Nowadays, the world is experiencing climate change and water pollution which can have bad impact on many aspects. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between media synchronicity and task performance and communication performance in rehabilitating rivers from domestic waste in the Citarum Harum program. This study uses survey and the withdrawal technique uses multi-clustering, by choosing an area that is very close to the river which is the target of the Citarum Harum Program. The population is taken from two villages in Bandung Regency with heavily polluted river water quality status and uses multiple correlation coefficients and structural equation modeling partial least squares 3 as the data analysis technique. It shows a weak relationship between communication process variables and task performance and a negative relationship between the effects of moderation on communication performance. So, it is necessary to develop further models to improve these sub-variables.","PeriodicalId":106162,"journal":{"name":"MIMBAR : Jurnal Sosial dan Pembangunan","volume":"60 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114647778","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to analyze the process of collaborative governance in the development of the Ujungpangkah Mangrove (MUP) Essential Ecosystem Area (KEE) in Gresik Regency, East Java which has been established by the Governor of East Java in 2020. Collaboration between government and non-government is seen from the aspect of their respective roles each stakeholder, common understanding and goals, clarity of roles and responsibilities of each party, commitment of stakeholders in carrying out roles and responsibilities, reciprocal relationships and dependencies as well as potential conflicts and efforts made to resolve these conflicts for the sustainability of KEE-MUP as an ecotourism destination. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results show that the dynamics of collaborative governance are not good, this can be seen from the unclear understanding and common goals among stakeholders. The collaboration scheme carried out by the government to build trust and commitment in the development of KEE must be carried out so that the roles of each stakeholder are clearly known. With these facts, common perceptions between stakeholders are needed as well as arrangements for rights and obligations in effective management, each stakeholder must bear the costs of managing KEE which is his responsibility, and is entitled to benefit from managing KEE through activities that are legally justified. As well as a partnership mechanism between stakeholders in the management of KEE, the mechanism for sharing costs and benefits must be regulated in a transparent, fair and fulfilling the principle of equality.","PeriodicalId":106162,"journal":{"name":"MIMBAR : Jurnal Sosial dan Pembangunan","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128851533","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This article aims to describe the economy of oil palm smallholders in post-conflict Aceh. The data for this study were gathered through observation, interviews, and a review of the relevant literature. This study found that oil palm plantations were one of the industries that helped the people of North Aceh get back on their feet economically after the conflict. The peaceful conditions in post-conflict Aceh propelled the former GAM combatants to plunge into the oil palm plantation sector because the potential for land was quite wide. The success of the oil palm plantation activities by former GAM combatants encouraged the community to participate in planting oil palm so that the area of oil palm plantations continued to increase in North Aceh, and then the community's economy also increased. These conditions strengthened peace because GAM combatants successfully switched from conflict-related activities to economic ones.","PeriodicalId":106162,"journal":{"name":"MIMBAR : Jurnal Sosial dan Pembangunan","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127464862","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
