Based on the feature recognition method based on hint, according to the characteristics of machining hole features along the hole axis in the machining direction, this paper adopts the geometric retrieval strategy based on the local coordinate system of hole features, solves the problem of difficult recognition of intersecting features, completes the automatic recognition of hole features, and can endow machining and manufacturing semantics for manufacturability check. Abstract

As the main basis of production, the correctness and standardization of product 3D model directly affect the quality of the product. At present, the mixed use of different modeling features in 3D CAD system leads to the semantic mismatch between design features and machining features in the process of product modeling, and designers can not guarantee the standardization of the modeling process. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out the research on machining feature recognition method, and comprehensively and accurately check and evaluate the model from the perspective of manufacturability. Based on this, a hole feature recognition method for manufacturability check is proposed in this paper. 加工孔特征识别方法及其在可加工性检测中的应用
产品3D模型作为生产的主要依据,其正确性和规范性直接影响到产品的质量。目前,由于3D CAD系统中不同建模特征的混合使用,导致产品建模过程中设计特征与加工特征的语义不匹配,设计人员无法保证建模过程的标准化。因此,迫切需要开展加工特征识别方法的研究,从可制造性的角度对模型进行全面、准确的校核和评价。在此基础上,提出了一种用于可制造性检测的孔特征识别方法。本文在基于提示的特征识别方法的基础上,根据加工方向上沿孔轴方向的加工孔特征特征,采用基于孔特征局部坐标系的几何检索策略,解决了相交特征识别困难的问题,完成了孔特征的自动识别,并可为可制造性检查赋予加工制造语义。最后,通过一个典型空腔结构的识别结果验证了该识别方法的正确性。
