The push for change across all aspects of schooling, including Islamic co-curricular activities in schools, necessitated implementation according to the new norm, namely online. This study uses a qualitative approach aimed at exploring the types of Islamic co-curriculum practices and identifying the challenges of online implementation in secondary schools in the Putrajaya locality. Eleven Islamic activity coordinator teachers were selected using the purposive sampling technique. Data collected through interviews were analyzed thematically using ATLAS.ti version 9.0 software. The results of the study found that four types of school Islamic co-curricular activity are implemented namely lecture, religious practice, contest, and modular activity. The main challenges in implementation are internet access problems, interaction limitations, student motivation, digital device ownership, and technical skills. Therefore, to ensure that the implementation of the Islamic co-curriculum has a positive impact on students, these problems need to be adequately addressed. The instrumen is able to deal with the problem of arrears of division of estate in the form of real property due to the misunderstanding of the community in applying the faraid system so as to have a negative impact on the position of property of Muslims in a prolonged period of time. In this regard, an ownership and groundbreaking problems will occur when the people assumes that the division of property should be done physically solely according to the rate or share specified in the faraid system. Thus, the wealth planning via trust hibah for immovable property can realize the property owner's desire to hand over the property to certain parties, especially to the heirs who will be left behind. However, there is the issue of real estate hibah amanah legislation that has arisen as well as being a constraint on its implementation to the Muslim community. This article analyzes the real estate trust hibah law in Malaysia. This study is qualitative in nature and uses a content analysis approach. The results of the study found that there are legal constraints on real estate trust hibah that can challenge its survival to the community. A quantitative study using questionnaire was used, and it was distributed online using Google Form. This study involved 30 participants, ages between 20 to 24. Based on the literature, there are five impacts of social media as an Islamic public relations channel which include awareness, perception, speculation, understanding as well as image and reputation. Therefore, the constructs was created based on these five elements. From the analysis, it was found that the Cronbach’s alpha value for the awareness was 0.859, while the perception was 0.969. On the other hand, Cronbach's alpha value for the speculation was 0.881, while the value for understanding element was 0.833. Cronbach's alpha value for the last element which are image and reputation, was 0.935. The results of the five-construct analysis also demonstrate that the mean values are between medium and high. The measuring instruments used in this study are the five basic elements of Maqasid Syariah, namely: Hifdzud Dien, Hifdzun Nafs, Hifdzul 'Aql, Hifdzun Nashl and Hifdzul Maal. The five elements are then measured by observational and reflective indicators describing maqasid sharia. The research method used is the panel data regression method. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency, the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, and the National Amil Zakat Agency in 2010-2019. The results showed that IHDI had a significant effect on HDI in Jakarta Province in 2010-2019. The most significant influence is on the al-Aql element represented by the Mean Years School (MYS) and the portion of the education budget (EDUCATION), this happens because the al-Aql variable can determine the quality of human resources. The ad-Dien element has a significant effect on HDI on the Hajj (HAJJ) variable and crime rate (CRIME). The an-Nafs element has a significant effect on HDI on the variable life expectancy rate (MYS). The an-Nafs element has a significant effect on HDI on the population variable, while the al-Maal element has a significant effect on HDI on the PDRB variable. The recommendation of this study is to encourage the government to create human development in the perspective of IHDI. Raja Ali Haji specially emphasized this matter theoretically in the last chapter of Thamarat al-Muhimmah (Mirror for Rulers Works) while numerous of real-life examples pertaining to the envy elements based on historical events appeared in Tuhfat al-Nafis (Historical Works). Thus, this article endeavours to analyse Raja Ali Haji’s thought regarding envy based on his afore mentioned two works. This is qualitative research, which applies library research method to collect data and textual analysis method with inductive approach to analyse the data. The finding indicates a holistic picture of envy in accordance to Raja Ali Haji’s view encompassed the definition, retribution, historical illustration and the cure for this disease. According to him, the envy is one of human internal disposition crisis, which orientates towards tyranny. The delineation of the envy element by Raja Ali Haji in both of his works depicts his exertion to produce a good man by liberating from the disorder. Without human morality there seems to be no value despite having property and high rank. Islam highly values the question of credibility and morality among its ummah. This study aims to identify the morals and practices of muslim students based on the hadis found in the book Jami’ Ulum Wal Hikam by Ibnu Rajab Hanbali. The first objective of this study is to analyse thematically on the hadis related to morality in the book Jami’ Ulum Wal Hikam while the second objective is to analyse the practice of behavior throught the formation of the morals of muslim students. This study is important to identify the level of practice among muslim students in Johor Bahru. This study utilizes library research by examining books related to the morals and manners. The researcher devided the hadis found in this book based on the categories and themes that correspond to the hadis. The second is to analyze students “practice based on hadis on the book Jami’ Ulum Wal Hikam” which is found in the book by Ibnu Rajab Hanbali. This study used a quantitative approach through a distribution of survey form. A total of 371 respondents were involved among students in levels four, five and six from a total population of 700 students in Johor Bahru. Data were analysed using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS). Finding for practice of behavior of adolescents showed a high average mean of 4.415 to 4.690. The Kadazandusun people who accepted Islam as a way of life uses Arabic due to a reciprocative relationship among Islam, the Arabic language and the local cultures. This study attempted to determine the position of the Arabic language among the muslim Kadazandusun through an investigation of the reciprocative relationship of the three factors mentioned previously on the use of Arabic language. The first objective of the study is to identify the purposes of using Arabic in the daily life of the muslim Kadazandusun people. In addition to that, the second objective is to discern the perceptions of the muslim Kadazandusun people on the use of Arabic. The quantitative study utilised a survey questionnaire as a data collection instrument, and the data were analysed descriptively using frequency and percentages. Data collection was based on random sampling involving 392 respondents among the muslim Kadazandusun in Ranau, which comprised people of various backgrounds. Findings reveal that Arabic is solely used for religious purpose and not in daily communication, and the perception of the people on Arabic is very favourable. From the Islamic point of view, natural disasters considered as test of faithfulness. This study endevours to conceptualise the meaning of trial and its relation to the understanding of the Muslim community in Lahad Datu. The study discusses action taken by them in facing this natural disaster. This study employed quantitative method through distributing questionnaires around the district of Lahad Datu. The descriptive analysis was done to analyse the relationship between the demographic background of Muslim respondents with their level of understanding and knowledge of earthquake as a test of God. The results showed that majority of respondents, 80 percent, had experienced an earthquake. The average knowledge of the respondents about the history of the earthquake in Lahad Datu is at a minimum level and it can be said that the knowledge about the earthquake is based on the current or latest knowledge that they have experienced themselves. Nevertheless, respondents had a basic knowledge of earthquake as shown on the physical actions they took after an earthquake such as being aware of increasing the level of family safety and participating in disaster awareness programs. The results also show the respondents’ belief that the earthquake is a test of God can be true because their actions and practices after the earthquake are more towards positive practices that are not contrary to Islamic teachings.
