Uncertainty Analysis Based Attention Network for Lung Nodule Segmentation from CT Images 基于不确定性分析的CT图像肺结节分割关注网络

Using deep learning technology, existing CAD systems can predict whether CT images contain lung nodule automatically. However, for the precise segmentation of lung nodule and nodule boundary, further diagnosis by doctors is required. The current widely used segmentation networks still have segmentation uncertainty in the lung nodules boundary, which will interfere the accuracy of segmentation results. To solve this problem, this paper propose a UAA-UNet (Uncertainty Analysis Based Attention UNet) based on the uncertainty analysis of edge regions. The network structure is divided into two stages. In the first stage, the initial segmentation map of the lung nodule is obtained, and the second stage focuses on the uncertainty region of the initial segmentation map. By learning the features of the uncertainty region, the uncertainty is reduced and the segmentation accuracy is improved. The second stage includes two modules, the uncertainty attention module and the uncertainty elimination module. In uncertainty attention module, the entropy map of the initial segmentation map of the lung nodule is input into the network as attention information to improve the network's ability to understand uncertainty. In uncertainty elimination module, by using EWCE (entropy map weighted cross entropy loss function), the entropy map of the prediction result is fed back to the network as a weight factor to further improve the network's learning ability of the uncertain region. We selected lung nodule slices from 1012 patients in the Lung Image Database Consortium (LIDC) to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. The machine idea of syntactic analysis came from the 1950s. Due to the importance of this task in natural language processing, syntactic analysis has become one of the very basic and very important tasks in the field of natural language processing, and this task has not only attracted a large number of the computer experts also attracted a large number of linguists, who made great contributions to the development of syntactic analysis. Since the development of syntactic analysis tasks, this research has made great progress, which has played a positive role in promoting the progress of natural language processing. However, there have always been two difficulties in the task of syntactic analysis: one is the accuracy of the analysis results; the other is the speed of analyzing the input sentences. From rule-based to statistics-based, from word vector models to pre-trained models, every technological innovation has contributed to the development of syntactic analysis tasks. Nonetheless, the heights achieved by the syntactic analysis task have not completely overcome the long-standing challenges of accuracy of results and speed of analysis. Therefore, syntactic analysis still has great value and research significance. This paper presents a mobile Open-Source application named \"CollaBIM\" providing visualization, collaboration, and interaction functionalities with a BIM model. Collaboration is the focus of this work by using a Cloud service allowing notification, display of the schedule, visualization of updated data and images. The application is developed under Unity and uses a BIM model resulting from a Scan-To-BIM process. Recently branded “the metaverse” by Facebook (now Meta), major corporations have begun investing billions to deploy immersive worlds aimed at mainstream activities from socializing and shopping to education and business. With the likelihood rising that metaverse platforms greatly impact society over the next decade, it is prudent to consider the societal risks and plan for meaningful regulation. Examining mouse neuronal cells is an essential step in both pharmacological and toxicological tests. The morphology of individual neurons and the state of connections between multiple neurons are essential measures of the physiological state of the mouse. Staining neuronal cells samples and observation through microscopy is the mainstay of this field. However, this step is tedious, monotonous, and requires a high level of practical experience from the researcher. In recent years, the analysis of cell morphology using computer vision has proven to be an efficient and accurate solution. Commercial solutions have been developed to serve different user groups, with emphasis on corresponding aspects of user experience. This paper proposes a novel approach to indoor cycling, combining key features including real-world 360-degree view, immersive environment, real-time interaction between the real and virtual worlds and dynamic resistance control to simulate changes in elevation. In the proposed solution, a mobile application provides an immersive cycling environment by playing 360-degree videos on a Virtual Reality headset. The environment responds to user movements such as head rotation and cycling speed changes, and in return replicates the actual resistance to the rider using automatic resistance control. These components are connected by a local Wi-Fi network and is fine-tuned for minimal latency based on international benchmarks. Our prototype system was tested for performance both qualitatively and quantitatively, particularly for the impact of the mobile device resolution and processing capabilities. Under the baseline scenario, it was difficult for Tianjin to achieve a carbon peak in 2025 and carbon neutrality before 2060. In a low-carbon scenario and an ultra-low carbon scenario, Tianjin could achieve a carbon peak before 2025. At present, the mixed use of different modeling features in 3D CAD system leads to the semantic mismatch between design features and machining features in the process of product modeling, and designers can not guarantee the standardization of the modeling process. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out the research on machining feature recognition method, and comprehensively and accurately check and evaluate the model from the perspective of manufacturability. Based on this, a hole feature recognition method for manufacturability check is proposed in this paper. Based on the feature recognition method based on hint, according to the characteristics of machining hole features along the hole axis in the machining direction, this paper adopts the geometric retrieval strategy based on the local coordinate system of hole features, solves the problem of difficult recognition of intersecting features, completes the automatic recognition of hole features, and can endow machining and manufacturing semantics for manufacturability check. In order to understand the current knowledge representation learning methods and status, this paper analyzes and categorizes the knowledge representation model based on structure and semantics, and finds that the knowledge represented by graph is easy to understand, but there are high complexity and long-tailed distribution, and semantic information of the relationship is difficult to obtain.
