The first one was the subprime mortgage economic crisis of 2008. A subprime mortgage is a home loan (mortgage) offered to debtors who have a bad credit history or have no credit history at all, making them high-risk loans. The second one was the crisis triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic, which resulted in economic and health crises in Indonesia. In the past 15 years, based on the data in Figure 1., the Kompas100 Index experienced the lowest daily return on October 8th, 2008, with a decrease of -11.84%and the highest daily return on March 26th, 2020, with an increase of 13.08%. The economic crisis in 2008 had a significant impact on the Kompas100 Index. At the beginning of 2008, the Kompas100 Index was at 697 points, but until October 8th, 2008, it fell to 349 points or a 49.88%correction from the beginning of the year. Furthermore, based on the daily return on the Kompas100 Index from January to December 2008, as presented in Figure 2, it can be inferred that the weakening and strengthening of the Kompas100 Index in 2008 ranged from -11.84%to 8.74%per day. The Kompas100 index continued to fluctuate and was at the level of 330.86 at the end of 2008, or down 52.54%from the position at the beginning of the year.\u0000\u0000\u0000Keywords: Option, Black Scholes, GARCH, AMSE, Long Straddle

The researcher used the processes of Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) method. Knowledge discovery in databases is the nontrivial process of identifying valid, novel, potentially useful, and ultimately understandable patterns or relationships within a dataset (10,000 examples, 0 special attributes, and 14 regular attributes) to make important decisions. RapidMiner was used perform the KDD processes of selecting, pre-processing, data transformation, data mining using machine learning algorithm. Accordingly, Decision Tree was found to be the learning algorithm fit for the ExampleSet. Further, among 14 attributes, the most important attribute to split on was the city_development_index. This implies that the best predictor variable for job change among data scientists was the city_development_index. The concept of sustainable development embraces the importance of sustaining the world's resources while trying to harmonize the relationship between humans' behavior and activities and the natural environment. This entitles changing the ways and methods of how producers develop and use productive technologies; how and what goods and services consumers demand; and how governments, local authorities, NGOs and any other relevant players plan and act in the economy. Energy is a factor that contributes to making our world habitable. It is deemed one of the most important factors of life on earth. In particular, the world's energy use is made up of 80% of fossil fuels, or what is known as non-renewable energies. Fossil fuels are coal, petroleum, and natural gas. As a result, the world is pretty much non-renewable energy-dependent and unsustainable. Non-renewable energy sources, are resources hoped to be gained from wars, conflicts, and power disputes. In addition to conflicts, the problem that dominates the public discussion on non-renewable energy is climate change. Inflation is another con of non-renewable energy dependence: surging energy costs have boosted inflation, especially in Europe, after fossil-fuel prices nearly doubled in 2021, and as a consequence of the Russian Ukrainian conflict, oil prices hit a 14-year high, Global oil prices have spiked about 60% since the start of 2022, raising concerns about global economic growth and stagflation.\u0000\u0000\u0000Keywords: Sustainability; Renewable energy; Oil rents; Oil prices; Policy.

Thus, as a result of the pressures exerted by various stakeholders on companies regarding the reporting of non-financial information, more and more entities have made sustained efforts to include CSR practices in their business strategies. In this sense, both at the business environment and at the academic level, the question of the impact that the adoption of CSR practices has on the performance and sustainability of businesses in various social and economic contexts has been raised. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the contribution of CSR policies and practices in maintaining the performance and sustainability of SME activity in times of crisis. In order to achieve the proposed goal, two main objectives were drawn, namely: O1 – Identification of the effects of CSR policies and practices at the level of SMEs; O2 – Evaluation of the sustainability of SME businesses in the field of food industry under the effect of multiple crises.\u0000\u0000\u0000Keywords: Crisis, CSR Practices, Performance, Smes, Sustainability

Vocational High School is expected to play an important role in holistic human development and community development Indonesia entirely and reduce the number of early school leaver (Slamet, 2016; Diwangkoro & Soenarto, 2020; Farrugia & Martina, 2021). While the growth of employment in the industrial sector is growing slowly, the graduates of Vocational High Schools are increasing but the rate of joblessness of the Vocational Highs Schools graduates has become a critical issue in Indonesia (Erlinawati, 2020; Wijaya & Utami, 2021; Hanifah & Suharyanto, 2021). Particularly for Indonesia which admits 6 religions officially and consists of more than 1.300 ethnicity and 17.000 islands, solidarity is prominent to fostering the foundation of Indonesia, Bhineka Tunggal Ika. The current research conducted from October to December 2021 on Indonesian Social Solidarity Among Generation Z Christians in the City of Kupang and Bandung showed the challenge for three significant institutions, education, family, and religious in fostering the social bond in the context of fostering Bhineka Tunggal Ika. The aim of this article is to propose an integrated solidarity approach to fostering Bhineka Tunggal Ika, the foundation of the Indonesian State. The article will employ the qualitative-descriptive approach. The integrated solidarity will analyze three institutions: education, family, and religious. The pandemic Covid-19 revealed the significant of family when the student education and the church service must be proceeded online, thus the interdependence of this three were inevitable. This article will argue that social solidarity among the generation Z Christians must put the centrality of education which is intergrated with family and religious institutions to fostering Bhineka Tunggal Ika (unity in diversity).\u0000\u0000\u0000Keywords: Social Solidarity, Bhineka Tunggal Ika, Indonesia, Generation Z.

The crises in 2008 and 2020 caused JII to experience relatively high fluctuations. Hedging was necessary to protect assets from sharp declines. One of the hedging strategies was to use option contracts with a collar strategy. This research focuses on testing and comparing various types of collar strategy option using the Black Scholes method with historical variance and GARCH (1,1) variance on JII in the period of one and three months. According to Sinclair (2010), the collar strategy is a combination of a covered call option and a protective put option. The collar strategy provides limited profits but the collar provides hedging with little or no cost if the buying price of the put option is the same as the selling price of the call option. Based on the above phenomenon and previous research, this research aimed at comparing the Black Scholes and GARCH models using the Collar Strategy as a Hedging Effort in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII).\u0000\u0000\u0000Keywords: Black Scholes, GARCH, Jakarta Islamic Index, Option Contracts

Ebrahim and Rangan (2010) define social impact as "a logic chain of results in which organizational inputs and activities lead to a series of outputs, outcomes and ultimately to a set of societal impacts", which is a function of measuring the degree of project's success on the way to the women's economic empowerment in this case. Available consultancy and outsourced services on these activities are also limited in Turkey, and the existing services and frameworks are generally performed with manual procedures. Hence, these NPOs need methodologic and practical digital tools to efficiently monitor, assess, and measure those projects' outputs, outcomes, and social impact. These monitoring and measurement activities also matter in the companies or organizations who will invest in these projects to assure the outcomes' worthiness. Despite its significance, there is a lack of human and financial resources and technical support, resulting in ineffective measurement. Research conducted by Yalçın and Güner (2016) on the women's empowerment NPOs in Turkey pointed out an urgent improvement needs since NPOS still face challenges in applying the tools developed in the wide-ocean literature of the social impact measurement. In addition to that, the expectations from non-profit organizations to prove their social impact are rising every day. This brings about a need to assure their sponsors about their good acts and results in order to continue receiving funds from both their present and future donors, even though NPOs' perception towards themselves is the exact opposite of competition among each other (Arvidson & Lyon, 2014). However, the need for social impact arises not only from the funders' satisfaction, but it also emerges for their self-evaluation as Arvidson and Lyon agreed (2014). What is more, NPOs' recognition of how their social value and benefits are in the eyes of their stakeholders like the society and other beneficiaries is indispensable (Polonsky, Grau & McDonald, 2016).\u0000\u0000\u0000Keywords: Social Impact Measurement, Women Empowerment Ngos, Social Entrepreneurship
