Many studies were conducted on DNA microarray data. At present, there are several methods used in analyzing DNA microarray to help in dealing with various related research. Microarray generates large and complex data with high dimensionality issues. Thereby, the curse of dimensionality may reduce the effectiveness and performance of classifications and increase computational complexity. Therefore, feature selection techniques work to solve dimensionality issues by choosing informative genes. In this study, we proposed a new combination of feature selection methods called ChiSVMRFE based on the Chi Square Statistic and Support vector machine with Recursive Feature Elimination SVMRFE. Chi-Square used as a ranking method to calculate the weight of genes with respect to the class label, then the top ten percent of genes with the higher weights were considered as relevant and important genes. SVMRFE repeatedly train a model to discard features with the lowest weights. Finally, SVMRFE selects ten features to consider informative genes. The proposed method was applied to eleven microarray high dimensional datasets. MANET's nodes are self-organized and designed where each mobile node can be a sender, forwarder or receiver. However, the dynamic topology and mobility of nodes make the routing of data between nodes a challenge. Through the last two decades, the researchers developed many routing protocols that have various characteristics. Because of their popularity among MANET protocols, this paper evaluates OLSR and AODV routing protocols in wide range of scenarios over NS2, this under various number of nodes, various node speed, and various data rate. After the results obtained from the simulation are analyzed, OLSR gives better performance in term of average end to end delay which make it suitable for delay sensitive applications. In this study, two model population analysis have been studied and improved i.e. bootstrapping soft shrinkage (BOSS) and interval variable iterative space shrinkage approach (iVISSA). The improved approach was (i) using the reproducible variables i.e. choosing the most consistent variables and applying iterative retained informative variables (IRIV), and (ii) using the uninformative variable elimination based on Monte Carlo (MC-UVE) for unstable variables. This study compares the proposed model with BOSS, iVISSA, and a hybrid model By using four different datasets. An enormous amount of data should move much faster, reliably deliver too many devices, and handle very large amounts of data with minimal delay. However, the performance will be required TCP protocols to effectively utilize the large air link capacity and provide the end-to-end performance required by future networks and mmWave (Millimeter Wave) technology. In this paper, the implemented framework of mmWave modeling has been analyzed using ns-3 simulator. The framework is demonstrated through several simulation scenarios to analyze the performance of TCP protocols over mmWave using three main performance measurements, which are Round Trip Time (RTT), Congestion Window size (CWnd) and Throughput. The achieved results show that it would provide internet connections 40 times faster. Information system processes must be reviewed and audited by IS auditors. IS auditors use a set of tools and techniques to perform the auditing process on the organizations. In this paper, we evaluate a set of tools and techniques which perform the security management of the organizations. Also, we classify the security management into five domains such as processes of auditing, governance and management, IS acquisitions and development, IS operations and support, and protection of information assets. Each domain has a set of auditing tasks. These tasks need inputs from various knowledge sources such as planning, risk assessment, evidence collection, laws and regulations, etc. Moreover, these tasks are performed through a number of tools and techniques in order to automate the security management process for IS auditors. The evaluation of tools and techniques target the security areas such as management, risk management and internal auditing controls with auditing tasks. Our main contribution is to determine the processes, tasks, and the suitable tools/techniques for each information system area from cybersecurity perspective. The aim of this paper is preserving privacy of paging procedure in 5thGeneration and previous generations by proposing solution based on Identity-Division Multiplexing (IDM) with frequently varying unrelated Temporary Mobile Subscriber Identifiers (TMSI) used for user identification in paging producer, which enhancements the user privacy and defends the attacks of hacker. The proposed system implements a 60GHz MMW-FBMC design to transmit 10Gbp over passive optical network with wavelength division multiplexing (PON-WDM). 10 Gbps of data rate is modulated by 4-QAM and mapped using FBMC techniques. To simulate the system and investigate its performance, MATLAB and OPTISYSTEM platform are used. Error vector magnitude (EVM) and bit error ratio (BER) are measured with multiple lengths of fiber. It is also known as clinical depression or unipolar depression. The condition is plagued by the essence of its symptomatology. The total cases in all countries are growing, thus the aim of this project is to perform morphometric analysis and functional connectivity analysis in order to explore functional associations of the structural and functional changes. The used method starts by applying a seed-based functional connectivity analysis on cortical volume and surface area from MDD patients ‘ high-resolution MRI data. In structural analysis, the regions of interest (ROI) are extracted. Then, each ROI's time series was associated with each cerebral cortex's voxel volume. Compared to healthy controls, statistical analysis showed substantial declines in functional connectivity between the seed region and the bilateral precuneus. As for the functional connectivity analysis, it showed substantial reductions in functional connectivity. Images captured in RGB color space are hard to extract more than three colors from them due to their cubic shape of merging luminance, saturation, and color spectrum. This paper presents a color-based Object Categorization model that utilizes the HSV color space. The process starts by converting the RGB space into three main components, Hue (wavelength of colors), Saturation (purity of colors), and Value (grayness level or lightness), Unfortunately, Hue causes some sort of fogginess when color classification is applied, due to the gradient between each color. For that, the hue fuzzy sets are used which categorize colors in images. They are used to identify nine deferent object's color and categorize them into the nine common pure colors. The categorization process is then carried out by a PUMA 560 robot in nine different trajectories based on the colors extracted by the fuzzy sets. In order to illuminate bright and dark objects and putting them into the tenth trajectory of the unwanted objects, we modified the saturation and value as fuzzy sets.
