Based on the panel data of 31 provinces and municipalities from 2008 to 2017, this paper analyses the relationship between innovation resources and economic growth in China. This paper analyses the impact of innovative resources on regional economic growth from four aspects: expenditure of R&D funds, full-time equivalent of R&D personnel, number of patent applications authorized and number of patent applications accepted. 在中国人口红利逐渐消失、资源环境约束日益增强的背景下，经济发展从“要素驱动”向“创新驱动”转变已迫在眉睫。研究创新资源对经济增长的影响是实施创新驱动战略的关键。本文基于2008 - 2017年中国31个省市的面板数据，分析了中国创新资源与经济增长的关系。本文从研发经费支出、研发人员专职当量、专利申请量和专利受理量四个方面分析了创新资源对区域经济增长的影响。研究了影响的区域差异，并提出了相关的政策建议。
