How to provide the most suitable and personalized medical plan for a particular patient is a problem that should be considered at present. For this purpose, we propose to use patients’ experience data and clinical guidelines as knowledge sources to construct evidence in order to support patient-oriented clinical decision-making. In this paper, we propose a side-effect knowledge model, which can model the side-effect knowledge obtained from two data sources: patient experience data and clinical guidelines to support mining patient preferences in a more fine-grained form. In addition, we also propose a comprehensive decision-making system architecture that can consider both the patient’s clinical symptoms and subjective preferences, so as to provide more comprehensive and interpretable decision support for clinicians and patients. We designed and implemented a prototype system to prove the feasibility of this decision support system architecture.","PeriodicalId":108827,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Public Health and Data Science (ICPHDS)","volume":"99 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130236713","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In poverty alleviation by developing TCM industry, there are structural defects and inadequate capability among the multiple major participants, imperfect benefit-linking mechanism, and lack of democratic and supervisory mechanism. Correspondingly, it is suggested to clarify the functions of each party, improve the structure of multi-subject collaborative governance, and optimize the performance assessment, win-win outcomes, and benefit-linking system in poverty alleviation by developing TCM industry. The use of modern information technology to establish a two-way supervision mechanism for TCM industry’s multi-subject poverty alleviation to provide reference for further promoting the multi-subject collaborative governance mechanism.","PeriodicalId":108827,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Public Health and Data Science (ICPHDS)","volume":"14 5","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120889158","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Method A TSIR model was employed to analyze the transmission parameters. Pearson correlation, multiple linear regression model, generalized additive model and random forest model used to reveal the effects of climate on HFM disease transmission. Results The result indicates that the reporting rate and the infection rate were 0.37 and 0.00035, respectively, with the size of susceptible individuals as about 490 thousand. Since Guangxi has a subtropical monsoon climate, the study shows that the strongest influence on HFM infection is temperature and followed by rainfall through the Pearson correlation coefficients as 0.55 and 0.4, respectively. Incidence linearly grows with increase of temperature, but the rainfall-HFMD relationship was shown as an approximately inverted U shape curve, with a threshold as 10.5mm. Conclusion Low reporting rate, high infection rate, and huge susceptible people, indicated the severity of HFM infections in Guangxi Province. Evident influence of climate on the incidence illustrates that climate can be used as an indicator for the disease control.","PeriodicalId":108827,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Public Health and Data Science (ICPHDS)","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121148952","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to explore the difference, this study selected Guangzhou as the research object. Based on the information of confirmed cases of new coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) given by the Guangzhou Municipal Health Commission, GIS software was used to analyze the differences in temporal and spatial characteristics of transmission. The study found that: Compared with SARS, COVID-19 spreads more widely and is more contagious. The spread of COVID-19 is characterized by a wide range and dispersion. Compared with SARS, the infection situation of medical staff in the prevention and control of the epidemic has been greatly improved. This study is helpful to grasp the characteristics of the time and space transmission of infectious diseases in metroetpolitan areas and provide effective early warning for emergency decision-making and prevention and control of the epidemic.","PeriodicalId":108827,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Public Health and Data Science (ICPHDS)","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132504591","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In implementing this policy, there are many problems both technical and operational. This research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach and conducted at live sub district coordinator public health services. Research data obtained by in-depth interviews and focused group discussion. For data analysis, qualitative techniques were used, that is, narrative interpretations, conclusions and data validation by triangulation techniques. The results show that on giving free services, officer does not show any improvement in their performance. This was the result of the absence of incentives or special compensation for them. Material and non-material compensation is expected to increase work motivation. Supporting facilities, such as logistics and health facilities should be prepared to improve of free services, this is for in turn increasing patient’s satisfaction. Stakeholder perception feels that the policy Ambon City Government regarding health services the free base is very good and profitable for the community. Public Health Center staff performance after free policy decreased because it was not evenly distributed the division of main tasks and work functions is still lacking organizational support. Nothing special incentives and compensation provided for officers in running free services, good materially and nonmaterial. However, conceptually complex and multi-terminological EMR makes doctors hard to retrieve useful information, which not only leads to low work efficiency, but also may miss the key information of pathological understanding. Named entity recognition (NER) technology can help doctors quickly screen out key entities and improve the efficiency of clinicians. In this study, we proposed two model structures (Damped Pointer Network and Dynamic Fusion) to improve the accuracy and recall rate of entity recognition. The model structures were well fitted the EMR with small size of samples and many technical terms in the form of uncommon words. Experiments showed that the F1-score (harmonic average of accuracy and recall rate) of the model structures proposed in this study was 98.56%, which was 2% higher than other frequently-used recognition technologies like BERT and BERT-CRF.","PeriodicalId":108827,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Public Health and Data Science (ICPHDS)","volume":"482 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120898914","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
