The Ministry aims to achieve a graduate employability rate of at least 80% by the year 2025. In meeting this challenge, several initiatives need to be introduced and implemented. For example, expanding industry collaboration in designing curriculum and implementing academic programs. Emphasis on experience-based learning and service needs to be emphasized in efforts to develop appropriate skills in the 21st century. The use of technology in education is also necessary to strengthen the learning and teaching system that is adapted to the needs of students (personalized learning). This situation needs to take several things into account, including a holistic student achievement assessment system, as well as balanced with the development of students' soft skills.\u0000\u0000\u0000Keywords: Issues, Challenges, MPU, COVID-19 Pandemic, Teaching and Learning

In such a process, they face a number of demands. Internally, they need to do take into account the demands of top management, different departments, and people who are influenced by the innovative initiatives. Their demands can also be conflicting (e.g., while the marketing department might emphasize innovation needed by customers, the manufacturing department might emphasize innovation that is easy to manufacture, and yet the finance department might be interested in innovation that is less expensive). Externally, companies also need to deal with customers, suppliers, investors, and competitors. Similar to the internal demands, external demands can also be conflicting (e.g., while customers might want useful innovation, the investors might want higher and quicker returns on their investments). As a result, companies need to balance all these conflicting demands in order to be successful. SMEs' contribution to the economy includes their share of total establishments, employment, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and total export. SMEs comprise 97.4 percent of business establishments, provide 59 percent of total employment, and are the major contributor to economic growth. Despite SMEs' significant proportion and pivotal roles in economic development, their business performance is still debatable. The SMEs' business performance has shown slow growth while recording low productivity compared to large firms. Thus, this paper seeks to develop a broadly-based Business Excellent Model (BEM) that is exclusively and mutually for the business performance of SMEs by investigating each criterion of the Business Excellent Model. The development of the BEM was done based on the findings by reviewing literature from the local and global context concerning the issue. Previous studies revealed that SMEs need the necessary BEM to act as a catalyst for their business performance. The SMEs need to have seven criteria which comprise (a) leadership, (b) strategy, (c) information, (d) customer, (e) workforce, (f) process, and (g) results that are exclusively and mutually for SMEs' business performance. Finally, the conclusion from the literature help to assess the critical issues of slow-growing and unproductive SMEs in Malaysia. Furthermore, understanding every criterion of the BEM would also ascertain which criteria should be included in the BEM for SMEs.\u0000\u0000\u0000Keywords: Small and Medium Enterprises, business performance, Business Excellent Model

As is the case in Indonesia, this phenomenon needs to be responded to immediately with real and appropriate concrete efforts. One of the concrete and massive efforts developed and implemented by the Indonesian government starting at the end of 2020 is the "Kedaireka" Matching Fund program. "Kedaireka" is the latest solution in realizing the convenience of synergizing the contribution of higher education institutions with the commercialization of partners for the advancement of the Indonesian nation, which is in line with the vision of the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture's Independent Campus. The "Kedaireka" Matching Fund program is expected to be able to break the chain of disconnection of campus research results that should be developed and produced by industry. The "Kedaireka" program can reconnect campus relations with industry in realizing innovation. "Kedai Reka" can make the world of business and education go hand in hand. For this purpose, the "Kedaireka" platform was developed to bridge the industry's concrete needs and higher education innovation ideas. In addition, "Kedaireka" is also one of the foundations for the creation of freedom to learn – independent campus which creates autonomous, flexible and innovative learning. The Kedaireka Platform is an official platform from the Ministry of Education and Culture in Indonesia to build optimism between the industry which has various problems or needs to meet the higher education capability which has various solutions to these problems. As a contribution to the development of link and match literacy efforts that have been processed through the "Kedai Reka" program, the research problem is stated as follows: How is the implementation of "Kedaireka"?; What are the results and evaluations in the development of innovation in Indonesia?; How is the self-reflection of the implementers of the "Kedaireka" program from case studies at universities contextually?\u0000\u0000\u0000Keywords: Matching Fund, Kedaireka, Link and Match.

The frequent changes generate a stressful work environment and exhaustion that are likely to affect employees' well-being and work outcomes. Researchers have pointed out that adequate resources are essential for employees to manage organisational change effectively. Therefore, this conceptual paper explores the link between mindfulness and employee readiness for organisational change. The literature from various repositories was reviewed based on criteria that emphasise mindfulness in the organisation context. This exclusion is necessary as the construct is highly associated with clinical psychology studies. The proposed framework and propositions showed the relationship between mindfulness and readiness for change with employee engagement as a mediator. Based on the conservation of resources and social exchange theory, mindful employees are flexible and positive about work, leading to greater engagement and openness towards change efforts.\u0000\u0000\u0000Keywords: Mindfulness, Readiness, Organisational Change

While Textile Exchange reported that world textile fiber production is dominated by non-biodegradable fossil fibers, that is polyester. To this situation, viscose rayon (one of Man-Made Cellulose Fibers (MMCF)) come up as one of preferred fiber and material for textile. It is biodegradable because it primarily produced from wood. However, the nature of processing steps involve significant amount of chemicals and utilities, start from wood sources until dissolving wood pulp as raw material to viscose rayon and yarn production, which is also high risk to environment. It is important to study on the sustainability practices to integrate economic, social and environment aspects. This research is having two (2) groups of objects, they are: viscose rayon and yarn integrated producers and their customers. Locational analysis can include developing models, techniques, and tools to help provide solution to location-based problems. In this study, locational analysis is referred as the process of analyzing the variables such as topography or terrain, elevation, rainfall amount and its distribution, population density, and locations of prone areas, in order to arrange the placement of relief centres during flood events. This is a crucial concern for the preparation of an evacuation process in order to determine the necessary number of relief centres that should be set up for flood victims. Geng et al (2020) conducted their study on the basis of different needs of disaster victims, whereby shelters are divided into two types which are basic life and psychological medical service guarantee. They mentioned that at present, the location model of refugee facilities often ignores the diversion of shelter from the perspective of humanitarian logistics and the need of victims. They conclude that in this study they considered the full coverage of needs of victims and determine the location of shelter and the allocation of affected people to use certain facilities in large-scale emergencies for distributing suppliers.\u0000\u0000\u0000Keywords: Location Allocation model, Flood Victims, Relief Centre

Price index fluctuation impacted to daily return value. Fluctuations in returns indicated that there was price volatility. Concerning its price, it is necessary to have risk management to anticipate its volatility. The options strategy can be used to minimize the risk of a volatile market. There are two kinds option such as Call Option (right to buy) and Put Option (right to sell). This research aims at testing implementation of options model between Black Scholes and GARCH on gold price index using Long Strangle strategy which data came from www.gold.org year 1985 till 2020. By employing comparative research, this research seeks to compare the errors that arise between the Black Scholes method with historical volatility and the Black Scholes method with GARCH. The accuracy testing was done using with an error value using the Average Mean Square Error (AMSE) method. This method is the average squared error between the forecast value and the actual value, which is usually used to check the estimated error value of the forecast. AMSE values that are low or close to zero indicate forecast results that are following actual data and are stated to be good values compared to those far from zero. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has led most of the higher education institutions in Malaysia, either public or private, to incorporate online learning methods into the learning process, as declared by the Ministry of Higher Education (Harun & Aziz, 2021; Chung et al., 2020). Therefore, the university's students need to adapt to the changes from physical classes to online classes within a short period of time. This study aims to explore the student's acceptance of online learning in the Faculty of Science (FSc), UTAR. The students from the FSc, UTAR, are facing enormous challenges during this period as they need to attend all the classes which included lectures, tutorials and practical classes through a synchronous or asynchronous environment which is totally different experience from the physical practices.
