Therefore, it is urgent to carry out the research on machining feature recognition method, and comprehensively and accurately check and evaluate the model from the perspective of manufacturability. Based on this, a hole feature recognition method for manufacturability check is proposed in this paper. Based on the feature recognition method based on hint, according to the characteristics of machining hole features along the hole axis in the machining direction, this paper adopts the geometric retrieval strategy based on the local coordinate system of hole features, solves the problem of difficult recognition of intersecting features, completes the automatic recognition of hole features, and can endow machining and manufacturing semantics for manufacturability check. Abstract
As the main basis of production, the correctness and standardization of product 3D model directly affect the quality of the product.
