It is obvious that regional sustainable development will always be compatible with global sustainable development, because the sustainability of the system is ensured by the sustainability of its components. The article implements a vector autoregression model of sustainable development of the Lviv region. The model shows three components of sustainable development: economic, social and environmental, but the skin with them is described by a regression level. The gross regional income of the Lviv region was chosen as the outcome variable for describing the economic component of sustainable development, the available income per person was used as a social variable, and the indicator of environmental protection costs is responsible for the environmental component. Statistical data were collected for the years 2000-2022. The application of a VAR type model makes it possible to investigate the simultaneous mutual influence of three variables that describe the sustainable development of Lviv Oblast. The model meets the requirements of adequacy, the parameters of the model are statistically significant, the lag is one year long. The model was used to forecast gross regional income, income per person and expenses for environmental protection in the Lviv region for the following periods. The VAR model confirmed that the GRP in the previous period has the greatest positive impact on the GRP of Lviv Oblast, the disposable income per person is also most affected by the GRP in the previous period, and the costs for nature protection are the largest amount of these costs in the previous period. At the same time, an increase in the population’s income has a negative effect on GRP, and an increase in the costs of nature protection has a negative effect on the population’s income. For this purpose, the author’s version of the stages of formation of the mechanism of development and management decision-making at the enterprise is recommended, with the allocation of four stages: diagnostic, research, selection of the final version of the decision, and evaluation of the adopted decision. Within the framework of the system approach, a plan for conducting a diagnostic study aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of the management system and the process of making management decisions were proposed. The content and types of competitive advantages of the enterprise are considered and the tasks of the enterprise for relation to creation and management of them are defined. The basic and modern concepts of formation of competitive advantages of enterprises are described, and it is established that under present conditions of economic activity competitive are those enterprises, that in their activity use innovations, new technologies and conduct cooperation with the aim of finding new sources of competitive advantage. It is suggested that the main competitive advantages include the ability of the enterprise to continuous development through the creation and implementation of innovations, scientific and technological advances, the attraction of intellectual capital, as well as participation in international cooperation and integration. It is believed that these factors will ensure qualitative changes in the activities of enterprises and achieve its competitive position in the international market. Based on the conceptual approach, a modern paradigm of competitive advantage is formed, which, unlike the others, includes an innovative and technological and global-cooperative concept. Globalization processes of the world economy significantly change the conditions of the functioning of enterprises. The rapid economic development of the world economy requires constant adaptation to changes in it and the search for qualitatively new sources of economic growth and sources of ensuring competitiveness on the international market, which becomes an objective condition for effective enterprise management. The urgent problem remains the low competitiveness of domestic enterprises and Ukrainian products, given the change in the paradigm of ensuring the competitive advantages of enterprises on the global market. It was established that, in addition to economic and scientific development, financial operations acceleration and stimulation of human potential development, digitalization is a catalyst for real threats to the state economic security in the digital sphere. The advantages and disadvantages of the development, exploitation and existence of digital infrastructure in wartime are summarized. The peculiarities of the use of strikes on digital infrastructure and the use of digital technologies in the course of modern conventional wars were analyzed. It was determined that risks and threats to the state economic security in the digital sphere are an effective modern tool for waging wars and defending geopolitical interests. It was assessed the preconditions and historical course of the main digital threats to the Ukrainian economy caused by the aggressor state actions. It was proved that digital transformation, firstly, contributes to increasing the state economic security level and the resilience of the national economy to external and internal challenges and threats, and secondly, acts as a source of additional risks and dangers in the digital sphere. The dynamics of Russian cyberattacks against Ukraine as key threats to the state economic security in the digital sphere was analyzed. It was proved the effectiveness of counteracting risks and threats to Ukraine’s economic security in the digital sphere in times of war due to the rapid digital transformation of the national economy and the digitalization reserves implementation. The main directions of minimizing risks and threats to the economic security of Ukraine in the digital sphere in the war conditions are determined. The priority of proactive ensuring of Ukraine’s economic security with the advantage of a qualitative approach over a quantitative one in the development of both digital damage and protection systems was substantiated. The key competencies that the personnel of the enterprise should have are analyzed. The directions of improving communicative competence as the main factor of a modern enterprise in the conditions of fierce competition are considered. The service organization process requires special competencies from the staff, the possession of which ensures in practice a well-coordinated and uninterrupted process of the full functioning of all services, and many of these competencies are invisible to the client, but only as long as the enterprise meets its expectations. The success of a modern enterprise depends on how well employees can meet customer needs. Therefore, first of all, it is necessary to determine the level of qualification and types of skills required for a particular position, and train employees to be competent. If the managers of the enterprise are fully competent to perform tasks, then their job satisfaction will increase. The study found that high employee job satisfaction in the workplace can improve the quality of customer service and eliminate such negative factors as long time spent on handling customer complaints, loss of reputation, and low level of employee motivation to work. Also, the article considers the importance of evaluating the effectiveness of training staff. To evaluate the effectiveness of professional development, it is suggested to evaluate not only economic indicators such as labor productivity, income, profit, but also to use evaluation of training programs by managers and employees themselves. Evaluation of the effectiveness of employee training is based on feedback information received from employees who have completed the training. When evaluating training, it is also necessary to evaluate the manager’s satisfaction with the subordinate employee who has completed the training. To achieve professional success, it is necessary to constantly develop. If the company’s personnel does not acquire new knowledge, its competitive advantage will gradually be lost. Continuous training of personnel indicates the achieved success in the field of human resources management and, as a result, increasing the level of their labor potential. It has been proven that the possibilities of forming a complex innovation management system depend on a significant number of factors. It has been found that determining the need and possibility of managing innovative processes in a business entity allows identifying its real needs, and they can be divided into the needs of the external environment, the needs of the internal environment, and the actual needs of the innovation process as an independent object of management. It is proven that in the conditions of global challenges, the formation of the strategy of the business entity should be aimed at solving the tasks of prospective production and technological development. This type of development is, in fact, a versatile, multifaceted activity that covers almost the entire internal economic environment of the subject. It is substantiated that the innovation strategy is the most important link of the subject's economic strategy and determines its content and direction in many cases. The stages of formation of an innovative strategy of a business entity are determined. A model of formation and implementation of an innovative strategy of a business entity has been developed. It has been proven that the strategic management of innovations of a business entity consists in the timely concentration of efforts on the development and use of promising achievements of scientific and technical development and the timely provision of resources for the dynamics of innovations for the benefit of the achievement of the goals of the business entity and the creation of conditions for its long-term effective activity.\u0000Methodology. The methodological basis of the article is a complex of methods, which includes methods of scientific knowledge, analysis and synthesis, systematization and scientific abstraction. The scientific basis of the conducted research is the scientific development of Ukrainian and foreign scientists in the field of innovation in the conditions of global challenges.\u0000Results. It is justified that the innovation policy of the business entity should correspond to the nature and scale of its activity, be documented, and also accessible to innovators and responsible performers. The leading role of the supply chain of agricultural products in logistics is emphasized and the scenarios of its development under the influence of external factors are considered. At the same time, the main aspects of the restoration of supply chains, taking into account large-scale military operations on the territory of Ukraine, are highlighted in such areas as transparency in the supply chain, availability of stocks, realistic demand of the end consumer, etc. In addition, it has been proven that logistics is one of the key elements of the development of the state'seconomy in general and the agricultural industry in particular. It has been determined and proven that the prospects for the development of the logistics services market in Ukraine directly depend on the state of the country's economy as a whole. In the process of writing the article, one's own vision of the functioning and peculiarities of logistics chain management in conditions of uncertainty and the influence of negative trends was proposed. These trends include: a decrease in export and import volumes due to the blockade of ports; changing the structure of logistics flow directions; a significant increase in risks and unforeseen threats to the supply of goods. It was found that international financial organizations act as a key mechanism for regulating the international monetary and financial system, as well as the main source of providing financial, technical and analytical assistance to countries on the way to socio-economic transformations. The special role of Ukraine's financial relations with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) against the background of the need to resist full-scale armed aggression was determined, and a retrospective analysis of the fund's program implementation since 1994 was conducted. The organization of IMF financing through the distribution of SDRs between countries and lending at interest rates, the rates of which are determined by the average rates in effect for loan funds in the world's leading currencies, and loans through the Resilience and Sustainability Trust (RST) credit trust were studied. The decisive role of lending by international institutions in the growth of the constantly growing foreign debt of countries has been clarified. The dynamics of the specific weight of countries that in modern conditions are experiencing a critical situation related to indebtedness, or have a high risk of the appearance of the specified situation, have been analyzed. It is substantiated that receiving credit tranches from the IMF has both positive and negative consequences of a long-term nature, and their main aspects are highlighted. The size and social significance of this market determine the need to ensure its proper functioning as a whole system, but the systemic approach to marketing in general and to that of a specific industry remains underdeveloped. Marketing policy still mainly relies on the classical marketing mix, developing in the framework of marketing management approach that is in the micro-framework. Thus, issues related to societal interests in the functioning of markets, such as ensuring sustainability, development of human capital, and quality of life, remain without a proper apparatus of studying and action, on the margin of interests of market actors. Based on the systematisation and generalisation of specific features of the pharmaceutical market and using the apparatus and approaches of macro marketing, the general structure of the marketing system is shaped grounded in a specific difference in mechanisms of creation and delivery of consumer value, attributed to the mechanism of drug prescription. Therefore, two interconnected subsystems of the pharmaceutical market marketing system are suggested: prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) drugs. Managing the first subsystem requires the use of approaches and tools inherent in B2B marketing. The creation and realisation of consumer value here is based on the objective needs of end consumers and is strongly influenced by the expert and professional environment. Taking into account the importance of the pharmaceutical market for ensuring social well-being, the need to create new pharmaceutical products may not always be justified by the significance of the market size, anticipating the need for non-market financing, support from market externalities The subsystem relies both the mechanisms of competition and that of cooperation; uses innovative management and marketing, to a certain extent this subsystem depends on the ability to ensure network of interaction between market participants. Such features of the first subsystem obviously have an impact on the second, where the need to ensure social well-being determines the general direction and sets guidelines and restrictions for marketing programmes of individual market participants. The effective functioning of the whole system is based on a combination of mechanisms of cooperation, vital considering a strong need for externalities, and competitive marketing based on specific characteristics of the pharmaceutical industry and market. It was found that in a dynamic business environment, the ability of enterprises to quickly and effectively adapt is a critical success factor that requires a clear strategy. Thus, systematic strategic planning has grown to the point where its main value lies in helping businesses operate successfully in a dynamic and complex environment and navigate an increasingly unpredictable environment. It is justified that social, environmental and economic indicators are considered simultaneously as a whole, and not independently, as a means of conducting business through obtaining profit, promoting the efficiency of the enterprise, involvement in social harmony and environmental protection, which can help to find practical recommendations and theoretical foundations, that will help businesses grow, thrive and stay in business.\u0000It is substantiated that the top management of manufacturing small and medium-sized enterprises should realise the need for systematic strategic planning of foreign economic activity, which can lead to an improvement in sustainable productivity. In addition, since strategic business innovation is crucial for the sustainability of manufacturing enterprises and is a significant source of competitive advantage, additional attention should be paid to the development of an innovative culture within the enterprise. This indicates that these practices must exist for this culture to emerge.
