This study was a descriptive observational study using a cross-sectional approach which was conducted on 100 women, from the Pilangkenceng Primary Health Center in Madiun Regency, aged 20 to 70 years. Pretest and post test assessments were carried out before and after the education of cervical cancer. Specimen adequacy assessment was carried out on 100 Pap smear samples taken by the health workers based on the Papaniculaou classification and the Bethesda system. Pap smear results were also compared with the results of the visual inspection of acetic acid (IVA) which was done before. Education of cervical cancer to the community can increase people's understanding of cervical cancer by 8.05% to 82.26%, while training for health workers on the technique of pap smear sampling shows an increase in knowledge of 51.62% to 100%. Adequacy of pap smear samples by health workers in Pilangkenceng District, Madiun Regency showed that 99% were adequate and satisfactory. Ten percent of IVA examinations showed positive results and those cases showed signs of inflammation and infection on pap smear examination. Community service activities of early detection of cervical cancer through the pap smear method can increase the understanding of early detection of cervical cancer in the community and the knowledge and sampling skills of health workers, hence the health workers at the Pilangkenceng Primary Health Center are ready to provide pap smear services for the community.\u0000 \u0000Keywords: adequacy, early detection, pap smear, IVA, cervical cancer.\u0000 \u0000Abstrak\u0000Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman tentang deteksi dini kanker serviks dan serta evaluasi pap smear pada warga, serta peningkatan kemampuan dalam melakukan pap smear oleh tenaga kesehatan di Kecamatan Pilangkenceng Kabupaten Madiun. Penelitian observasional deskriptif dilakukan dengan metode pendekatan cross sectional yang dilakukan pada 100 wanita, dari wilayah Puskesmas Pilangkenceng Kabupaten Madiun, dengan usia 20-70 tahun. Penilaian pretest dan post test dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan. Penilaian adekuasi spesimen dilakukan pada 100  sediaan  pap smear  yang diambil oleh para tenaga berdasarkan klasifikasi Papaniculaou dan sistem Bethesda. Hasil pap smear juga dibandingakan dengan hasil pemeriksaan inspeksi visual asam asetat (IVA) yang dilakukan sebelumnya. Penyuluhan terhadap masyarakat dapat meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang kanker serviks sebesar 8,05% menjadi 82,26%, sedangkan pelatihan pada tenaga kesehatan tentang tehnik pengambilan pap smear menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 51,62% menjadi 100%. This program of proposed community service activities is based on an analysis of the needs of partners and considers the capabilities of the implementing team. The solution that will be provided in this community service activity is by providing training to village health workers (village midwives) on screening methods for early detection of stunting in pregnant women. Routine examinations in pregnant women can help find out whether the growth of the fetus is appropriate for age. In order to avoid stunted fetal growth, pregnant women must not be in a state of malnutrition and must avoid infection during pregnancy so that premature birth does not occur. One of the accurate tests to monitor fetal development is to use ultrasound diagnostic imaging. This community service activity was carried out on September 17 2022 at the Bremi Eco Park, Krucil District, Probolinggo Regency. The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic has hampered Posyandu service activities for toddlers, so that control over toddler waste has decreased. The role of cadres as the leading pillar in community service, especially with toddlers, is the main focus that needs to be put forward. Increasing the knowledge and skills of cadres is important to improving the quality of service to the community, especially toddlers. This community service aims to increase the role of posyandu cadres in an effort to reduce waste problems through increasing knowledge and developing MP-ASI innovations from high-protein multipurpose flour products. This activity consisted of two methods, namely, TOT (training of trainers) for cadres and mentoring toddler waste by posyandu cadres. Training activities for cadres consist of materials on wasting and prevention efforts as well as training on making MP-ASI based on high-protein multipurpose flour. This community service activity is carried out in the working area of ​​Bulak District with a focus on selected Posyandu with the target of wasting toddlers. The results of this community service activity can be seen in the increase in the knowledge of posyandu cadres in the Bulak District by 16.5% about the problem of toddler wasting. The improvement in the skills of cadres and mothers of toddlers in processing various kinds of toddler food menus based on high-protein multipurpose flour also looks quite good, as evidenced by the success in creating various types of food menus that are directly applied to toddlers. The urgency of this activity is the increasing prevalence of fraudulent investments that require understanding and knowledge of how to manage and plan finances from an early age. The method used in this training focuses on seven stages, namely: determining financial position; set financial goals; make financial planning; simple notes; create a budget; facing credit problems; and make a financial review. Evaluation and assessment use the Pre-Test and Post-Test models with a rating scale from level 1 to level 10. The results of the training show a quantitative increase from an average level 4 to an average level 7. A qualitative increase is an average of 50 %. The limitation of this training lies in the relatively short duration of time. Berdasarkan data tahun 2019, Kabupaten Jember menjadi kota dengan persentase tertinggi kedua untuk kasus stunting di Jawa Timur. Data stunting di Desa Lengkong mengalami penurunan sangat drastis yakni pada perhitungan Februari 2022 sebanyak 329 anak, dan pada Juni 2022 jumlahnya menjadi 4 orang saja. Kader posyandu di Desa Lengkong belum dapat melakukan penghitungan usia, pengukuran antropometri, serta menginterpretasikan hasil pengukuran pada grafik dengan benar. Rencana pemecahan masalah adalah mengadakan pelatihan kader tentang stunting dan pengukuran antropometri. Pada hari pertama dilakukan pemaparan materi. Metode pre-test dan post-test digunakan untuk menyelidiki apakah ada pengaruh pemberian materi terhadap pengetahuan, selanjutnya uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk dikerjakan untuk mengetahui distribusi data, lalu dilakukan uji Wilcoxon. Pada hari kedua dilakukan demonstrasi pengukuran antropometri. Hari pertama dilaksanakan pada hari kamis, 28 Juli 2022 dan diikuti oleh 29 kader. Hasil analisis deskriptif pre-test didapatkan nilai (Mean = 76,55; SD = 11,109; Median = 80; IQR = 20) dan post-test didapatkan nilai (Mean = 92,07; SD= 11,142; Median= 100; IQR = 10). Hasil uji Wilcoxon, Z score = -4,237; p-value = 0,000 (< 0,05) artinya terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara kelompok pre-test dan post-test. Sehingga pemberian materi stunting dan antropometri secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi peningkatan pengetahuan kader mengenai stunting dan antropometri. Hari kedua dilakukan pada hari Jum’at, 29 Juli 2022 dan diikuti oleh 19 kader. Penguatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta didik menjadi sangat penting, karena peserta didik merupakan kategori rentan terhadap bencana. Terdapat tiga metode yang digunakan, yaitu riset, sosialisasi, dan simulasi. Sosialisasi dengan materi angin puting beliung, gempa bumi, dan Bantuan Hidup Dasar (BHD), serta simulasi mitigasi bencana gempa bumi dan kebakaran. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan secara tatap muka di SMP Ibnu Batutah Madiun, dengan total peserta sebanyak 137 orang yang terdiri dari peserta didik, para guru, dan kepala sekolah. Sosialisasi dilakukan dengan media visual power point, simulasi dengan praktik mitigasi bencana, dan kuesioner sebagai bahan riset untuk mengkategorikan seberapa siap sekolah menghadapi bencana. This is because water plays a role in the metabolism of every living thing such as humans, animals and plants. In 2019, when the dry season came, the Sampang Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) released about drought disasters in the area. BPBD has received reports from sub-districts regarding areas potentially affected by drought. The provisional data totaled 64 villages. The purpose of this community service activity is to overcome the problem of annual drought that has hit Sampang residents, especially the community at the As-Salamah Islamic Boarding School Foundation, West Tajjan Hamlet, Pancor Village, Ketapang District, Sampang Madura Regency. With the annual drought disaster that occurs, the Universitas Airlangga community service team plans to make an artesian drilled well that will work together with a team from the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology. The making of this Drilled Well is expected to be useful for the community in the foundation area of the As-Salamah Sampang Islamic Boarding School as well as for the surrounding residents. In addition to the manufacture of drilled wells, a program will also be created to collect ablution water and rainwater (during the rainy season). Peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang faktor risiko kanker servik diukur dengan kuisioner yang diberikan sebagai pre-test dan post-test. Setelah mengikuti pemaparan materi, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman sebanyak 11,18%. Faktor risiko peserta terhadap kanker servik adalah melakukan hubungan seksual pada usia kurang dari 20 tahun sebanyak 29,27%, melakukan hubungan seksual dengan lebih dari satu orang termasuk apabila menikah lebih dari satu kali sebanyak 17,07%, melahirkan banyak anak yaitu > 5 kali yaitu 7,32%, sering mengalami infeksi daerah kelamin atau keputihan yaitu 21,95%, dan tidak rutin melakukan pemeriksaan pap smear yaitu 24,39%. Hasil pemeriksaan pap smear menunjukkan bahwa semua peserta kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dinyatakan normal yang meliputi papanicolau class I dan II yaitu dengan diagnosis normal smear, normal atopic smear, dan tidak terdapat lesi intra epithelial maupun keganasan. Kesimpulannya adalah kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang tata cara deteksi dini kanker servik.
