The use of traditional herbs for postpartum mothers is part of Indonesian culture that is starting to be abandoned in urban area. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge, attitudes and behaviour of the community regarding the importance of postpartum maternal health care and the use of traditional herbs with proper processing methods as a promotive and preventive treatment. This activity was carried out in Gubeng Surabaya District with three stages including preparation, implementation of activities and evaluation. In the preparation stage, a situation analysis was performed. Activities were conducted by delivering lectures, discussions, video demonstrations and training. The evaluation was carried out by obtaining feedback from the social and community empowerment section as well as the pre-test and post-test questionnaires filled out by the participants. Based on the evaluation, the community service can increase participants' knowledge about postpartum health care and lactation management, thereby increasing awareness to play an active role by disseminating information to the community about the importance of family and the neighbourhood support for postpartum and breastfeeding mothers. The participants 'knowledge about the use of traditional medicinal plants for the maintenance of postpartum health and successful breastfeeding also increased, accompanied by an increase in the participants' willingness to prepare traditional jamu from fresh herbal ingredients themselves. Uncertain capital constraints are difficult for SMEs. The ability to manage the finances of SMEs entrepreneurs is very important for business performance and business continuity. Without an understanding of SMEs about basic economic concepts, SMEs are unable to make financial management decisions. Most SMEs entrepreneurs, including SMEs entrepreneurs in Sidoarjo, experience this problem in general. Of course the problems faced will have serious consequences in the future, such as capital problems and tax consequences which will certainly affect the sustainability of the SMEs business. This activity is carried out in the form of training and mentoring. This program introduces resource persons who are professionals in their respective fields, through lecture techniques, discussions and mentoring practices, to the application of knowledge sharing methods to create an operational management system for company accounting and financial management. These trainees are members of the Batik Jetis Sidoarjo association who need special treatment in order to quickly rise from adversity and increase their profits by studying operational management of corporate accounting, corporate financial management and corporate governance. The AKUsaha application is an Android-based application developed according to the needs of SMEs. After attending the training, the student team assists the SMEs financial management process using the AKUsaha application face-to-face with SME players every month on Saturdays and Sundays. As a result, SME actors can understand the flow of cash coming in and out of their business, so that they can provide consideration for making business economic decisions. In order to improve the quality of agricultural products, a modernization step is needed by implementing an automation system based on Internet of Things. Thus, the solution offered to overcome the problems of the current hydroponic system, the innovation offered is green hardware, namely Airlangga Sahabat Petani Hidroponik (Arsenik). In this hardware, monitoring of the system with an integrated manner and measuring several aspects such as environmental and soil levels, nutrients in plants and interpreting them into an output that can be read directly by users. So that early detection and prevention of nasopharyngeal risk factors are needed to the community. Knowledge about nasopharyngeal carcinoma can increase public awareness to undergo early examination and treatment. The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge and skills for doctors in early detection of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in the Madiun Raya area. Educational activities are carried out through seminars and training with lecture, discussion, practice methods, as well as pre-test and post-test. The results of the pre-test and post-test of seminar and training activities showed that there was a statistically significant difference (p < 0.0001). Congenital disorder needs to get more attention because it can affect the quality of life of the patient and the affected family. Because of its impact on the patient's quality of life in the future, early detection is needed to be able to provide early intervention and minimize long-term effects. Doctors who work in primary health facilities have an important role in early detection of congenital abnormalities in the community. They are one of the first health workers visited by the community when they have questions and complaints about certain diseases. Improvement and update of knowledge for health workers is very important as an effort to reduce mortality and morbidity caused by congenital abnormalities. This community service is carried out by holding training activities for early detection of congenital abnormalities aimed at doctors who work in primary health care facilities. Kebutuhan pemerintah kolonial akan  Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kalisat, Kecamatan Kalisat, Kabupaten Jember. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan berkolaborasi bersama komunitas Sudut Kalisat. Komunitas Sudut Kalisat merupakan salah satu komunitas swadaya dan nirlaba yang dibentuk oleh para pemuda di Kecamatan Kalisat. Komunitas ini memiliki perhatian yang cukup besar terhadap penelusuruan sumber-sumber sejarah, perawatan arsip-arsip bersejarah, pendokumentasian, dan publikasi, serta pelaksanaan berbagai macam kegiatan seni, budaya, dan sosial lainnya. Komunitas Sudut Kalisat Sudah pernah melakukan pameran arsip dan dokumentasi dan memublikasikan katalog pameran, namun mereka memiliki kekurangan dalam memanfaatkan sumber-sumber sejarah untuk membuat tulisan sejarah yang baik dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara metodologis. Kelompok Riset Sejarah Lokal Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Jember melakukan pengabdian dengan melakukan pendampingan terhadap komunitas Sudut Kalisat untuk menuliskan sejarah dari perspektif warga lokal. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini observasi lapangan, fokus grup diskusi, penggunaan Pustaka berupa arsip serta dokumen, dan pendampingan. Hasil temuan dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa anggota Komunitas Sudut Kalisat memiliki perhatian dan animo yang tinggi dalam bidang kesejarahan, namun mereka tidak memiliki keterampilan penggunaan metode sejarah yang memadai untuk menuliskan sejarah lokal mereka sendiri. Gagasan kegiatan penulisan sejarah lokal dalam batasan spasial lokalitas desa atau kecamatan harus disebarluaskan di Kabupaten Jember Jawa Timur. Diseases in fish generally occur due to an imbalance of interactions between fish, pathogens, and the culture environment. Poor environmental quality can increase stress on fish and increase the pathogenicity of pathogens. In aquaculture activities, it is important to prevent disease in fish to avoid large economic losses. Based on the result of the initial survey, it was found that the problems faced by fish farmers in the Genteng area were the lack of knowledge in identifying the early syndrome of fish disease and the weakness in monitoring the quality of water for cultivation. This program aimed to provide the fish farmer with an introduction to disease kinds, training in environmental health management, and mentoring activities for aquaculture activities so that fish diseases can be prevented as early as possible. This programs were carried out on August 18, 2022, which was attended by 20 fish farmers in the Genteng area and continued with regular assistance for one month. Based on the result, there was an increase in understanding of the identification of parasites in fish, microscope utilization, and water quality test. The aging population raises sarcopenia as a further problem in geriatric medicine. Sarcopenia is a syndrome characterized by progressive skeletal muscle mass and strength loss. This syndrome is associated with reduced quality of life, increased risk of falls, and even death. Physical exercise is the only effective intervention strategy. Therefore, we designed this community service program for socializing the healthy lifestyle of the elderly with one focus on physical exercise as a promotive, preventive, and curative effort on the incidence of sarcopenia in the elderly. The method chosen was socialization and educating fifty-two pre-elderly and elderly target partners regarding the healthy lifestyle for the older adults and elderly exercise activities as stimulation. The \"Let's Move!\" campaign that has been implemented can socialize and increase the knowledge of target partners regarding sarcopenia and physical exercise as an intervention for prevention and treatment. A hydroponics farming system, run by a group of farmers in Kecamatan Gempol,  consumes electric energy provided by a 900 Wp solar power system. The power plant is equipped with two batteries, 12 V 100 Ah, with a Depth of Discharge (DoD) of 80% each, which enables the power system to store the energy of 1920 Wh as a reserve. According to the farmer’s report, one of the essential components in the solar power system was damaged twice due to lightning strikes at an adjacent time. Also, the hydroponics system is unable to run all night continuously due to the insufficient capacity of the storage system. Therefore, surge protection devices (SPD) are installed in the solar power plant system to protect crucial components from damage caused by lightning strikes. Furthermore, this activity adds two more batteries to the system that double the energy reserve to extend the operating hours of hydroponics electrical equipment when sunlight is unavailable. The work also created a new hydroponics platform with 126 holes as a part of capacity expansion to meet the market demands. In health services, sterile preparations often undergo a series of changes in form from their original conditions to new products through dissolution or mixing with other sterile preparations. To maintain sterility, sterile preparation dispensing skills are needed. Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 72 of 2016 and No. 74 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Hospitals and Health Centers are intended to improve the quality of pharmaceutical services, guarantee legal certainty for pharmacists and protect patients and the public from irrational drug use in the context of patient safety. Pharmaceutical service standards in hospitals cover the management of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices, consumable medical materials and clinical pharmacy services. One of the standards in clinical pharmacy services is aseptic/sterile dispensing sterile. The community service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of pharmacists at Bandar Lampung health facilities and its surroundings in managing sterile preparations.The community service is held through a webinar with a zoom platform followed by discussion and aseptic dispensing demonstration. The sterile dispensing  demonstration are carried out  by dividing the participants into four groups in the breakout room and each group was guided by a facilitator. In this activity, participants were provided with material on formulation, compatibility, and stability of pharmaceutical preparations, dispensing sterile preparations, aseptic techniques, and problems in sterile dispensing sterile at the hospital. The activity was attended by 63 pharmacists from 25 hospitals in Bandar Lampung and its surroundings, also academics in Tanjung Karang. The evaluation results showed an increase in participants' knowledge of 19,3% and participants expected that activities could be carried out periodically with various topics.
