{"title":"The Intention to Hoard Food and Help during Covid-19 Pandemic","authors":"H. This policy causes people to tend to hoard food to anticipate food shortages. In addition, this policy creates empathy among the community to help others because some people have difficulty earning income. This study determines the effect of subjective norms (SN), perceived behavior control (PBC), health awareness (HAW), perceived social support (PSS), and religiosity (RE) on the intention in hoarding food (INHF) and helping people (INHP)  during restrictions. The respondents comprised 436 people from 22 provinces in Indonesia. Hypotheses were tested using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method with Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) software. The results showed that SNHF affected INHF, while PBCHF and PBCHP positively affected the INHF and INHP. Moreover, PSS had a positive impact on the INHP, HAW negatively affected INHF and INHP, while RE does not affect INHF and INHP. Religious disruption as an impact of that condition is actually responded well by the Pesantren Al-Hikmah 1 as salafy-modern pesantren through strengthening moderate values and characters in the perspective of Sayyid Muhammad bin Alawy al-Māliky. By using a qualitative-descriptive approach, this study would analyze the process of internalization and dissemination of the values of religious moderation at the Pesantren Al-Hikmah 1, the teaching of tolerance reflected in the management of Pesantren Al-Hikmah 1, and the social interaction of the santri with the surrounding society in the Benda Village. Likewise, he is an ordinary human being who has the right to biological needs, which requires more attention from the government in terms of regulations or policies that regulate the needs of a biologist.The first problem is regarding government policies related to prisoners’ sexual needs. The second one is the fulfilment of sexual needs in the perspective of the aim of punishment. This research method uses a normative juridical method, namely by analyzing the data qualitatively, meaning that the data obtained which leads to a theoretical study in the form of principles, legal doctrines and the contents of legal rules are first described systematically. This policy regarding imprisonment is still the alternative that is most often applied by law enforcers, which results in correctional institutions becoming over-capacity/overcrowded so that the sentencing process is not optimal, one of which is regarding the fulfillment of biological rights and creates a sense of lack of justice in it, in order to achieve a social policies, criminal policies, and law enforcement policies that are optimal and just, must be oriented to the aspired values. The aim is to find out and explain the role of the Kampar Regency Government in empowering blacksmith craftsmen. The collection of data and information was done through observation, interviews and documentation with qualitative data analysis methods. The results of the study prove that the role of the government in fostering the home industry of blacksmiths is as a coordinator by issuing various policies, as a facilitator (coordination, synchronization, and control) stimulator (integrating investment programs), and as a mediator (intermediary) cooperation with other business actors can be in the form of providing raw materials and marketing of handicrafts. The conclusion of this study is that the government plays a role in fostering blacksmiths as a policy-making coordinator, as a facilitator for business and environmental development, as a stimulator by opening up investment opportunities for companies.This article discusses the home industry ofblacksmith crafts which is aform of community business that can be empowered by thegovernment. Indicators in national higher education standards need to be reviewed annually. The object of this research is the LPPM of the Universitas Islam Bandung (Unisba), using a quantitative approach with a survey method. Primary data were collected through questionnaires to the partner population through cluster sampling, internal samples of 191 and external samples of 87. Data analysis was descriptive with parametric statistical tests as descriptions on a Likert scale with eight sub-indicators of a satisfaction survey. Secondary data was collected through focus group discussions on internal and external stakeholders. The results showed that most of the respondents were satisfied with the management of research and community service managed by LPPM Unisba. Although this village has the resources to produce electricity independently, not all residents are willing to use this energy for various reasons. This study aims to formulate consumption patterns of MHP users in rural areas based on socio-economic characteristics in development communication theory. To achieve this, quantitative research approaches and methods are used through the Near Ideal Linear Approximation Demand (LA/AIDS) system model using microdata from a survey that targets all residents in Seloliman Village up to fifty-three heads of families. This study will create a strategy for universities in fulfilling Human Resources needs, especially in the Islamic Finance Industry using the ANP method. Based on the results of interviews with seven experts, it shows that the aspect of the field of Fiqh Muamalah is a priority for HR needs in Islamic Financial Institutions. Therefore, the main strategy in meeting human resources following the needs of the Islamic finance industry is the development of a curriculum that is continuously updated, especially in the field of scientific studies of fiqh muamalah where universities prepare human resources by increasing cooperation with the Islamic finance industry to conduct joint research and improve internship programs for students. This study aims to analyze the pattern of land change over a period of 20 years in the Cimanuk Hulu watershed. The method employed is the confrontation between land-use patterns in 2000 and 2020. Landsat imagery through ERDAS Imagine 8.5 Software is used to analyze the classification of land use patterns from 2000 to 2020. Based on the analysis results, there has been an increase in land for settlements by 6.28 percent and water bodies by 2.35 percent. This is due to the construction of the Jatigede reservoir, while the allocation of rice fields decreased by 3.71 percent. For 20 years, there has been a change in land-use patterns by land conversion. This presents a challenge for the development in the Upper Cimanuk watershed area. In reality, in Lakbok District, local wisdom still plays an important role in rice farming in Tidal rice fields. This study aims to determine the existence and role of local wisdom in lowland rice cultivation in Tidal rice field and to find out the fading of local wisdom in the lowland rice farming system in Lakbok, Ciamis Regency. This qualitative research method and case study technique are conducted on indigenous people in Lakbok District, Ciamis Regency during 2018-2020. Four traditional leaders are selected as informants and interviewed in-depth, and 47 rice farmers are involved in the focus group discussion. Primary data are collected, selected, and coded, then analyzed dialectically and constructed visually into internalized patterns. The results reveal that local wisdom exists in the form of planting schedule (when to seed, plant, and harvest), water management, planting (cultivation techniques), land management and inheritance, harvest management, and post-harvest handling. These local rules that have been passed down from generation to generation are institutionalized collectively regarding traditional leaders (kasepuhan). Local wisdom exists and plays a role in the management of lowland rice farming systems and assists farmers in managing water, stabilizing production/productivity, and maintaining the integrity of paddy fields. However, its existence is increasingly eroded in the whole rice farming system (agribusiness).
