Eye tracking is a data collection technique used in visual research (reading patterns, mental fatigue) and recently in usability studies. In this research work, the result of the systematic review of the literature on the evaluation of the usability of software systems through eye-tracking techniques is presented. The review method allowed the identification of techniques, procedures, tools, and metrics used by researchers to evaluate usability. A three-party (government-enterprise-Research & Development(R&D) institution) evolutionary game model was established to explore the internal mechanism of technological innovation impetus in the advanced equipment manufacturing industry. Results show that: (1) The driving force of technological innovation in the advanced equipment manufacturing industry comes from the cost-benefit situations of different subjects. (2) The strategy selection of subjects has a considerable learning effect. The decision of one subject is influenced by the decisions of the two others, and their decision behaviors tend to be identical. (3) Technology spillover effect and penalty effect exert a minor influence on the innovation decisions of different subjects. The findings enrich the theoretical results of technological innovation in the advanced equipment manufacturing industry by simulating different subjects' selection mechanisms of innovation strategies. Transitioning to a carbon-neutral society requires increasing the share of renewable energy across different sectors. Ocean energy can contribute to job creation, economic revitalization, and grid balancing. However, public funding and financial instruments are necessary to reduce risks, advance technology, and to support demonstration and pre-commercial projects in the ocean energy sector. The SEETIP Ocean project, supported by the European Commission through the Horizon Europe framework programme, aims to accelerate the deployment of the ocean energy sector by promoting collaboration among stakeholders. As part of the project, an analysis is being conducted to assess technological progress, identify implementation gaps, and update the Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA) for Ocean Energy. The analysis reveals reasonable progress in research and innovation, albeit with smaller project sizes compared to current SRIA recommendations, and the need for increased support from national programmes. Some topics have been covered more than proposed funding and number of projects, while others not at all. This highlights the need for effective communication and collaboration between both the European Commission and Member State funders and their programmes. In addition, public support and funding is crucial to lower investment risks and propel ocean energy technologies towards commercialisation. With appropriate funding and policy support, the European ocean energy sector could strengthen its position as a worldwide leader and harness the socio-economic benefits from the sector. However, this process exhibits lower yields compared to conventional thermochemical processes for H2 production, such as reforming. To overcome this limitation, the use of additives has been explored to enhance microbial activity and increase dark fermentation yields. However, the application of additives remains limited in practice. This study aims to address this gap by examining the effects of three types of additives (zero-valent iron, activated carbon, and hydrochar) on dark fermentation and hydrogen generation. The results reveal that hydrochar shows the most promising outcomes, increasing H2 production by 20.3%, with the highest biohydrogen yield at 92 mLH2/g-glucose. Volatile fatty acid analysis reveals that butyric and acetic pathways are utilized for H2 production in this case. It is also important to consider the alkalinity of the feedstock, as high levels can increase the pH in the medium and promote methane (CH4) production as the main fermentation product instead of H2. When this occurs, Fe(0) NPs appear to be the additive that most favors methane generation, resulting in a 6.1% higher production compared to the control experiment. This confirms the interest in the use of certain additives in fermentative processes. TES is especially appropriate to be used in concentrated solar power plants, where the energy is produced as heat. TES systems can be classified in three different technologies: sensible heat storage, latent heat storage and chemical heat storage. Currently, commercially available TES systems are based on sensible heat storage using molten salt stored in a double tank system. The other two technologies present a theoretical higher energy density but they are not mature yet to be commercially implemented. Among these systems, thermochemical heat storage has attracted the attention of the research community during the last decades and start to present promising results at relevant scale. The extremely high energy storage density and operation temperatures opens the door to a powerful and dynamic way of storing thermal energy for the plants of the future operating at higher temperatures. In this paper a review of the main experimental results concerning thermochemical energy storage for concentrated solar power plants is presented. A comprehensive review of metal oxides and redox reactions has been included, considering that the operation temperatures and the possibility of using natural air as the heat transfer fluid turns this approach into a very interesting solution for a new generation of concentrated solar power plants. In this regard, quarter-hourly deviations are promoted by European regulations for the purpose of energy market management. The EU requires electricity suppliers to provide data on their energy production and consumption every 15 minutes. This requirement has been designed to promote transparency and competition in the energy market. Until now, Spain has used an hourly deviation settlement system, so the implementation of this new model will entail a complex and gradual change. In fact, the introduction of a quarter hourly market would enable consumers to access more frequent pricing information, which would help them make more informed decisions about their energy usage. This would also create opportunities for more sophisticated demand-side management strategies, such as real-time pricing and automated demand response. Although the integration of the electrical sector is an important aspect of the EU's broader efforts to create a single energy market and reduce carbon emissions, there are still significant challenges to be overcome, such as the need to improve grid infrastructure, ensure the security of supply, and harmonize regulatory frameworks across member states. The main objective of this article is to study the impact that the implementation of the new quarter-hourly model will have in a wind farm, given the intrinsic variability of this energy source and the current reliability of prediction systems. With continued advancements in technology and improved forecasting techniques that allow suppliers to adjust their operations in real-time based on changing conditions, it is likely that the uncertainty of unmanageable units will continue to decrease over time, making them an even more reliable and efficient source of clean energy in the future. The main actors and their responsibilities are explained. Rarely considered stages such as co-design with the beneficiary community or the creation of a renewable energy community are included. Their necessity for the implementation and success of these projects with social, economic and environmental objectives is discussed. The application of the methodology is illustrated with first results from a case study in Mumbeji, Zambia, Africa. The project stakeholders, the results of demand curve estimation, power generation curves, available resources, engineering costs and the modelling of the microgrid design are presented. Founded in 1972 for centrally managing the nuclear fuel cycle, the Empresa Nacional del Uranio SA (ENUSA) agreed with the American multinationals Westinghouse and General Electric the assignment of licenses and technical assistance for manufacturing fuel assemblies for light water reactors (in its two variants, PWR and BWR). This is the only phase of the uranium cycle which ENUSA keeps today (Juzbado plant, Salamanca).
