Government is a front line of the government's plan to support and provide information and improvement for public services, businesses, government workers, other government units, and third sector organizations. Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (MMAF) used a framework that can be used to measure the success rate, analyze, and produce sufficient evidence as supporting data management of information technology.
