Bahan utama kontruksi yang mudah didapatkan adalah beton sehingga kebutuhan beton terus meningkat dan dibutuhkan inovasi beton antara lain adalah beton memadat mandiri dan mutu tinggi. Pembuatan beton HSSCC dengan bahan tambah silica fume dan metakaolin dapat meningkatkan dan memperbaiki kualitas beton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh substitusi metakaolin dan variasi silica fume terhadap parameter beton SCC dan kuat lentur beton dengan metakaolin 12,5% dengan variasi silica fume 0%;9%;11%;13%;15% dari total berat binder, dan digunakan superplasticizer sika viscocrete 1003 sebanyak 1,5% dari total berat binder. Benda uji yang digunakan merupakan balok dengan ukuran 10 x 10 x 40 cm diuji menggunakan mesin uji UTM. Dilakukan pengujian beton segar untuk mengetahui apakah beton segar sudah memenuhi standard SCC yang mengacu pada standar EFNARC 2005 (segregation resistance, passing ability, dan filling ability). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian substitusi metakaolin 12,5% dan variasi silica fume meningkatkan workabilitas pada beton segar memenuhi parameter segregation resistance, passing abilitiy, dan filling ability berdasarkan EFNARC 2005 dan meningkatkan kuat lentur beton pada umur beton 28 hari untuk kadar silica fume 0%;9%;11%;13% dan 15% dengan nilai 5,17 MPa; 5,96 MPa; 6,41 Mpa; 6,27 MPa dan 6,09 MPa. Mitra Jaya Samudera. Sebuah pelabuhan perikanan harus memiliki bangunan pengaman pantai agar dapat melindungi wilayah tersebut. Oleh karena itu diperlukan bangunan breakwater untuk melindungi pelabuhan. Dalam merencanakan struktur breakwater diperlukan data angin, pasang surut air laut, data batimetri dan data tanah yang akan dianalisis. Data angin untuk analisis perhitungan peramalan gelombang, data pasang surut untuk perhitungan kedalaman letak struktur, peta batimetri untuk perencanaan layout dan data tanah untuk kestabilan tanah. Data yang berkaitan dengan gelombang air laut dianalisis menggunakan software Delft3D untuk mendapatkan tinggi gelombang yang digunakan sebagai desain struktur bangunan. Hasil dari analisis menggunakan software Delft3D diperoleh tinggi gelombang rencana di sekitar struktur sebesar 1,5 m dan lokasi struktur pada kedalaman 3 m. Struktur bangunan terdiri dari bagian kepala dan lengan. Bagian kepala dengan kemiringan 1:2 dan bagian lengan dengan kemiringan 1:1,5.
