The subjects of the study were 136 music major university students at a university located in China. Data analysis was conducted using reliability, factor, frequency, correlation, descriptive, and regression analyses, and Sobel verification using the SPSS 23.0 statistical program. The results of the study were as follows: First, it was confirmed that intrinsic motivation and short-term extrinsic motivation, the sub-factor of major selection motivation, had a significant positive effect on employment preparation behavior. Second, it was found that there was a partial mediating effect of grit in the effect of major selection motivation on employment preparation behavior. Therefore, the employment preparation behavior of music major university students is greatly influenced by their major selection motivation, and it is necessary to develop a guidance program for intrinsic motivation in their universities. In addition, it was found that the major selection motivation of music major university students has a direct effect on employment preparation behavior and an indirect effect through grit. To promote this, it is necessary to provide grit reinforcement education programs for university students. It is believed that this study will provide the basic data for preparing a practical intervention plan for improving the employment preparation behavior of university students with a music major.","PeriodicalId":112431,"journal":{"name":"Journal of the Korea Academia-Industrial cooperation Society","volume":"39 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140479188","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research method involved writing essays on creativity in the course, and text analysis was conducted using these essays. The frequency of the occurrence of keywords was calculated, and text centrality, network, and keyword-centered content analyses were conducted. The results of the study showed that the student's perception of creativity changed from the idea that creativity exists only in certain people to the idea that it is an ability that anyone can demonstrate through training or education. Also, learners came to think of themselves as creative people. Students broke away from the idea that creativity is vaguely difficult and recognized that problem-solving is possible through knowledge and experience and that creative products can evolve through a systematic thinking process. Before the creativity course, existing ideas were an obstacle to demonstrating creativity, but after the course, learners recognized that flexible thinking makes it possible to come up with various ideas. Based on these research results, educational content can be structured according to the changes in the perception of creativity, and ways to improve class satisfaction can be found. To change the learners' perception of creativity and increase educational satisfaction, creativity education comprising the use of various thinking tools and affording the experience of problem-solving processes based on an understanding of creativity is needed.","PeriodicalId":112431,"journal":{"name":"Journal of the Korea Academia-Industrial cooperation Society","volume":"152 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140471343","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The model in this study employs concept variables of the Privacy Calculus Theory, specifically privacy benefit and privacy risk, as mediating factors between the influencing factors and the intention to provide personal information. Data for this research were collected from 382 participants through an online survey and analyzed using structural equation modeling, with IBM SPSS AMOS23™ as the analytical tool. The results of this study indicate that privac y policy, personal data self-regulation, relational factors, and self-expression behavior have an impact on the intention to provide personal information by influencing privacy benefits. However, it was found that privacy risks do not significantly influence the intention to provide personal information. Additionally, privacy policy and personal data self-regulation were shown to affect privacy benefits, while concerns about personal data infringement were associated with privacy risks. The findings of this study can be valuable inputs for establishing information protection and personal data management systems in both public and private sector organizations, particularly in the context of collecting and utilizing personal information safely and securely.","PeriodicalId":112431,"journal":{"name":"Journal of the Korea Academia-Industrial cooperation Society","volume":"333 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140473219","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It was mixed into concrete and the estimated strength was evaluated through compressive strength and rebound hardness tests of retaining wall blocks. The fine aggregate replacement rate of ferronickel slag was fixed at 52%, and tests were conducted on concrete with 5 ~ 15% reduction in cement compared to fine aggregate depending on the amount of admixture mixed. In concrete using the developed admixture, the amount of cement mixed was reduced, but the compressive strength at 7 days actually increased. Therefore, it was evaluated as suitable for developing early strength. The developed retaining wall block was designed with a mix design that reduced cement by 10% by fixing the fine aggregate replacement rate of ferronickel slag at 52% and mixing the developed admixture. The compressive strength of the retaining wall block through the dry process was evaluated through the rebound hardness test method, and it was confirmed that the compressive strength performance of the product could be maintained even if the amount of cement was reduced.","PeriodicalId":112431,"journal":{"name":"Journal of the Korea Academia-Industrial cooperation Society","volume":"2 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140478412","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Urban planning research has traditionally identified data compilation, resolution, and precision limitations as critical constraints. However, recent technological advancements have effectively addressed these challenges and initiated discussions about the proactive integration of big data and artificial intelligence. Although the necessity for technological adoption is acknowledged, there is a current lack of consideration of the prioritization of specific technologies in the medium to long term and inadequate understanding of how perspectives may diverge based on the demands of technology users. This paper aimed to fill this gap by investigating the sequential introduction of technologies in urban planning and examining how viewpoints vary among stakeholders according to their roles as technology users. In consultation with experts in urban planning, this study 1) analyzed the necessity, urgency, and feasibility of utilizing big data and AI technology in urban planning as perceived by civil servants, public institutions, and urban planning engineers and 2) derived implications for technological applications. The study highlights the importance of introducing technology in urban planning and different perceptions of priorities and factors associated with its introduction.","PeriodicalId":112431,"journal":{"name":"Journal of the Korea Academia-Industrial cooperation Society","volume":"366 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140473424","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
