensive efficiency. The selected Bank investment indicators are fixed assets, the number of employees, the total expenditure of the business, the output indicators have net interest income, non-interest income, through the DEA model calculation of commercial Banks comprehensive efficiency relative evaluation value; by the time and Compared with the comparison between the lines, the decision-making analysis of each decision-making unit's comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency is carried out. The calculation and output value of 12 small and medium-sized joint-stock commercial Banks are calculated by using DEAP software. Since the risks of loan default have a great influence on the capital security and financial order, it is necessary to build a model which can help estimate the risk of loan before making decisions, and this paper achieved this by using Logit model. Using the Logit model for the regression analysis of data provided by LendingClub platform, this study determined the main factors affecting default risks, and got a model which can be used to check default risks of borrowers in advance. First of all, according to the literature research, we combed out the current division of Socially Responsible Human Resource Management (SRHRM) dimensions and definition of connotation. Then by sorting the existing data, we find the items that are suitable for Chinese situation and through the questionnaire, we collected suitable data, and deleted some unsuitable items by means of pretest. Finally the questionnaire was further revised according to the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) results in the formal test. In the end, the 2 factors and 8 items questionnaire has been made including \"Human Resource Management to promote the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility\" and \"Employee-oriented Human Resource Management\". The conclusion of this research shows that financial leasing helps to improve and promote the process of interest rate liberalization. Regulatory arbitrage is an essential feature of financial leasing, because financial leasing is classic credit substantially and focusing on channel service in financial. The academic research conclusions on this issue are not uniform, which urgently calls for an enhanced empirical study of the relationship between regional finance and the real economy. We use the long panel data of Qinghai Province from 1985 to 2017 to analyze the relationship between Qinghai's financial development and economic growth from various perspectives. Empirical analysis shows that, financial development is a significant factor affecting economic growth. In addition, fixed asset investment, education level and urbanization level also has a significant positive effect on economic growth. Studying the impact of innovation resources on economic growth is the key to implementing innovation-driven strategy. Based on the panel data of 31 provinces and municipalities from 2008 to 2017, this paper analyses the relationship between innovation resources and economic growth in China. This paper analyses the impact of innovative resources on regional economic growth from four aspects: expenditure of R&D funds, full-time equivalent of R&D personnel, number of patent applications authorized and number of patent applications accepted. There are ten research topics in the field of logistics management, such as logistics management system research.
