Learning media needed that can be used as a communication tool or intermediary that the sender will convey with the aim that the recipient can more easily receive the information conveyed (Megawati, 2017). One of the learning media used in the learning process is a poster. Poster learning media is said to be good if it includes legibility, visibility, readability, and composition (Pauwels, 2015). In biology learning, poster media is often used. One of the biological materials that use poster media is plant tissue material. Plant tissue materials study plant tissue facts from various cutting techniques and are poured into images so that studying these materials relies on pictures of plant tissue incisions (Pratama et al., 2022). The results of this study have better changes and have a role in changing the verbal and non-verbal communication of students. This poster model is effective for use on plant tissue materials, where the pictures on the poster can make it easier to understand the material. One of the components in developing career maturity is Employability skills. Employability skills are a set of skills that are important for individuals to have to survive in a job. Vocational Schools in Indonesia, commonly called SMK, aim to graduate individuals ready to work. Therefore, SMK graduate needs to master employability skills. This study aimed to determine the effect of the employability skills program on vocational school students. The research was conducted at a state vocational school at Bogor with a weak experimental method and involved six students as samples. The research results indicate that the employability skills program can improve the employability skills of vocational students. Teachers still need to implement the use of learning models fully, so the learning process is only teacher-centered, and learning does not involve active students. This research was conducted to determine the effect of applying the discovery learning model on students' learning outcomes on the protists concept using the quasi-experimental method. The results showed that the students' learning outcomes on the protists concept in the experimental class after applying the discovery learning model on the protists concept (= 43.2) is better than the control class (= 40.6). Students' creative thinking skills need to be developed to overcome problems in everyday life, such as discovering and creating new things, new ways, and new models that are useful for themselves and others. Creative thinking is also a skill that demands 21st-century competencies developed through applying the curriculum 2013. The Project Based Learning (PjBL) is a recommended learning model in the curriculum 2013. The purpose of this study is to measure student creativity in compiling project reports. These creative thinking skills are developed through the Human Physiology Anatomy Course (Anfisman) by applying project-based STEM-integrated PjBL. The project in question is to explore problems in the form of diseases or abnormalities in the body system often suffered by the community and their solutions. Then the project report is packaged in the form of a video. The method used in the study is the mixed method with an explanatory design. The research sample was Anfisman class students, who were selected by purposive sampling totaling 38 people. The instruments used are creative product assessment and STEM-integrated PjBL implementation sheets. The results showed that students have good creative thinking skills, shown by the results of their project report products in the form of videos. Project reports in the very creative category, as much as 12%. In the creative category, as much as 75%, and in the quite creative category, as much as 13%. Lifestyle describes the \"whole person\" who interacts with his environment. One of the trendy lifestyles in demand by various people, including students, is the modern lifestyle. Modern lifestyles influence consumers' consumption decisions because good images will arise if we can follow this lifestyle. Especially in social problems, where to hang out, and style in appearance. So, a person's lifestyle is related to his association and social norms that are carried out in the surrounding environment. This study aimed to determine the relationship between the influence of lifestyle on student association and social norms. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational study. Respondents in this study were male students at a state university in Banten, Indonesia, which consisted of the Faculty of Law, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Teaching and Education, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Business Economics, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, totaling 115 people. Data collection uses a VALS scale questionnaire (adaptation). The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of lifestyle on association and social norms. A simple lifestyle following the circumstances of the respondents influences associations that do not require a \"brand image\" or require branded goods in their association. As well as influences social norms as well. Characteristics of gender that give rise to the notion that men should be masculine and women should be feminine. From the characteristics it appears a profession that is identical with a particular gender. This is if there is a certain gender have a profession that is opposite to gender it would be underestimated or considered less feasible. Male dancers are often considered not masculine because of the public view. This study wanted to describe how male dancers retain their identity as men and are considered masculine by society, the type of masculinity of eachsubject and the reason the subject chooses the profession as a dancer. The method used in this study uses the results of research from Tuncay that mentions masculinity can be defined socially as a way to become a man grouped into 11 elements. The type of masculinity uses four masculinity configurations in the hierarchy of masculinity, And approach the theory of special learning in career selection by Krumboltz. The theories are used to analyze 3 male respondents who work as dancers. The technique used is qualitative research techniques in the form of interviews and observation. From the results of the study is known to all respondents still show their masculinity without being influenced by the profession they choose. For the respondents to be a dancer is a thing they like. The procedure used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection methods used are interviews and questionnaires. The interview was conducted with seven respondents, namely teachers at a senior high school in pandeglang district, indonesia, who are facilitators in implementing an independent curriculum in the classroom, as well as class X and XI students as participants in project to strengthen Pancasila student profile activities. Students are required to make or do a project to implement an independent curriculum. Project activities in this independent curriculum, one of which is by carrying out project to strengthen Pancasila student profile activities. The project to strengthen Pancasila student profile activity is a project to strengthen Pancasila students' profiles. The project to strengthen Pancasila student profile activities were adjusted to the seven themes arranged by the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. One problem is the teacher's unpreparedness to manage stress due to implementing online learning activities. This study aimed to improve mathematics teachers' readiness to deal with pressure during online learning activities. The method used is action research which refers to 5 aspects of stress. The subjects in this study were 30 mathematics teachers who were members of the Serang Regency Subject Matter Teacher Forum. Indicators of success are participants who experience each aspect under eight people. Activities carried out in 2 cycles. The test results showed that the average score on the physical aspect changed from 15 people at the beginning of the assessment to 9 people in the first posttest and seven people in the second posttest. Furthermore, the emotional aspects of 14 people became nine people in the first posttest and six people in posttest 2. The mental aspect changed from 10 people in the pretest to 8 people in posttest 1 and five people in posttest 2. Behavioral aspects from 17 people to 10 people in the first posttest and seven people in the second posttest. The last aspect, spiritual, from 8 people, turned into four people in the first post-set and three people in the second post-set. This study used a descriptive method and a test to assess the scientific argumentation of 49 students, consisting of eight questions from two themes. We used four components of scientific argumentation: students' ability to make claims and warrants, students' ability to construct counterarguments, students' ability to generate supportive arguments, and student's ability to generate evidence from Lin and Mintzes (2010). We quantified the qualitative data from students' answers and analyzed the data using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the scientific argumentation of senior high school students was 33% in the good category, 31% in the satisfactory category, 22% in the need improvement category, and 14% in the unsatisfactory category. For each component, 95% of students can make claims and warrants, 54% of students have the ability to construct counterarguments, 48% of students can generate supportive arguments, and 98% have the ability to generate evidence.
