本文基于LMDI方法和STIRPAT模型,对天津市2000 - 2019年碳排放变化进行梳理,对比分析碳排放影响因素,并对三种情景下天津市碳峰值和碳中和情况进行预测分析。在基线情景下,天津很难在2025年达到碳峰值,并在2060年之前实现碳中和。在低碳和超低碳情景下,天津可以在2025年之前达到碳峰值。及时实施碳汇项目将有助于天津到2060年实现碳中和。
