On the other hand, developing undergraduate curricula aiming at individual work of students, using innovative educational technologies, is a challenging task. Moreover, because gaining individual learning and computer skills is the key element of quality education, it is highly important to work out concrete directions and methodologies which can be overcome by introducing ICT-based innovative educational technologies into educational curriculum. Therefore, innovative educational methodologies and ICT-based solutions are continuously being implemented in the educational system of Turkmenistan. In this sense, the paper presents the analysis, strategies or methods of benefiting from innovative educational technologies to develop individual-work-based undergraduate curricula of higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan, taking into account the national conceptions, execution plans, and guidelines, work packages of an international project, SDG targets and other related charters.","PeriodicalId":115575,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 22nd International Conference on Computer Systems and Technologies","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127657254","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At the same time the self-preparation at home becomes even more important in the conditions of an emergency epidemiological situation, when it is necessary to quarantine students, whole classes, or completely close schools and move to online learning. But the modern student, due to the continuous online communication, is extremely prone to distraction, which extends towards the process of self-preparation. In the field of history education, the self-preparation is a serious challenge for students, as it requires the acquisition of factual knowledge (events, places, historical figures, artifacts) not only as a plain set of facts, but also structured in specific time intervals and related to cause-effect connections. To make learning an effective process, it is necessary to give to the students the opportunity to learn actively, in an interactive environment complementing the text resources with a rich set of images and videos in order to build visual reflections and visual associations to the basic concepts in the material. One of the possible solutions is the use of an online interactive timeline, which, combining the advantages of information technology and modern trends in history teaching to support not only the acquisition of knowledge in self-preparation, but also self-examination and application of acquired knowledge. In this paper, a web-based environment is discussed, which provides the teacher with the opportunity to construct online interactive timelines, for learning, for testing knowledge and for conducting competitions, with the help of which the school students can prepare their lessons more successfully at home.","PeriodicalId":115575,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 22nd International Conference on Computer Systems and Technologies","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133604504","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Moreover, in order to keep up with innovative technologies, computer systems and smart solutions, being installed in almost all the sectors of power industry, undergraduate students studying at power engineering fields should learn how to select appropriate electrical components according to their parameter, mount electrical circuits using those components and program microprocessors of automated systems. In this regards, the paper presents Arduino-based assignments, related to the elements of electrical and power engineering, which can be introduced to the laboratory sessions of courses such as automation and control. The proposed laboratory assignments are prepared in easy-to-hard order and they aim at learning the working principles of elements of automation, connecting those components to the microcontroller and programming the microprocessors considering the parameters of each element. In doing so, both pedagogical aspects of project-based teaching and computer-related demands of modern engineering job markets were taken into account.","PeriodicalId":115575,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 22nd International Conference on Computer Systems and Technologies","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122878355","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is stated that the solution to the problem consists in the abandonment of a parallel organization and the transition to a consecutive one, which requires a certain order of service, as well as equipment for its implementation. A new solution is presented, which implements an order of asynchronous arbitration based on the understanding of the competition of service requests over time. Based on this, a specification for the synthesis of a metastable element and as a result of a fast two-input arbiter is formulated. Based on the latter, a system for synthesis of a multi-input asynchronous arbiter with sequential joining of input events is presented.","PeriodicalId":115575,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 22nd International Conference on Computer Systems and Technologies","volume":"148 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123207999","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
