Although domestic scholars have done a lot of research on organic agriculture, there is a lack of research on integrating consumers into its development model. This paper analyzes the research status of organic agriculture at home and abroad, and obtains the internal and external constraints of organic agriculture development model in Jiangxi, through the investigation of production base, department interview, and retailer & consumer survey. In view of the existing problems, this paper innovatively establishes the \"four-element integrated model of organic agriculture development\", that is, the integration of policy resources, industrial chain, external resources, consumer intention and interaction, and puts forward the strategy of farmers buys shares. We expect to provide a more feasible development model reference for organic agriculture in Jiangxi and other regions. But at present the criteria for the foster relationship between stepparents and stepchildren are still unclear in our state laws. And the source of support obligations in practice cases are also controversial. The purpose of this paper is to explore the legal issues of the stepchildren’s fostering for the stepparents. The first is to determine that the main source of the stepchildren’s duty to stepparents is the actual foster relationship between the two sides. However, the fostering obligation under the principle of equal rights and obligations cannot be completely excluded. The second is to define the meaning of the fostering and the criteria for the actual foster relationship between the stepparents and stepchildren. The author gives some reasonable suggestions based on various viewpoints and practice cases. In order to solve these problems, this paper analyzes the necessity and existing problems of the integration of the two kinds of education, and puts forward the solving strategies. The research results show that the effective integration of ideological and political education and innovative entrepreneurship education should start with innovating the concept of education, strengthening the contingent of teachers, building a practical platform, perfecting the curriculum system and creating a campus cultural atmosphere and so on. It is an influential factor in SI for the audience’s comprehension and gratification. This thesis attempts to apply cohesion theory in simultaneous interpreting by analyzing the features of SI text. During the whole communicative process of SI, a text makes sense to the audience only when it is appropriately connected and interpreted with the help of different types of cohesion, such as reference, substitution, ellipsis, conjunction lexical cohesion and phonological cohesion.
