Curriculum and education are two things that are closely and interrelated, inseparable from each other, because in education, of course, the teaching and learning process (teaching) requires the outlines of educational directions that lead to the achievement of educational goals, as well as the content that must be learned. The way to increase student motivation in learning in class is to choose the right learning model with ongoing learning material. One learning model that increases students' creativity and critical thinking in problem solving is a Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. To improve students' insights in order to easily solve problems there is a need to do tasks, if students do not do the task then they must accept the agreed upon consequences when making learning contracts, thus modifying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model with task strategies and forced. The results of the modification of learning with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model through forced and forced strategies are expected to improve the learning process so that students become more disciplined and do not waste time doing assignments. In order for these objectives to be achieved and the quality of learning to increase, the writing of a combination of Inside-Outside Circle Learning Method and Task and Forced Learning Strategies was conducted. The Inside-Outside Circle Learning Method is learning with a system of small circles and large circles in which students share information at the same time with different pairs briefly and regularly. While the Task and Forced Learning Strategy is alearning strategy that emphasizes the discipline and self-awareness of students with the assignment of tasks that force students to finish on time. As for this strategy combined, it is expected to overcome and cover the lack of the Inside-Outside Circle Learning Method. The result of the discussion show that the combination of Inside-Outside Circle Learning Method and Task and Forced Learning Strategies has a major influence on improving student understanding in completing tasks, making student learning outcomes better, students becoming more disciplined and more active in learning, and students accustomed to preparing self by learning before starting teaching and learning activities. This module is intended to help students receive the material that was delivered by lecturer especially design structured matter which currently learning module media shaped print and the contents of the text are form module so the university students ca not see the material . Based on these problems was built a module learning computer technology with a powerpoint . The reason the manufacture of the module was structured design material with a picture and a symbol of in designing a system so it needs to ease student visualiasi received mater learning. Method of development this module use the model ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation). Results in this research validated by 2 ( two ) experts namely the people of material said 80% module very reasonable used without revision and media experts said 84% module very reasonable used without revision while results trial by college students by means of pre-test and post-test. The aim is for children with special needs to get the same rights in education, in the implementation of inclusive education there are many obstacles including lack of teaching staff, lack of therapist staff, and infrastructure. This research was conducted in South Tangerang City involving 392 2nd grade students. This research method used correlational method with quantitative approach by using descriptive statistics. Data was collected using an assessment scale instrument and analyzed by using correlation technique (regression). The results of this study showed that: (1) There was a positive relationship between personality and students’ Indonesian Language ability with a significant level of α = 0.05, obtained tcal 8.77 ˃ ttable 1.97. (2) There wasa positive relationship between the environment and the students’ Indonesian Language ability with a significant level of α = 0.05, which obtained 9.03 ˃ t table 1.97. (3) There was a positive relationship between personality and environment with the students’ Indonesian Language ability; with a significant level of α = 0.05, obtained tcal 7.92 ˃ t table 1.97. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah peserta didik kelas XII di SMK Islam Ruhama dengan responden sebanyak 42 peserta didik. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuisioner (angket). Dari hasil perhitungan nilai korelasi product moment sebesar r = 0,802 berada dalam skala yang sangat kuat dan perhitungan koefisien determinasi yang hanya memberikan kontribusi efikasi diri terhadap prokrastinasi akademik sebesar 74,20%. Kemudian hasil dari pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan nilai - thitung < -ttabel atau -5,110 < -2,021 maka Ho berada di daerah penolakan. The research subjects were students of the Indraprasta PGRI University Mathematics Education Program in the odd semester of 2018/2019 academic year, who participated in the lectures on Islamic Education totaling 50 students with details of each research group of 25 people. The sampling technique used in this study is a non random sampling technique, namely by purposive sampling method (purposive sampling). Sampling is tailored to the purpose of the study and based on the subjective judgment of the researcher and on certain characteristics which are considered to have relevance to the characteristics of the population that were previously known with certain considerations. The data collection technique used in this study is through the dissemination of instruments of student perceptions of the pedagogical competencies of lecturers of Islamic Education at Indraprasta University PGRI Jakarta. The researcher conducted research data collection using a questionnaire. Judging from the recapitulation of the results of data interpretation, it can be concluded that the results of the study through questionnaires can be interpreted that \"Student Perception Analysis of the Pedagogic Competencies of Islamic Education Lecturers\" results are included in the category of good.
