Previously conducted studies referred more to the national context. Thus, the complexity of implementation frequently appeared. This research applied an explanatory survey method and engaged organizations. The survey was conducted to 112 MSMEs using electronic media and aimed to the management. Nonetheless, only 92 respondents successfully submitted and fully filled out questionnaires. Technology, Organization, and Environment (TOE) Framework Approach was in use to satisfy the requirements of E-Commerce Adoption. Data were processed by using the Likert Scales and Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The analysis instrument was SmartPLS Software. Based on path analysis, improving E-Commerce Adoption can only be actualized through direct relationships and focus on the intention to use. The path coefficient is 0.746. The success relies strongly on influencing factors of technology, organization, environment, and individuals mediated by intention to use E-Commerce Adoption in MSMEs in West Kalimantan. Readiness to have the intention to use is inseparable from primary indicators and becomes the main gaps requiring follow-up actions. It is obviously noted that examination of the research model shows decent results due to 86.2% of predictive relevance.","PeriodicalId":118443,"journal":{"name":"2019 1st International Conference on Cybernetics and Intelligent System (ICORIS)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130869840","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

CSO is one of the algorithms developed based on the behavior of a number of cats to solve optimization problems. It is noted that they include two problem-solving modes such as seeking and tracing. The seeking mode happens passively and cautiously. Being cautious means become aware of the prey or other cats. The latter mode, however, occurs when the cats are active in searching the prey by moving toward it. Since they spend most of the time to idle, the seeking mode is more frequently found. In order to maximize the improvement of tracing mode, a recent calculation method was added. This study implemented three experiment functions such as sphere, Rastrigin, and knapsack. Each experiment was conducted ten times to find out the number of iterations and time needed for each method. The results show that CSO is better than GA due to its performance in terms of iterations and time.","PeriodicalId":118443,"journal":{"name":"2019 1st International Conference on Cybernetics and Intelligent System (ICORIS)","volume":"99 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134243903","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To gives an alternative to the typical props, and we proposed a learning aid in the form of AR mobile application where a student can hold and observe the human brain in the form of a 3D digital props. By utilizing the 3D cuboid tracker, the proposed system offers an affordable digital prop and yet allow natural handling of the object, which gives a new learning experience. Through performance testing, we found how the device specifications' may slightly affect the proposed system performance. However, through a usability testing, the proposed system and method is preferred over other methods such as a book, information on the screen, and 2D AR object. This research shows the proposed system and method have a lot of potential in aiding much more interactive and stimulating learning activities.","PeriodicalId":118443,"journal":{"name":"2019 1st International Conference on Cybernetics and Intelligent System (ICORIS)","volume":"109 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124061117","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There should be guarantee and integration of synchronization and interoperability of information services. Availability of information services can create risks of IT investment and hinder the effectiveness of organizational performance. The aim of this research was to find out to what extent the use of application portfolios of IT services could support IT processes of Acquire and Implement (AI) and Monitor and Evaluate (ME) Domains. This survey research applied the combination method and a convergent triangulation model through a follow-up explanatory design. Quantitative analysis was performed after online questionnaires were filled out by respondents working at 65 credit unions. These respondents have used application portfolios of IT services in West Kalimantan, Indonesia. COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) 4.1 Framework was in use to measure maturity levels of IT governance. Maturity values of IT governance indicate that IT processes are at the scale interval of 2.51 to 3.50. So far, the use of application portfolios of IT services has been restricted to procedure standardization and documentation system. Also, the conduct has not involved appropriateness of obvious synchronization as well as consistency of procedures and IT service implementation.","PeriodicalId":118443,"journal":{"name":"2019 1st International Conference on Cybernetics and Intelligent System (ICORIS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125748917","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A variety of applications, such as sleep monitoring and unusual movements during sleep, can be enabled by observing a persons body movements throughout sleep. In-bed movement can be a sign of sleep disruption as it is associated with wakefulness that affects the quality of sleep and can be a sign of many illnesses. We introduce, in this study, an unobtrusive scheme for in-bed motion detection and classification using geophones sensor. Geophone can sense the vibration that caused by every in-bed movement. We have extracted two features from the sensed signal, which we named as Energy-Peak and Log-Peak. We, at that point, utilized a straightforward threshold-based calculation to identify each conceivable movement. In addition to movements detection, we further classify them as a big or small motion. We have assessed this framework by doing 30 tests with 15 members over a two-month. There are 35 movements in each experiment. By using our two primary approaches, Energy-Peak and Log-Peak, our system can identify in-bed motions with a 2% as a low error rate. For classification phase, we have extracted 4 features from every detected movement and we have used Random Forest technique for classification decision. Our system can classify every movement as big or small with 1.5% as an error rate.","PeriodicalId":118443,"journal":{"name":"2019 1st International Conference on Cybernetics and Intelligent System (ICORIS)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115576576","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
