Some of the classroom activities are speech, classroom discussion, demonstration, and experimentation. This type of teaching method most of the time can be boring for the students. The students need additional media that is more enjoyable for learning. A multimedia interactive application is one of the answers, while it offers not only enjoyment but also flexibility. With this application, the students can play it anywhere and anytime as they wish, with embedded educational games inside, that they also can play. This research is of type Education Research and Development (R&D), where the model is developed and adapted based on Borg&Gall, Allessi&Trollip, and Dick&Carey model. There are four important stages that are followed while developing the application: (1) preliminary study, (2) product design, (3) product development, and (4) product evaluation. The evaluation stage then resulting a conclusion that the developed application software is worth to be used as a learning media for the students in STMIK STIKOM Bali. Scientific articles from a study are disseminated through publications in a journal and a seminar. Journal or seminar committee classifies articles into several research topic clusters. To cluster articles, sometimes the journal committee reads the contents of the article to cluster it manually. The manual process is ineffective and inefficient in terms of processing time. From these problems, a system was created to help classify articles using a computer system based on the contents of the article. The application of article clustering was built using the word frequency method adopted from the term frequency of TF-IDF and using cosine similarity to cluster scientific articles according to the research topics. The processes in clustering scientific articles include calculating the number of words used, searching for words that often appear, eliminating stop words based on the Tala's stop word list, then from words that often appear are made into the new article’s keywords. From the keywords obtained, then the level of similarity is calculated with the keywords used in the research topic using cosine similarity. The research topics used are based on the body of knowledge in computer science and information system based on ACM (Association for Computing Machinery) & IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers). The system was built in the form of a web application using the PHP programming language and MySQL database with a responsive web design technique. The results of this research are that articles entered into the system could be generated into the new keywords by listing the words that appeared a lot. From the keywords obtained, the articles were successfully clustered using cosine similarity. The level of clarity from the descriptions of the research topics affected the results of clustering. The more clear and complete the description is given, the better the results of the clustering were obtained. From 102 article titles of KNS&I (Konferensi Nasional Sistem & Informatika) 2017 that were entered, 71.6% of articles were clustered correctly. Genetic algorithms (GA) and memetic algorithms (MA) are alternative algorithms that can be used to perform query optimization. MA is an extension of genetic algorithms combined with local search techniques. An important part of GA and MA-as an extension of GA is the selection process to determine the best chromosome. In this selection process, there is a parameter that determines chromosome selection, namely the random number. From the results, it was found that query optimization was influenced by the range of random numbers applied to the chromosome selection process. The greater the random number range, the more it increases performance (optimization) in accelerating query execution time. Progress in every field cannot be separated from technology as its support, especially information technology. Likewise, the Bangka Belitung Islands Provincial Library and Archive has implemented an information system in managing book data, visitors, and the process of returning and borrowing books. However, a system is said to be good if it meets the needs and is able to solve problems. However, this must be balanced with an evaluation of the information system so that threats or losses can be avoided or prevented. This study purposes to determine the extent of the performance of the information system of the Provincial Bangka Belitung Islands Library and Archive based on the Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology Standards (COBIT 4.1). Since this system is already in the implementation stage, the audit process will use a subdomain of DS (Delivery and Support) domains, DS4 (Ensure Continuous Service), DS5 (Ensure System Security), DS10 (Manage Problems), DS11 (Manage Data) and DS12 (Manage the Physical Environment). The five subdomains were chosen because they had the greatest influence in the use of information systems in the Bangka Belitung Islands Provincial Library and Archive. From the results of audit analysis, it can be concluding that the quality of information systems services in the DPAD of Bangka Belitung Province is at maturity defined at level 3 which means the standard process in the development of a new product is documented. Information on requirements interdependency explicitly and implicitly resided various design artifacts or diagrams. A software requirements specification document is the artifact delivered in the early phase of development. It drives its following development processes. It also contains information on interdependencies among the requirements, such as similar, part-of, and elaborate. This study proposes an approach to model the requirement dependency graph for a software requirements specification document. There is an extraction process for Text Preprocessing, which includes of Tokenization, Stopword Removal, and Stemming. Besides, there is a process of measuring semantic similarity through WS4J (WordNet Similarity for Java). The results of the extraction process, combined with Greedy Algorithms as the optimum value solution approach. Besides, a method for calculating similarity was used through the practices of Wu Palmer and Levenshtein. This conventional system caused the activities of Temporary Resident data collection in the village to be less effective and efficient. This research aims to produce a faster, more effective and efficient, Temporary Resident data’s information system in the village. The method used in developing this system is a System Development Life Cycle with the Waterfall process model, while observation and interviews were used for the data collection. The Temporary Resident Information System is expected to help facilitate Residents in registering so that village administrators will produce a faster, more effective, and efficient work. The application of information technology has an important role as a tool in obtaining such data accurately and quickly. The implementation of the Quality Assurance System in Higher Education has not entirely utilized Information Technology as a supporting tool. Therefore requires a model that can be the basis for utilizing information technology in the Quality Assurance System at Higher Education so that its application can be more effective and accurate. The stages in model building are starting from analyzing the Quality Assurance System, aspects related to the Quality Assurance System, Application of information technology in the Quality Assurance System. Based on the results of the analysis factors will be identified, which will be components or constructs in the model. The next stage is the development of a model of the Higher Education Quality Assurance System by involving information technology as a supporting tool. This research has succeeded in building a model of the High Education Quality Assurance System that illustrates the main factors and supporting factors in the implementation of the High Education Quality Assurance System. This development leads to new terminologies which are, precision agriculture. This paper presents the development of fuzzy-based irrigation system based on IoT. The objective is to implement an automatic irrigation system based on fuzzy rule-based inference. We used DHT11, YL-100, and LDR sensor to monitor air temperature and humidity, soil moisture, and light intensity respectively. We generated fifty-four fuzzy rules to determine our water pump state that act as the irrigation system. Three different membership function was used. First, the Z-curve membership function was used to represent the first fuzzy class within all the four parameters. Second, Gaussian-curve membership function was used to represent the second fuzzy class within three parameters (air temperature, air humidity, and soil moisture), last, the fuzzy class was represented by an S-curve membership function. Our fuzzy classification result was represented by Z-curve and S-curve membership function. However, this produces a crisp classification. Therefore, we applied the defuzzification class threshold of t = 0.55 as our Best Classification Result. Alert Correlation is a method to defining a high related alert and analyze alert in the high-level analysis without ignoring the information of detection. In previous research, alert correlation model was developed using pre-defined knowledge. In this research, we proposed a new model of alert correlation using similarity approach to define the correlation between alert by analyzing the feature in alert flows traffic without using pre-defined knowledge and precondition. In our model, we introduce two-step in analyzing the feature of alert flows called Low-level Alert Analysis and High-Level Alert Analysis. Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (MMAF) used a framework that can be used to measure the success rate, analyze, and produce sufficient evidence as supporting data management of information technology. In this study, the framework used for assessment is the e-Government Indonesia Ranking (PeGI). This study aims to determine the achievement level of the implementation of e-Government in the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries in 2016. The results showed that the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries obtained a score of 3.53 (categories \"Good\").
