Many empirical correlations have been used to estimate choke size. The accuracy of these correlations has become inadequate for the best estimation. Recent achievements of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in petroleum engineering applications alone encourage the scientists to apply the hybrid model in order to improve AI results. In this study, a Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm was developed to optimize neural network (NN) weights in order to improve their performance (PSONN). The Hybrid PSONN model compared with existed Fuzzy logic (FL) model which considered as the best AI model, Khamis [15]. Around 2445 and 766 data sets of the volatile and black oil reservoir from Middle East region respectively were selected. The comparative results confirmed that the hybrid model PSONN is performed better with lower relative errors and higher accuracy than the FL model. Based upon the results, we conclude that the hybrid models show a robust capability for the estimation of choke sizes that will help to flow rate estimation and choke design purposes. The ubiquitous information will provide the awareness about Ubiquitous terminologies (terms), technologies, uses, and tools, as well as the advantages of ubiquitous computing. This paper also shows the concern of the security and privacy of ubiquitous computing and describes the ubiquitous technologies that could be helpful. Ubiquitous computing is increasingly recognized as a serious, worldwide public security and privacy concern; therefore, this paper explains the disadvantages of ubiquity, and the risks of ubiquity. This work illustrates energy optimization based upon mathematical models of the crude distillation unit using LINGO program to achieve the minimum energy consumption demands and a great reduction of greenhouse gases (GHG). The current energy demand for the HEN network is 625.8 million BTU/h $r$ and 242.7 million BTU/hr for heating and cooling facilities, respectively. The current survey shows a tremendous opportunity to reduce energy consumption with a minimum temperature difference (ΔT min) of 50 degrees. The results shows a reduction of heat duty about 6.92% leading to saving about 6628952.88 USD$/yr. Similarly, energy saving range for cold facilities has 17.26% leading to saving about 156632.256 USD$/yr. In this study, the molecular structures and the spectroscopic parameters of three synthesized diazo dyes 1–3 were computed using a Density Functional Theory DFT method with the B3LYP/6-311++G(d.p), The results indicate that all three diazo dyes are preferred thermodynamically. Compound 3 has a higher value of entropy and more negative values of heat formation and Gibb's free energy as compared to the other dyes. The FTIR spectra of 2 and 3 show that the nitro functional groups at ortho positions appear at lower symmetrical stretching frequencies. At all, there is a good agreement with the experimental results. Since energy efficiency and delay time reduction are of the highest importance to the IoT devices and control data, power consumption and delay issues are the most recent and primary challenges in IoT environment, where the research works and IoT-related standards have been focused on [1]. For example, the IoT environment provides a global connectivity by connecting a huge number of smart phones and embedded devices for the simplification of life through being sensitive, adaptive, and responsive to human needs. Such devices transfer lightweight data over long periods and are located in hard-to-reach places, where is difficult to deploy a source of power to handle these devices over a long coverage area. This situation requires a source of power and a technique to handle all these devices over large coverage areas, which are not guaranteed and difficult to deploy it. Thus, a new paradigm called Low Power Wide Area networks (LPWAN), similar to Long Term Evolution Machine Type Communications Category M1 (LTE MTC Cat-M1 and Narrow Band IoT (NB-IoT), should be adopted in integrating and extending the achieved gains for solving these issues that shape the power consumption with a large coverage area of tens of billions of devices [2]. LPWAN is defined for solving these issues by using a DRX/eDRX mechanism; however, the existing DRX models are partially inconsistent with 4G. The purpose of this research is to propose a framework that improve the power saving efficiency while maintaining the ability to guarantee the delay requirement for achieving a better lifetime of IoT devices. In this research work, an image processing technique is used to segment facial images of GENDER-FERET dataset, and choose multi interest prototypes automatically using trainable bank of Gabor filters. Spatial pyramid algorithm with three levels is used to extract the features for each prototype. Enhancement is accomplished in two main steps. First, the descriptors are ranked and most significant ones are identified using Neighborhood Component Analysis feature selection algorithm. Second, Cubic Support Vector Machine (Cubic SVM) classifier is applied. Several classification performance metrics are measured such as accuracy, testing and training time that are recorded better results. So, Content-based image retrieval (CBIR) became one of the challenges in information retrieval and image processing fields, its services needs to apply for both business and science domains. In this paper we have proposed a CBIR approach that based on statistical methods feature selection via k-nearest neighbor (KNN) technique. Hence, supervised learning is employed for CBIR to train WANG database images, then the query image was the tested sample, and among predicted class we have filtered the final results. Number of randomly selected query images have been tested via this approach, with a variation of CBIR criteria, which have varied among image types, category query, and threshold distances. The average results have presented in three result groups, some RGB images results have showed good evaluation, in term of precisions measure, also grayscale and RGB images have varied values; on the evaluation of f-measures results, which have changed according some different CBIR factors.
