Then by sorting the existing data, we find the items that are suitable for Chinese situation and through the questionnaire, we collected suitable data, and deleted some unsuitable items by means of pretest. Finally the questionnaire was further revised according to the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) results in the formal test. In the end, the 2 factors and 8 items questionnaire has been made including \"Human Resource Management to promote the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility\" and \"Employee-oriented Human Resource Management\".
