However, there is a case of CB fault during the process of extra-high voltage (EHV) reactors switch off. This paper investigated the cause of the fault through the simulation and field data analysis. The result shows that the fault which occurs in the EHV reactor CB is caused by the emergence of high transient recovery voltage (TRV) value and rate of rise of recovery voltage (RRRV). A high TRV and RRRV value caused arcing, which can melt CB A2 contacts. When contacts melting have been occurred, the two CB contacts can coalesce which create an uneven shape with a smaller cross-sectional area of the contacts. Current flow through this contacts produce heating in the CB A2 chamber, and then the gas expanded rapidly causing an explosion in the CB A2. To prevent the similar fault of the EHV reactor CB, it is necessary to increase the capability of CB in handling TRV and RRRV, as well as asses the condition of the grading capacitor in the CB routinely.","PeriodicalId":118443,"journal":{"name":"2019 1st International Conference on Cybernetics and Intelligent System (ICORIS)","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132146008","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Case studies were conducted in a city in the United States called Naperville, the data taken in the form of locations from the fire department, several important points in the city and the latest data location of the fire incident. The shortest pathfinding algorithm used is hybrid fuzzy Dijkstra, the algorithm is a development of the Dijkstra algorithm, where the algorithm can use more than one consideration parameter for determining the best path, the dataset and various parameters are grouped based on fuzzy algorithms and then processed using Dijkstra algorithm. The use of fuzzy algorithms that group data based on data ranges can speed up the search process at each level of the graph matrix because some data that is almost the same will be grouped into one data range. Based on the research conducted, it can be seen that the method was successful in determining the best path to the location of the fire incident, based on several other route choices.","PeriodicalId":118443,"journal":{"name":"2019 1st International Conference on Cybernetics and Intelligent System (ICORIS)","volume":"193 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123540317","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the development of the internet and intelligent computing technology, e-commerce is increasingly being used. The products offered through e-commerce platforms is a matter that needs to be considered because it can influence the user's decision in buying a product. This study aims to build a product recommendation system on e-commerce platform according to user needs. There are several methods that can be used to produce recommendations, one of which is Collaborative Filtering. In this study, the Slope One algorithm is used where the input rating is given based on the domain ontology of the product. Domain ontology is used to represent relationships between products. Thus, the product recommendations are expected to be in accordance with the user's interest. So that product sales are right on target and users get products that suit their needs. This recommendation system will be implemented on e-commerce platforms and is expected to help users and sellers. Based on the case studies conducted, the results of recommendations provided with the ontology approach not only provide recommendations for specific products, but also provide recommendations on categories that may be of interest to the users. Thus, the recommendations will be more varied and are expected to be more in line with user interests.","PeriodicalId":118443,"journal":{"name":"2019 1st International Conference on Cybernetics and Intelligent System (ICORIS)","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122032979","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There is also the growth of deep learning model for solving natural language processing tasks without a need for hand-crafted rules. In this research, we provide two big solutions in the area of text preprocessing and distributed training for any neural-based model. We try to solve the most common text preprocessing which are word and sentence tokenization. Our proposed combined tokenizer is compared by using a single language model and multilanguage model. We also provide a simple communication using MQTT protocol to help the training distribution.","PeriodicalId":118443,"journal":{"name":"2019 1st International Conference on Cybernetics and Intelligent System (ICORIS)","volume":"73 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126435181","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
