Al Washliyah 12 Perbaungan Tahun Pembelajaran 2020-2021 dengan menggunakan gambar dan imajinasi dapat berhasil meningkat. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model eksperimen yaitu menggunakan 2 kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol model one group pre test and post test design. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk menjaring data penugasan yakni menulis karangan deskripsi dengan menggunakan gambar dan imajinasi. Dari hasil pengolahan data diperoleh rata-rata kelas eksperimen rata-rata post test group adalah 89,6 atau 76% telah berhasil menulis karangan deskripsi. Sedangkan kelas kontrol mencapai nilai rata-rata 77,29 atau sebanyak 41,66% yang sangat baik menulis karangan deskripsi. Selanjutnya  (15.19) dikonsultasikan dengan pada taraf 4% dengan df = 66 diperoleh tabel pada taraf signifikan 5% = 0.67 karena  yang di peroleh lebih besar dari15.19 , maka hipotesis nihil () ditolak maka hipotesis alternatif () di terima. Berdasarkan tujuan tersebut dibuatlah rumusan masalah yaitu, apakah metode Team Game Tournament (TGT) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Fiqih materi Zakat pada siswa kelas VIII-B MTs Negeri 3 Aceh Barat? Penelitian ini mengunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan metode observasi, pengumpulan data, tes, dokumentasi dan analisis data. Penelitian ini mengunakan dua siklus untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil pembelajaran Fiqih Materi Zakat pada siswa kelas VIII-B MTs Negeri 3 Aceh Barat tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. So this is the background for doing this research. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using the brainstorming method in students' speaking learning and to find out whether students are interested in learning with this method. The subjects in this study were students of the first grade of SMA Unggulan Ummu Rahmah for the academic year 2020/2021, totaling 30 students. This study used two classes, namely class X-1 as the experimental class and class X-2 as the control class. This study uses quantitative methods conducted by experimental research. Researchers used two instruments. There are tests carried out including pre-test, post-test and interviews. Based on the results of data processing, the results can be concluded that there is a significant increase, namely the post-test average value is higher than the pre-test (74.3>55) and (51.6>63.3). From the results of the data that has changed, it can be concluded that students have increased in learning by using the brainstorming method. And the results of interviews conducted with English teachers prove that this method is effective for students. The reliability of the research in this study showed the number 4.8. It was conducted by using classroom action research. The subject of the research was the eighth grade students of SMP Al Washliyah 4 Medan consisting of 18 students. The research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle consisted of three meetings. The instruments for collecting data were essay test, observation sheet, diary notes, and questionnaire sheet. Based on the descriptive text test results, students’ score kept improving in every test. In the orientation test, there were 8 students getting ≥75 and the mean was 66. In the first cycle, there were 9 students obtaining ≥75, and the mean was 71. In the second cycle, there were 15 students gaining ≥75 and the mean was 83. Based on the diary notes and questionnaire sheet, it was shown that the expression and excitement of the students in studying descriptive text writing also improved. Based on the diary notes and observation, it was found that the teaching learning process ran well, the students were active and interested in studying descriptive text writing. Siswadi, Ade Ermayani","doi":"10.47662/pedagogi.v7i2.87","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47662/pedagogi.v7i2.87","url":null,"abstract":"Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1) Guru belum bervariasi dalam menggunakan model pembelajaran dan lebih dominan masih menggunakan pembelajaran langsung yang hanya terpusat pada guru, (2) Kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif eksperimen. Tekhnik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik simple random sampling. Terpilih kelas VIII-2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan VIII-1 sebagai kelas Kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pretest kelas eksperimen adalah 16,1667, simpangan baku adalah 2,1267 dan variansnya adalah 7,532. Sedangkan rata-rata pretest kelas kontrol adalah 11,433, simpangan baku adalah 2,112 dan variansnya adalah 4,461. Dari nilai pretest diketahui bahwa siswa kelas kontrol maupun siswa kelas eksperimen berada pada kemampuan penalaran matematis yang rendah. Selanjutnya diperoleh nilai rata-rata posttest siswa kelas eksperiment adalah 17, 33, simpangan baku sebesar 2,8927 dan varians adalah 8,367 sedangkan yang menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung memiliki rata-rata posttest kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa adalah 13,4, simpangan baku sebesar 1,773 dan varians adalah 3,145. Kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa berkembang dikelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI). Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa penelitian uji hipotesis diperoleh harga t hitung = 6,6921 pada taraf pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 dan n = 30 dengan hargattabel = 1,699. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh thitung = 6,69211 > ttabel = 1,699. There were two problems in this study, namely the types of noun phrase construction found in writing by the first year students of senior high school and the dominant type of noun phrase constructions found in writing by the first year students of senior high school. The data in this study were taken from the students’ samples of writing particularly descriptive writing. There were two parallel classes involved which consisted of 50 students as total population and sample. This study was designed as a qualitative descriptive. The results of the analysis found that the students mostly used three types of noun phrase construction; they were Modifier + Head (M + H), Head + Modifier (H + M), and Modifier + Head + Modifier (M + H + M). Listening is one skill that highly complicated, started from receiving, understanding, remembering, evaluating, and responding to what they hear. It becomes a problem to the students especially in an EFL classroom. Sometimes the students are discouraged to this situation. To overcome the problems, one of the solutions is employing the strategies of listening. The research subject were the students of first semester who take Listening for General Communication subject. Data were collected by questionnaire It consisted of 24 questions for metacognitive strategy, cognitive strategy, and socio-affective strategy. It adapted from Listening Comprehension Strategy Inventory (LCSI). The results showed that metacognitive strategy (50,4%) was the most strategy frequently employed by the students. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan yang bertahap 2 siklus, meliputi: tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi, catatan lapangan, dan tes.  Analisis data penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif, dianalisis dari hasil observasi dan catatan lapangan. Adapun temuan penelitian: (1) adanya peningkatan keterampilan siswa dalam menyimak cerita anak pada proses penerapan media kidoodle pada struktur cerita anak, dan (2) Peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa dibuktikan pada siklus I dengan nilai rata-rata hanya 66, meningkat menjadi 89,4. This study was a classroom action research. The subject of the research was the students of class X MIA-1 at SMA Teladan Sei Rampah consisting of 32 students. The research was conducted in two cycles consisting of three meetings in each. The instruments for collecting data were speaking test, observation sheet, diary notes and questionnaire. Based on the speaking test results, students’ scores kept improving in every test. On the orientation test, the mean score was 39.5. There were no students gaining score ≥ 75. In the first meeting of Cycle I, the mean score was 43. There were no students gaining score ≥ 75.  In the second meeting, the mean score was 47.3. There were no students gaining score ≥ 75. In the third meeting, the mean score was 49.36. There were no students gaining score ≥ 75. In the first meeting of Cycle II, the mean score was 57.5. The number of students gaining score ≥ 75 was 5 (15.6%). In the second meeting, the mean score was 72.78. The number of students gaining score ≥ 75 was 20 (62.5%). In the third meeting, the mean score was 82.30. The number of students obtaining score ≥ 75 was 30 (93.75%). Based on the observation sheet, diary notes, and questionnaire, it was revealed the learning process ran well. The students were active and enthusiastic in learning.
