This study discusses one important aspect in the preparation of the Port Master Plan, namely the projected movement of goods and passengers, which can be used as a reference in determining the need for facilities at each stage of port development. The case study was conducted at a port located in a district in Maluku Province and aims to evaluate the analysis of projected demand for goods and passengers occurring at the port. The projection method used is time series and econometric projection. The projection results are then compared with the existing data in 2018. The results of this study show that the econometric projection gives adequate results in predicting loading and unloading activities as well as the number of passenger arrival and departure in 2018. This is indicated by the difference in the percentage of projection results towards the existing data, which is smaller than 10%. Whereas for loading and unloading activities, time series projections with logarithmic trends give better results than econometric projections. Keywords: port, port master plan, port development, unloading activities Abstrak Setiap pelabuhan di Indonesia harus memiliki sebuah Rencana Induk Pelabuhan yang memuat rencana pengem-bangan pelabuhan secara terpadu. Studi ini membahas salah satu aspek penting dalam penyusunan Rencana Induk Pelabuhan, yaitu proyeksi pergerakan barang dan penumpang, yang dapat dipakai sebagai acuan dalam penentuan kebutuhan fasilitas di setiap tahap pengembangan pelabuhan. Studi kasus dilakukan pada sebuah pelabuhan yang terletak di sebuah kabupaten di Provinsi Maluku dan bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi ter-hadap analisis proyeksi demand barang dan penumpang yang terjadi di pelabuhan tersebut. Metode proyeksi yang dipakai adalah proyeksi deret waktu dan ekonometrik. Hasil proyeksi selanjutnya dibandingkan dengan data eksisting tahun 2018. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa proyeksi ekonometrik memberikan hasil yang cukup baik dalam memprediksi aktivitas bongkar barang serta jumlah penumpang naik dan turun di tahun 2018. Hal ini diindikasikan dengan selisih persentase hasil proyeksi terhadap data eksisting yang lebih kecil dari 10%. Sedangkan untuk aktivitas muat barang, proyeksi deret waktu dengan tren logaritmik memberikan hasil yang lebih baik daripada proyeksi ekonometrik. This causes the transportation of goods in the province is also large. The pattern of movement of goods in East Kalimantan Province is influenced by the potential of its natural resources. This study aims to analyze the attraction model of the movement of freight transportation in East Kalimantan Province, using the Origin and Destination Matrix of movement for 9 districts/cities in East Kalimantan Province, as well as the movement of 3 external zones. Furthermore the Origin and Destination Matrix of the movement is converted to trip units/year based on the type of truck most often used to transport goods. This is done so that in the analysis process, variables can be correlated with socio-economic data as independent variables. The analysis was performed using a zone-based correlation model, a step-by-step method of type 1. The results show that the best model for the attraction of freight transportation in East Kalimantan Province is a model that uses independent variables of egg production and chicken livestock, with a coefficient of determination of 0.564. Hal ini menyebabkan angkutan barang di provinsi ini besar pula. Pola pergerakan barang di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dipengaruhi oleh potensi sumber daya alam yang dimilikinya. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model tarikan pergerakan angkutan barang di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, dengan menggunakan Matriks Asal Tujuan pergerakan untuk 9 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, serta pergerakan 3 zona eksternal. Selanjutnya Matriks Asal Tujuan pergerakan dikonversikan ke satuan trip/tahun berdasarkan jenis truk yang paling sering digunakan untuk mengangkut barang. Hal ini dilakukan agar dalam proses analisis, variabel dapat dikorelasikan dengan data sosial-ekonomi sebagai variabel bebas. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan model korelasi berbasis zona, metode langkah demi langkah tipe 1. Dari hasil pemodelan diperoleh bahwa model terbaik untuk tarikan angkutan barang di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur adalah model yang menggunakan variabel-variabel bebas pro-duksi telur dan ternak ayam, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,564. This study aims to analyze the performance of this intersections and es-timate costs due to congestion that occurs. This study was performed by conducting a field survey to determine the geometric conditions, traffic volume, cycle time, and vehicle speed. The data obtained are then analyzed and modeled using Vissim 10 software. The intersection performance indicator considered is the queue length and level of service. The calculation of congestion costs using indicators of vehicle numbers, vehicle operating costs, spot speed, desired speed, travel time value, and queue time. The results of the observation showed that the performance of the SGM signalized intersection in Yogyakarta was very poor, with the level of service F at peak hours, so that repairs need to be done. In this study, the recommended solution consists of 2 alternatives, namely alternative 1, by changing the phase, and alternative 2, by widening the road. The results of the analysis show that alternative 2 provides the best solution to improve performance and reduce congestion costs at the intersection. Keywords: signal intersection, congestion costs, service level, intersection performance, queue Abstrak Simpang bersinyal SGM di Kota Yogyakarta merupakan suatu simpang dengan volume lalu lintas tinggi dan berpotensi menimbulkan kemacetan lalu lintas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja simpang tersebut dan mengestimasi biaya akibat kemacetan yang terjadi. Studi ini dilakukan dengan melakukan survei lapangan untuk mengetahui kondisi geometrik, volume lalu lintas, waktu siklus, dan kecepatan kendaraan. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis dan dimodelkan menggunakan perangkat lunak Vissim 10. Indikator kinerja simpang yang dipertimbangkan adalah antrian dan tingkat pelayanan. Perhitungan biaya kemacetan menggunakan indikator jumlah kendaraan, biaya operasional kendaraan, kecepatan sesaat, kecepatan ideal, nilai waktu perjalanan, dan waktu antrian. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa kinerja simpang bersinyal SGM Yogyakarta sangat buruk, dengan tingkat pelayanan F pada jam puncak, sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan. Pada kajian ini, solusi yang direkomendasikan terdiri atas 2 alternatif, yaitu alternatif 1, dengan mengubah fase, dan alternatif 2, dengan melakukan pelebaran jalan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa alter-natif 2 memberikan solusi terbaik untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan mengurangi biaya kemacetan pada simpang. Spatial analysis is used to determine the catchment area of shopping location based on the location of shoppers’ residence along with the correlation with shoppers’ activity and characteristic. The purposes of this study are to analyze the catchment area of shopping location in Bandung based on shopper’s preferences and to analyze the shopping travel pattern. The questionnaire data about the grocery shopping trip is analyzed using Thiessen Polygon and Buffering Method. The analysis shows that there is a mismatch between the market service coverage and the preferences of respondent destination. Analysis shows that shoppers will choose the shopping location by considering the distance of shopping location from home, travel costs, and travel duration in selecting any type of shopping location. Analisis spasial dipergunakan untuk menjelaskan daerah cakupan lokasi belanja berdasarkan lokasi tempat tinggal serta keterkaitannya dengan aktivitas dan karakteristik pelaku belanja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis daerah cakupan lokasi berbelanja pilihan pelaku belanja di Kota Bandung dan menganalisis pola perjalanan berbelanja. Data hasil penyebaran kuisioner mengenai perjalanan berbelanja kebutuhan sehari-hari dianalisis menggunakan Metode Thiessen Polygon dan Metode Buffer. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara luas cakupan layanan suatu lokasi belanja dengan luas jangkauan layanan lokasi pilihan pelaku belanja. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa pelaku belanja memilih lokasi belanja dengan mempertimbangkan jarak dari tempat tinggal, durasi, dan biaya perjalanan. This happens because of the increasing loading time which weakens the pavement stiffness modulus. To overcome this, the flexible pavement on the intersection approaching legs can be replaced by a rigid pavement. This study discusses the design of Jointed Plain Concrete Pavement rigid pavement in the Eastern Approach of North Ringroad-Seturan Highway intersection, in Sleman, Yogyakarta. The Guideline for Design of Cement Concrete Road Pavement, Pd T-14-2003, was used to calculatepaveent thickness and design of joints. The analysis was carried out using a mechanistic-empirical approach using KENSLABS software. The results show that the K400 concrete quality with a thickness of 24 cm is capable of meeting the of fatigue and erosion requirements for a 20-year design life. Hal ini terjadi karena meningkatnya waktu pembebanan yang melemahkan modulus kekakuan perkerasan. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, perkerasan lentur pada pendekat simpang dapat diganti menjadi perkerasan kaku. Penelitian ini membahas perancangan perkerasan kaku jenis Jointed Plain Concrete Pavement pada Pendekat Timur Simpang Ring Road Utara–Jalan Raya Seturan, di Sleman, Yogyakarta. Pedoman Petunjuk Perencanaan Jalan Beton Semen Pd T-14-2003 digunakan untuk menghitung tebal perkerasan dan perancangan sambungan. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan mekanistik-empiris menggunakan perangkat lunak KENSLABS. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa mutu beton K400 dengan tebal 24 cm mampu memenuhi persyaratan kerusakan fatik dan erosi untuk umur rencana 20 tahun. The determination of the bus fare should be proportional to the service quality received by its users. This study aims to determine the average current values of the ability to pay and willingness to pay and the average value of willingness to pay if there is an increase in the quality of Trans Sidoarjo Bus services. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires on weekdays and on holidays, during peak hours in the morning and in the evening. Based on the results of the analysis, the average value of ability to pay for nonstudents and students is Rp5,437 and Rp3,355 for a single ride, respectively. While the average value of willingness to pay for nonstudents and students is Rp5,162,00 and Rp1,622,00 for a single ride, respectively If the quality of bus services can be improved, as expected by users, the average value of willingness to pay is increasing to Rp7,889,00 and Rp2,951,00 for a single ride for nonstudent and student, respectively. Keywords: ability to pay, willingness to pay, bus service, traffic congestion Abstrak Pengoperasian Bus Trans Sidoarjo merupakan suatu upaya untuk mengurangi kemacetan lalu lintas di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penentuan besarnya tarif bus ini sebaiknya sebanding dengan kualitas pelayanan yang diterima oleh penggunanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari nilai rata-rata kemampuan membayar dan nilai rata-rata kemauan membayar pada saat ini dan nilai rata-rata kemauan membayar jika ada peningkatan kualitas pelayanan Bus Trans Sidoarjo. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner pada hari kerja dan pada hari libur, pada saat jam-jam sibuk pagi dan sore hari. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh nilai rata-rata kemampuan membayar untuk mahasiswa atau umum dan pelajar masing-masing sebesar Rp5.437,00 untuk sekali naik dan Rp3.355,00 untuk sekali naik. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata kemauan membayar mahasiswa atau umum dan pelajar masing-masing sebesar Rp5.162 untuk sekali naik dan Rp1.622 untuk sekali naik. Seandainya kualitas pelayanan bus dapat ditingkatkan, sebagaimana yang diharapkan oleh pengguna, nilai rata-rata kemauan membayar mahasiswa atau umum dan pelajar masing-masing meningkat menjadi Rp7.889,00 dan Rp2.951,00 untuk sekali naik. The purpose of this study is to estimate the factors that influence passenger preferences in traveling on the Jakarta Kota-Tanjung Priok route and form a demand analysis tool in the form of a modal choice model. The analysis was carried out using the binomial logit model approach which was developed based on the stated preference survey results on public transportation passengers that traveled on the similar route as the route where the Electric Rail Train operates. The factors included in the stated preference survey were obtained through literature studies and interviews, and through a pilot survey 3 factors were chosen which most influenced the mode choice. Based on the results of the correlation test, it was found that the variable that most influences the mode choice is the tariff. Keywords: passenger preferences, choice model, stated preference, tariff Abstrak Dengan beroperasinya Kereta Rel Listrik rute Jakarta Kota–Tanjung Priok pada akhir tahun 2015, diperkirakan terdapat potensi perpindahan penumpang dari moda lainnya ke Kereta Rel Listrik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperkirakan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi preferensi penumpang dalam melakukan perjalanan di rute Jakarta Kota–Tanjung Priok dan membentuk perangkat analisis permintaan berbentuk model pemilihan moda. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan model logit binomial yang dikembangkan berdasarkan hasil survei stated preference terhadap penumpang angkot yang melalui rute yang sama dengan rute Kereta Rel Listrik. Faktor-faktor yang dimasukkan dalam survei stated preference diperoleh melalui studi literatur dan wawancara, dan melalui survei pilot dipilih 3 faktor yang dinilai paling memengaruhi pilihan moda. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi ditemukan bahwa variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pilihan moda adalah tarif. Its spatial-separated location characteristics led to travel consequence. Grocery shopping activities and travels still partly contributed to several challenges on urban transportation, such as traffic congestion. This study aims to investigate the shopping location decision as a part of shoppers’ spatial attribute. The analysis conducted based on data from a survey in Bandung City in 2017 which the shopping activities and travel characteristics were recorded. Result of analyses using classification analysis confirmed the hypotheses that there is positive interaction between travel characteristics, activity arrangements, and spatial conditions in selecting shopping location. It is found, similar region shopping location with resident area not necessarily lead to a choice. The study finds that the attractions offered by shopping locations influence location selection. In addition, the activity arrangement of shoppers through the trip chain were also found to influence the selection of shopping locations. Karakteristik spasial lokasi belanja mengakibatkan konsekuensi pada perjalanan. Kegiatan dan perjalanan belanja sehari-hari berkontribusi pada permasalahan transportasi perkotaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keputusan pemilihan lokasi belanja sebagai bagian dari atribut spasial pelaku belanja. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan data survei wawancara di Kota Bandung tahun 2017 tentang kegiatan belanja dan karakteristik perjalanan. Hasil analisis menggunakan analisis klasifikasi mendukung hipotesis bahwa ada interaksi positif antara karakteristik perjalanan, pengaturan aktivitas, dan kondisi spasial dalam memilih jenis lokasi belanja. Kesamaan lokasi belanja dan lokasi tempat tinggal tidak selalu mengarahkan pelaku belanja untuk memilih lokasi tersebut. Studi ini menemukan pula bahwa atraksi yang ditawarkan oleh lokasi belanja memengaruhi pemilihan tersebut. Selain itu, pengaturan aktivitas pelaku belanja juga ditemukan memengaruhi pemilihan lokasi belanja, yaitu dengan melakukan pengaturan perjalanan dan aktivitas melalui rantai perjalanan. Therefore, targeted and appropriate policy measures to improve compliance with road traffic regulations need to be developed. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of compliance of road users and strategic concepts of law enforcement that are able to improve compliance of road users and traffic safety. Secondary data used in this study were obtained from Polrestabes Bandung. The existing data shows that, in the past 10 years, traffic accidents that occurred in the City of Bandung have claimed the average death toll of 200 people per year. Overall, a single measure of law enforcement has proved insufficient to substantially reduce the risk of accidents in the long run. Law enforcement strategies that combine several policies to improve compliance of road users are generally more efficient. Keywords: traffic safety, traffic accidents, law enforcement, road user compliance Abstrak Pelanggaran lalu lintas merupakan suatu faktor penting yang meningkatkan risiko kecelakaan di jalan. Karena itu, langkah-langkah kebijakan yang tepat sasaran dan tepat guna untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan lalu lintas jalan perlu dikembangkan. Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan pengguna jalan dan konsep strategis penegakan hukum yang mampu meningkatkan kepatuhan pengguna jalan dan keselamatan lalu lintas. Data sekunder yang digunakan pada studi ini diperoleh dari Polrestabes Bandung. Data yang ada menunjukkan bahwa dalam kurun waktu 10 tahun terakhir kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terjadi di Kota Bandung telah merenggut korban meninggal rata-rata 200 orang per tahun. Secara keseluruhan, ukuran penegakan hukum tunggal terbukti tidak cukup untuk secara substansial mengurangi risiko kecelakaan dalam jangka panjang. Strategi penegakan hukum yang menggabungkan beberapa kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pengguna jalan umumnya lebih efisien. In an effort to improve the quality of the asphalt, additives are added, such as polymers. This study aims to determine the basic characteristics of Low Density Polyethylene Plastic modified asphalt, which includes penetration, softening point, flash and fire point, specific gravity, ductility, viscosity. In addition, it will be determined the maximum content of Low Density Polyethylene Plastic which produces modified asphalt that meets the standards of the Directorate General of Highways. The results of this study show that modified asphalt with Low Density Polyethylene Plastic can increase the asphalt softening point and reduce penetration value, flash and fire point, specific gravity, ductility, and viscosity of asphalt. The maximum LDPE Plastic content that can produce modified asphalt that meets specifications of the Directorate General of Highways is 5%. Keywords: plastic, asphalt quality, additives, basic characteristics of asphalt, modified asphalt Abstrak Salah satu cara untuk mengurangi kerusakan struktur perkerasan jalan adalah dengan meningkatkan mutu aspal yang digunakan. Dalam upaya peningkatan mutu aspal dilakukan penambahan bahan aditif, seperti polimer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dasar aspal modifikasi plastik Low Density Polyethylene, yang meliputi penetrasi, titik lembek, titik nyala dan titik bakar, berat jenis, daktilitas, viskositas. Selain itu, akan ditentukan kadar maksimal plastik Low Density Polyethylene maksimal yang menghasilkan aspal modifikasi yang memenuhi standar Bina Marga. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aspal modifikasi dengan plastik Low Density Polyethylene dapat meningkatkan titik lembek aspal serta menurunkan nilai penetrasi, titik nyala dan titik bakar, berat jenis, daktilitas, dan viskositas aspal. Kadar plastik LDPE maksimal yang dapat menghasilkan aspal modifikasi yang memenuhi persyaratan Bina Marga adalah 5%.
