Studying the impact of innovation resources on economic growth is the key to implementing innovation-driven strategy. Based on the panel data of 31 provinces and municipalities from 2008 to 2017, this paper analyses the relationship between innovation resources and economic growth in China. This paper analyses the impact of innovative resources on regional economic growth from four aspects: expenditure of R&D funds, full-time equivalent of R&D personnel, number of patent applications authorized and number of patent applications accepted.
