The increase in inflow causes a discharge exceeding the storage and spillway capacity of reservoirs. Discharge exceeding the capacity of the structure induces overtopping, a dominant cause of levee collapse. Various reinforcement methods were applied to increase the stability of the levee. The installation of levee reinforcement is one of the methods to increase the stability of the levee. A study on the reinforcement installation is necessary to evaluate the delay effect of collapse with respect to the reinforcement and its arrangement. In this study, physical experiments were conducted to evaluate the delay effect of collapse with respect to the reinforcement. For the experiment, a soil embankment was constructed in a water tank. A constant discharge was supplied to the embankment, and a spillway was constructed to induce overtopping. Reinforcements were placed on the levee to compare the time for collapse and reaching the collapse stage according to the reinforcement arrangement. As a result, the embankment with reinforcement required more time to collapse than that without. Frequency analysis and statistical analysis were performed using SPSS 22.0, and Latent Growth Model (LGM) analysis was performed after using the Full Information Maximization Likelihood method to cope with missing data. Finally, Hierarchical Linear Model (HLM) analysis was conducted to examine the effects of interactions on achievement motivation. The study has three primary findings. First, initial values of achievement motivation and bicultural acceptance attitude had a significant positive impact on achievement motivation (β=.176, P<.001), but the rate of change in achievement motivation had a significant negative impact (β=-.054, P<.001). Second, social support had a significant positive impact on the initial level of achievement motivation (β=.348, P<.001) but a significant negative impact on the rate of change of achievement motivation (β=-.978, P<.001). The research method targeted 181 nursing students at D University located in Y City, and data were collected from August 21 to September 15, 2023. The analysis was conducted using one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis in SPSS/WIN 25.0. College adaptation was found to be significantly and positively associated with humanity (r=.540, p<.001), communication skills (r=.534, p<.001), and interpersonal competence (r=.410, p<.001). Multiple regression analysis of showed humanity (β=.288, p=.002), communication skills (β=.248, p=.008), and interpersonal competence (β=.143, p=.049) significantly affected college adaptation with an explanatory power of 33.6%. In 2016, the World Health Organization reported that more than three million people die early every year due to fine dust. Korea is one of the countries with lower air quality and needs to take measures against increasing fine dust concentrations. The government has provided fine dust concentration data from all regions to solve this problem. On the other hand, it is unclear if the data currently provided reflects the \"average\" fine dust concentration in each region, and efficient management according to the new database (DB) model is required in the case of vast amounts of data. This study analyzed the concentration of fine dust by region on a monthly average basis. The paper presents a method for managing fine dust data using a new DB model. It also introduces data preprocessing techniques accordingly. Map visualization is performed using preprocessed data, and techniques are introduced. The subjects were 20 chronic stroke patients who met the selection criteria. Ten were randomly assigned to a dorsiflexion posture balance exercise group (the experimental group) and 10 to a flat ground balance exercise group (the control group). All then received intervention 3 times a week for 4 weeks. Significant (p<.05) intergroup differences were found between the tibialis anterior and soleus leg muscles and between balance results (p<.05). Presumably because the tibialis anterior and soleus muscles were activated by exercise and improved balance stability. The research focuses on improving the performance of the existing Plenum-type airflow system with a new ventilation flow research model. The new research model simplifies the shape of the airflow path compared to the existing product, reducing air turbulence during flow. Simultaneously, embossing is applied to the lower surface of the airflow path to generate a swirling motion of mixed air inside, achieving a uniform airflow velocity at each ventilation outlet. The existing product and the research model were designed, and fluid dynamics analysis was conducted to validate the performance improvement of the improved research model. Prototypes were also manufactured and subjected to performance evaluation tests. Fluid dynamics analysis showed that the average airflow velocity at the ventilation outlets was 2.88 m/s for the existing product, whereas the research model achieved an average velocity of 6.22 m/s, representing an approximate 116 % improvement in performance compared to the existing product. Furthermore, the uniformity of airflow velocity was enhanced by approximately 195 %. Electrical properties were imparted to cotton through a dip-and-dry process employing silver nanowires, which exhibit high electrical and thermal conductivity. The investigation examined variations in thermal and electrical characteristics based on concentration and the number of dip-and-dry cycles. As the cycle count increased and the concentration of Ag nanowires rose, a noticeable decrease in specimen resistance was observed. When an external voltage was applied, the current-voltage relation was shown to be linear indicating the structure follow the ohm’s law. Further, in line with the Joule heating mechanism, temperature increased proportionally with higher applied voltages, confirming the relationship between heating temperature and current. To assess the stability and reproducibility, voltage application and removal were repeatedly executed, which resulted in temperature deviations within ±2°C of the average temperature.
