In this study, we revisit, implement and evaluate the mTNFI model potential for patterns of relationship extraction from a collection of interrelated time-series data. Results of conducted assessment confirm the mTNFI capability in recognizing patterns of relationship and then to model them in human-readable form, i.e. fuzzy rules. Additionally, a comparative analysis also show the superiority of the mTNFI model in comparison to other widely known time-series forecasting techniques when being used to predict future values.","PeriodicalId":120194,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Sustainable Information Engineering and Technology","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116485074","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In general, several POS tagging approaches have been applied in Bahasa Indonesia namely rule-based, stochastic, and neural. Besides, there is another approach to POS tagging which has been applied to English, namely the approach using ontology. This approach has not yet been applied to Bahasa Indonesia so we will implement an ontology to conduct POS tagging in Bahasa Indonesia. In this study, the ontology was constructed using the Word2Vec and the DBSCAN clustering method. The Word2Vec model is implemented to extract each word in vector form based on its context and the DBSCAN clustering method is implemented for the classification process of word classes based on word vectors modeled by Word2Vec. The process of POS tagging with ontology is carried out in several stages, namely: data collection using web scraping techniques from Kompas.com and Detik.com online news articles, text preprocessing, Word2Vec feature building, clustering with DBSCAN, ontology construction and evaluation. The experiments carried out in this study were to choose the optimal parameter values from DBSCAN in forming word clusters for ontology construction. Overall, the implementation of ontology with Word2Vec and DBSCAN can do POS tagging with the highest accuracy value of 0.62, the highest precision value of 0.79, the highest recall value of 0.62, and the highest f1-score of 0.67.","PeriodicalId":120194,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Sustainable Information Engineering and Technology","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134129516","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the previous work, usability testing was conducted to test the user acceptance of the application, but the reliability of TOPSIS hasn't been tested yet. The accuracy testing is very subjective for problems in terms of sports venue recommendations, therefore, this research proposed rank consistency testing to find out if there is a rank reversal (the first ranking is swapped with the latest ranking) when there is a change in the number of alternatives (alternatives in this case are the sports venues). The contribution of this research is to find out the reliability of the TOPSIS algorithm in the issue of mobile-based sports venue recommendation system. The test scenario is held by adding one alternative with the same value as one of the existing alternatives. Based on the results of tests for this case, the rank consistency result shows 100% of rank consistency and there is also no rank reversal.","PeriodicalId":120194,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Sustainable Information Engineering and Technology","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114690201","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This platform is intended for primary to high school students in understanding school curriculums, as well as helping with exams. However, teens may have a low success rate because of their overconfident behavior. Their undeveloped skills require simple and relatable applications. This fact raises the question of whether teenage students are able to learn through this e-learning. This study aims to find user experience problems in this e-learning application that might impact student learning success. The evaluation of the learning experience of e-learning should not only be related to usability but also instructional design aspects. This study evaluates an online tutor mobile application using the heuristic evaluation method by referring to the usability and instructional design heuristics. The results found 28 problems. Some problems were beyond determined heuristics. The mean calculation of severity level indicates minor problems that have a low improvement priority.","PeriodicalId":120194,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Sustainable Information Engineering and Technology","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128515322","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Data were obtained from a questionnaire and interviews, with 90 respondents answering the survey. The conclusion that can be drawn is that villagers have mastered the technology well and accepted the existence of e-commerce, while the young generation aged 12--25 is the group that most accepts e-commerce. On the other hand, 92% of the villagers were found to still prefer traditional shopping, but 65% also revealed that in the next ten years they would shop through online stores, while 82% of the young generation said that they would do so. Based on the interviews, there are some steps that e-commerce companies could take to reach rural communities, including advertising, improving the product quality and collaboration with rural communities.","PeriodicalId":120194,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Sustainable Information Engineering and Technology","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122463253","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For example in 2013, due to a severe decline in inflation rate all around the world, the price of gold plummeted either in Indonesia or other countries. Therefore, to make an investment decision and minimize the risks, sufficient information about price fluctuation of gold is highly needed. One of the common approaches for predicting gold price is time-series analysis. The ultimate goal of this research is to determine the most appropriate model of time series to predict gold price in Indonesia. The time series forecasting methods which were compared through simulations are Brown's Double Exponential Smoothing, Holt's Double Exponential Smoothing, and Fuzzy Time Series Markov Chain. The data used in this paper is the daily gold price in Indonesia that was observed from May to July 2020. According to the examination carried out with the Durbin Watson test, it was revealed that the data was dependent on time thus the time series analysis was suitable to apply. The testing with standard and relative statistical measurement showed that the Fuzzy Time Series Markov Chain was the best compared to other tested models, with the value of RMSE= 3269.022 and MAPE= 0.3%.","PeriodicalId":120194,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Sustainable Information Engineering and Technology","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128933684","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

People's opinions posted on Twitter concerning Jakarta MRT could become an evaluation material, viewed from the sentiment score and object of the opinion. To analyze the sentiment score, opinion sentiment classified using the naive Bayes classifier, followed by rule-based target opinion detection. The classification process is using bag of words (BoW) features and lexicon-based features. In the weighting process of the Lexicon-based features and detection of the target opinion, POS tagging is employed to get the word class. In determining the target opinion object, the POS tagging result is used to do chunking that has specific rules, specific to noun-phrase (NP) tags. Therefore, the obtained sentiment class and object become the target in the opinion. Using Naïve Bayes with the bag of words features and lexicon-based, we achieve precision 0,92, recall 1,0, f-measure 0,95, and accuracy 0,92. The results of the rule-based target opinion detection are 0.78, 0.85, 0.79, and 0.75 for precision, recall, f-measure, and accuracy, respectively.","PeriodicalId":120194,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Sustainable Information Engineering and Technology","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126439469","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

When the visitor's enthusiasm for a website is getting higher, the quality of the website is also getting better. Still, if the website visitor quantity is getting higher, the stress level of web e-commerce is also getting higher, and these factors affect the performance of a website. The testing is needed as the benchmark to determine system deficiencies. The purpose of this study is to compare the performance of the Shopee website before the pandemic period and during the pandemic period. The testing tool used is Apache JMeter. The research results are obtained by doing the stress testing, and it is also evidenced by the user enthusiasm assessment of the questionnaire results. The application, such as Google Maps, provides commuting or navigation information of a particular place. With the mobile version of Google Maps, people can get such information directly from their mobile devices. Google also has a directions interface that supports finding a navigational path between two specified locations. In recognizing an area surrounding the path, there is an algorithm to support that functionality, namely RouteBoxer. The recognized surrounding area can be utilized further by the application to identify places nearby. In finding a path's surrounding area, the RouteBoxer algorithm defines a grid of rectangles that cover the whole path and marks rectangles nearby by traversing the path. However, the algorithm's computational performance becomes unacceptably slow when the path contains many path points. The RouteBoxer algorithm accepts a collection of geolocation points to represent the path and a user-specified distance away from the path to identify the area surrounding the path. This research measures the algorithm performance while incorporating the Douglas-Peucker line simplification algorithm to reduce the number of points processed by the RouteBoxer algorithm, hence improve its processing performance. An experiment shows that the path simplification process reduces up to 99% points of a path, improves the original RouteBoxer calculation performance up to 87.8 times faster, and maintains its precision above 92.6%.","PeriodicalId":120194,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Sustainable Information Engineering and Technology","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129564114","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
