Medication errors are a failure of the treatment process that has the potential to cause harm to patients. The incidence of treatment errors can be prevented through increased understanding of health workers and the community regarding the safety of treatment. The active role of patients and their families during treatment process can minimize harm that may happened. This program aims to increase the knowledge of health workers and community as an important element of health services in order to prevent the occurrence of medication error. Efforts to increase knowledge are carried out through the holding of webinars for the community related to 5 moments for medication safety and treatment safety training activities for health workers. Knowledge change was measured using a pre and posttest questionnaires. The target of activities amounted to 37 people and 15 health workers. The results of the analysis showed positive changes in average knowledge with an increase in community knowledge (97.3%) and health workers (100%). The results of this activity become the provision of the community or health workers to increase their role in the safety of treatment with knowledge that has been obtained during community service activities.Keywords: Medication safety, health workers, community, medication error AbstrakPenyediaan layanan yang aman penting dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan. Kesalahan pengobatan merupakan kegagalan proses pengobatan yang berpotensi menimbulkan bahaya bagi pasien. Insiden kesalahan pengobatan dapat dicegah melalui peningkatan pemahaman tenaga kesehatan dan masyarakat terkait keamanan pengobatan. Peran aktif pasien dan keluarganya dalam pelayanan kesehatan dapat meminimalisir bahaya yang mungkin timbul pada proses pengobatan. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan dan masyarakat sebagai unsur penting pelayanan kesehatan agar dapat mencegah terjadinya kejadian medication error. Upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dilakukan melalui penyelenggaraan webinar bagi masyarakat umum terkait 5 moments for medication safety dan kegiatan pelatihan keamanan pengobatan bagi tenaga kesehatan. Perubahan pengetahuan diukur menggunakan kuesioner pre dan post test. Sasaran kegiatan berjumlah 37 masyarakat dan 15 tenaga kesehatan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya perubahan positif rata-rata pengetahuan dengan peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat (97,3%) dan tenaga kesehatan (100%). Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku ibu tentang kesehatan gigi rongga mulut ditinjau dari predisposisi, pendorong, dan penguat sebagai faktor risiko keparahan karies gigi pada anak usia 4-6 tahun di Surabaya. Metode: Pelatihan dan Pemberdayaan kader / ibu tentang pencegahan dan penanggulangan penyakit gigi (Cegatan Pagi / Cegah dan Tangani Penyakit Gigi), dan edukasi melalui Game Edukasi Ular Tangga tentang Kesehatan Mulut dan Gigi Anak (Beruang Imut / Bermain). Ular Tangga Kesehatan Gigi Dan Mulut). Kesulitan ibu dalam mendidik anaknya tentang kesehatan gigi dan mulut dapat diatasi melalui permainan edukatif. Permainan ular tangga ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan minat anak dalam menjaga kesehatan mulut. Kesulitan ibu dalam mendidik anaknya tentang kesehatan gigi dan mulut dapat diatasi melalui permainan edukasi. Hasil Utama: Nilai korelasi antara 2 variabel tersebut adalah -7,242 yang berarti hubungan tersebut kuat dan positif dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000. Nilai rata-rata sebesar -3,750 bertanda negatif, artinya nilai tersebut cenderung meningkat setelah diberikan perlakuan. Artinya negatif artinya ada kecenderungan skor meningkat setelah perawatan. An equal access to education as an investment to their future. The Acceleration of Digitization and restrictions on activities that occurred during the pandemic and the fourth industrial revolution have led to a challenge of education process, especially for hearing and speech impairments students. This cross-sectional study aims to discover the quality of education and evaluate the knowledge gained from participating in an educational course by giving pre-test and post-test questionnaire. A polling method was conducted to assess the participants' attitudes and psychomotor. This study was attended by 627 respondents including SLB B teachers 267 respondents (43%), parents of students 191 respondents (30%) and the public 169 respondents (27%).  The average pre-test score was 47,67 (+15,69) and the post-test average was 80,67 (+22,73). A mean difference between pretest and post-test score was significant at p < 0.0001. The principles of the education for a child with a hearing and speech impairment is to building children's independence by 293 respondents (23%), using innovative methods of teaching 143 respondents (20%) and increase the utilization of educational facilities and infrastructure 64 respondents (10%).  The strategies to teach a child with a hearing and speech impairment is using innovative methods, starting with understand the children’s character and needs. Salah satu hak dasar adalah mendapatkan akses pendidikan yang berkualitas untuk  memberikan bekal untuk kehidupan masa depan.  Pandemi, revolusi industri 4.0 terjadi percepatan digitalisasi informasi yang terjadi dan pembatasan fisik menjadi tantangan terhadap proses pendidikan untuk anak tuna rungu dan wicara. Studi cross sectional untuk menilai kualitas dan upaya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dilaksanakan dengan seminar pendidikan dan dilakukan pre test sebelum kegiatan dan post test setelah kegiatan untuk menilai peningkatan pengetahuan. Survei jajak pendapat dilakukan untuk menilai sikap dan psikomotor peserta. Studi ini diikuti oleh 627 responden meliputi guru SLB B 267 orang (43 %), orang tua anak didik191 orang (30 %) dan masyarakat umum 169 orang (27 %). One of the activities that can be carried out to achieve PHBS is washing hands using soap (hand rub / hand wash) or cleaning fluid (hand sanitizer). About 98% of the spread of microorganisms in the body comes from our own hands. Maintaining hand hygiene is an effort to avoid various diseases. The benefits of washing hands are very large, washing hands using soap / hand rub or using a hand sanitizer only takes 20 seconds but is very useful for killing microorganisms, namely bacteria, fungi, and viruses. One way to combat the new corona virus or COVID-19, which has become a pandemic at this time, is to always maintain hand hygiene. With the pandemic, the price of hand sanitizers has skyrocketed because the need has increased sharply. When used too often, alcohol as the main ingredient of hand sanitizers, besides being able to irritate the skin, it can also lift natural oils on the hands and tend to be drier, so herbal ingredients are needed as natural ingredients to reduce the side effects of these hand sanitizers. This community service activity was carried out in collaboration with communities in the Bondowoso district, namely the KAPAS Community in Sumbergading Village, Sumberwringin District and the TSS Community in Sukosari Lor Village, Sukosari District. This implementation of community service activities in collaboration with Pupus Village, Lembeyan District, Magetan Regency. The activities started from preparation to implementation in July – September 2021. This program introduces the use of agricultural waste and secondary crops for the manufacture of haylage feed and the manufacture of Temulawak Molasses Block (TMB) to increase the productivity of beef cattle and also as an effort to increase the income and prosperity of farmers. The method used to achieve the output target is through coaching and evaluation. Program ini memperkenalkan pemanfaatan limbah pertanian dan palawija untuk pembuatan pakan haylage dan pembuatan Temulawak Molases Blok (TMB) untuk meningkatkan produktivitas ternak sapi potong dan juga sebagai upaya meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan para peternak. Metode yang digunakan untuk dapat mencapai target luaran tersebut adalah melalui yaitu pembinaan dan evaluasi. Ciplukan plants that grow wild everywhere, at first glance it seems that there is no price, even though besides being rich in benefits, the price of ciplukan fruit is quite fantastic Rp. 100.000,-/kg. Bondowoso has 23 sub-districts, including Maesan and Sumberwringin sub-districts. Currently, there are many youth communities emerging in the two sub-districts, including the MPK 8320 and FPS communities. The activities of the two communities include hydroponic training, plant nurseries, economic development, etc. For this reason, the Community Service Team of the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Airlangga designed an activity to combine the existing problems in community groups, namely the lack of knowledge or information about the benefits to health, economic value, and cultivation of ciplukan plants. The existence of this problem causes community members not to have the courage to cultivate ciplukan plants, the low level of income from community members makes it difficult to find sources of funds to cultivate ciplukan plants. The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge and skills about the health benefits and cultivation of ciplukan which will have an impact on improving the economy. The solutions offered are 1. Providing counseling and promoting ciplukan as a toga plant and its health benefits. 2. As an initial stage, distributing ciplukan plants to the community around the community 3. Providing counseling about ciplukan cultivation. Early marriage has a negative impact on the education, psychological and reproductive health of adolescents. Reproductive health problem that found in Pilangsari is the prevalence of mothers who have children (<5 years old) that married at age 16-18 years is 47.11%. This is influenced by various factors, one of them is individual aspect, including low education levels, lack of information and knowledge from individuals about the impact of early marriage. Community empowerment intervention activities are carried out in the form of motivational class to continue higher education. The target of this activity is Pilangsari adolescents aged 13-18 years. The main objective is preventing early marriage in adolescents. The materials provided, including adolescent reproductive health, especially early marriage, motivation continuing higher education and the spirit of pursuing goals. Based on the results of the questionnaire, 93% of all participants have high level of motivation to continue their education. Based on the results of the evaluation, the motivational class met all indicators of success, so it can be said that the motivational class activity was successful.Keywords: Early Marriage; Adolescent Reproductive Health; Motivation class in education. AbstrakPernikahan dini merujuk pada pernikahan perempuan atau laki-laki usia kurang dari 18 tahun. Pernikahan dini memiliki dampak negatif bagi pendidikan, psikologis dan kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Masalah kesehatan terkait reproduksi yang ditemukan di Desa Pilangsari, Kecamatan Kalitidu, Kabupaten Bojonegoro adalah prevalensi ibu yang memiliki balita menikah pada usia 16-18 tahun sebesar 47,11%.  Hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya dari aspek individu, antara lain tingkat pendidikan rendah, kurangnya informasi dan pengetahuan dari individu tentang dampak pernikahan dini. Kegiatan intervensi pemberdayaan masyarakat dilakukan dalam bentuk kegiatan kelas motivasi untuk melanjutkan pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah remaja Desa Pilangsari yang berusia 13-18 tahun dengan tujuan utama untuk mencegah pernikahan dini pada remaja. Materi yang diberikan antara lain penyuluhan terkait kesehatan reproduksi remaja, khususnya pernikahan dini, memberikan motivasi tentang melanjutkan pendidikan yang lebih tinggi dan semangat mengejar cita-cita, Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner, 93% dari seluruh peserta memiliki tingkat motivasi tinggi untuk melanjutkan pendidikan. One of the kampong that has succeeded in becoming a tourist destination is Kampung Maspati, which is located in the city center. The ancientness of the kampong is offered to tourists so they are interested in visiting it. One of the weaknesses, Kampung Maspati does not have a historical narrative that explains the development of the kampong from the past until now. The Department of History, Faculty of Humanties, Universitas Airlangga organizes community service activities to assist in writing village history, o increase the promotion of kampong tourism. This paper was written in reference to these activities. The methods used to explain are field work, in-depth interviews, the use of library collections, and assitances. The findings obtained from these activities are that the understanding of the people of Kampung Maspati on the history of the kampung is still not good, so that continuous assistance is needed. This kind of activities also needs to be extended to others kampong because currently there are still many historic kampong in the Surabaya city that do not yet have historical narratives. Salah satu kampung yang berhasil menjadi tujuan wisata adalah Kampung Maspati yang terletak di pusat kota. Kekunoan kampung ditawarkan kepada wisatawan sehingga mereka tertarik untuk mengunjunginya. Salah satu kelemahan, Kampung Maspati tidak memiliki narasi sejarah yang menjelaskan perkembangan kampung sejak dulu sampai sekarang. Departemen Ilmu Sejarah Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Universitas Airlangga menyelengarakan  kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pendampingan menulis sejarah kampung, untuk meningkatkan promosi wisata kampung. Makalah ini ditulis mengacu kepada  kegiatan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan adalah kerja lapangan, wawancara mendalam,  penggunaan koleksi pustaka, dan pendampingan.Temuan yang diperolah dari kegiatan tersebut bahwa pemahaman masyarakat Kampung Maspati terhadap sejarah kampung masih kurang sehingga perlu dilakukan pendampingan secara berkesinambungan. Kegiatan semacam ini juga perlu diperluas ke kampung lain karena saat ini masih banyak kampung bersejarah di Kota Surabaya yang belum memiliki narasi sejarah. Changes in hearing thresholds due to noise are some temporary but others potentially permanent. The impact of hearing loss must be controlled so the quality of life will not decrease. A cross-sectional study to assess the quality and increasing knowledge about noise-induced hearing loss was implemented with lectures, discussions and a pre-test before the activity and a post-test after the activity to assess the knowledge development. The polling was conducted to assess the participants' attitudes and psychomotor skills. The study was followed by 77 participants, most of whom were aged 20-30 years, namely 23 (30%). It was found that 16 people (20%) had complaints of hearing loss, 18 people (24%) often used headsets and earphones, 18 (23%) people worked in noisy places. The average pre-test result was 35.06 (+13.72) and the post-test was 77.9 (+20.81). Comparison of pre-test and post-test results of hearing health education obtained different results (p < 0.0001) significantly. Noise-induced hearing loss is permanent deafness and cannot be treated with medicine or surgery. Prevention is the most important thing from noise-induced hearing loss. The counseling education about noise-induced hearing loss on community must always be performed as an prevention and early detection.Keywords: deafness, noise induce hearing loss, prevention, education AbstrakBising dapat berdampak terhadap gangguan pendengaran. Perubahan batas pendengaran akibat bising yang bersifat sementara, dan perubahan batas pendengaran akibat bising yang bersifat menetap. Dampak gangguan pendengaran harus dikendalikan agar tidak menimbulkan penuruna kualitas kehidupan. Studi cross sectional untuk menilai kualitas dan upaya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang gangguan pednegaran akibat bising dilaksanakan dengan ceramah, diskusi dan dilakukan pre test sebelum kegiatan dan post test setelah kegiatan untuk menilai peningkatan pengetahuan. Survei jajak pendapat dilakukan untuk menilai sikap dan psikomotor peserta. Studi diikuti 77 peserta, usia terbanyak di usia 20 – 30 tahun yaitu 23 orang (30%). Didapatkan 16 orang (20%) mengalami keluhan gangguan pendengaran, 18 orang (24%) sering menggunakan headset dan earphone,18 (23%) orang bekerja di tempat bising.  Hasil rata-rata pre test 35,06  (+13,72) dan rata-rata post test 77,9 (+20,81). Perbandingan hasil pre test dan  post  test  penyuluhan  kesehatan  pendengaran  didapatkan  hasil  yang  berbeda signifikan (p < 0,0001). COVID-19 is caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus which is transmitted via droplets from infected people. The implementation of optimal health protocols is considered as one of the effective way to break the chain of COVID-19 transmission in Indonesia. Currently, Islamic boarding schools are starting to return their activities by implementing health protocols in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, healthy lifestyle behaviors such as physical activity and balanced nutritional intake related to body immunity are also important in preventing COVID 19. Information on this is still limited, including for boarding school residents as an effort to prevent COVID 19. Teachers and students as an active components in Islamic boarding schools have a big role in preventing the risk of COVID-19 transmission. The purpose of this community service activity is optimize the role of teachers and students in increasing knowledge of healthy lifestyles and immunity related to COVID-19. The method used is online health education and training on making e-posters to teachers. Then there is a transfer of knowledge from teachers to students regarding the material provided is followed by offline discussions. Students were asked to make health promotion media or e-posters for the public and competed. The results of the e-posters competition were disseminated to the pesantren environment. Pre-test and post-test activities were carried out to assess teacher knowledge before and after receiving health education. Penerapan protokol kesehatan yang optimal dianggap sebagai salah satu cara efektif memutus rantai penularan COVID-19 di Indonesia. Saat ini pondok pesantren mulai beraktivitas kembali dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan di tengah pandemi COVID 19.
