A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted using the Scopus database, screening 50 articles relating to public–private funding models in European universities. The study reveals that while public–private funding models have gained traction in the academic sphere, they primarily focus on supporting applied science research projects. In contrast, the funding of projects solely oriented toward community empowerment remains limited, with only one article addressing this potential. The findings highlight the challenges associated with employing public–private funding for UCE projects with a strong emphasis on community empowerment. Public–private funding, typically sourced from industry partners, tends to prioritize product innovations and productivity enhancements, posing a mismatch with the social justice-oriented nature of UCE. These facilities were built to support both academic and non-academic activities. This research aims to develop the first 3D game as a digital promotional media orientation on the introduction of the Polimedia campus. Games are a digital medium that continues to develop, especially during the 2019 Covid pandemic. Game is a combination of multimedia and interaction that has proven successful in attracting user attention compared to other digital media. This research was developed with the following stages, namely initialization consisting of game idea research. Research on appropriate game genres, pre-production, production which consist of programming and modeling, and testing including functional testing and testing on users who have the potential to use this game for validation. Based on the data obtained, the overall value of positive perceptions is 70.68%, while negative perceptions weigh 29.32%. This percentage shows that from a user perspective, the game being developed meets user expectations and its objectives. The evolution spikes, especially on digital platform jobs, are referred to as “freelancers”, “giggers”, or “work on demand” depending on their industry. Hence, this study examines the evolution of digital platform for gig economy, specifically for design industry from various field such as advertising, graphic design, brand design management, photography, fashion, architecture and the latest in the digital era Non- Fungible-Token (NFT). Systematic literature review was applied to identify the objective of evolution in digital platform for the business market in design industry which leads to digital business. Client relationships and management were also included as the impact factors of the evolution. The current research synthesis is obtained to develop a fundamental conceptual framework for the purpose of delivering the summary of the available primary resources. The current study produced preliminary results in reflection amongst the designers on the forced evolution on the new digital platform, challenges in transformation of business plan, marketing Metaverse, and artificial intelligence (AI), the gig economy attitude toward work as well as reduced professional efficacy if lack of management. However, it is only placed in tourist locations and has yet to become a necessity for the people of North Sumatra. The research analyzes ornamental motifs that must be translated in the form of explanations in a catalog. This research aims to explore the motifs and ornamental patterns of North Sumatra as a first step, so that the visualization of North Sumatran motifs and ornamental patterns can strengthen the local cultural identity. The research uses qualitative methods as a space for artistic–aesthetic exploration. It presents some of the catalog’s visualizations as an answer to preserving ancestral heritage through cultural ornamental motifs. In the research process, the researcher will redesign North Sumatra Ornaments in a catalog with a circular composition, which can be processed as the primary material for a guidebook and as a reference medium to standardize the identity that has been created to maintain the consistency of the identity so that it remains well adhered and is not mistaken in its placement in various places. This research will discuss the process of creating an Audiobook Platform for the Final Project of Publishing Students to maximize the “Reading Experience.” The Final Project of Publishing students who will be converted are the prioritized children’s book genre, the aim is to increase the reading experience of readers, and reach a wider audience, such as children who cannot read yet, are blind, dyslexic, and graphia disabled readers. The work methods used are pre-production, production, and post-production. This research is a collaboration between lecturers across study programs and students of multimedia engineering technology publishing as a form of independent campus learning application. Due to this, the river water looks cloudy and not clear. An easy method is needed to reduce the impact of this organic waste pollution. Photocatalysts are known for their ability to destroy organic pollutants which are environmentally friendly, cheap, and have the potential to be widely developed on a large scale. The principal mechanism of photocatalyst are generating the hydroxyl radicals (OH), which act as strong oxidants to mineralize organic contaminants. A handy sprayimmobilization method of TiO2 powders on the solid plastic buffer has been utilized in a destroying effluent system. The photocatalytic activity of the TiO2-immobilized transparent plastic were evaluated by the degradation of organic contaminant under sunlight irradiation. The titania catalyst have the most potential destroying impact of about 98% after 10 days of sun irradiation. The weaknesses of SR Collection that were found are: they did not have strong brand recognition, the shoebox design was too plain, and the promotion strategy was applied only from person to person, which is not very effective for gaining customers. Customers also identify the SR Collection shoe name with various names. Referring to this phenomenon, it can be concluded that the familiarity of SR Collection shoes is still low. Therefore, it is necessary to design a Brand Identity that can be confirmed by the SR Collection image. The promotion strategy in generating brand placement is applied to highlight and define the SR Collection brand among other competitors. The research method applied in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected through interviews and observations and presented using visual design through concept maps and design boards (mood-boards).
