The purpose of this paper is to explore the development of research related to the risks and potential benefits of infrastructure development, especially toll road construction. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) from various reference sources of reputable scientific articles and also relevant books. Reference sources come from various years of publication and also various countries. The results of the study explain that the risks of infrastructure development (especially toll roads) consist of economic risks; environment; construction, social, political. Apart from risks, potential benefits were also found that could be explored in the implementation of the development. In the future, research that can be developed is related to the analysis of social and political risks of infrastructure development, especially by involving community participation in policy decision-making in developing countries.","PeriodicalId":106162,"journal":{"name":"MIMBAR : Jurnal Sosial dan Pembangunan","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114287114","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Understanding the model of healthy living behavior is critical for virus prevention. The purpose of this research is to develop a model of healthy living behavior based on Islamic teachings and to organize priority levels based on Islamic healthy living behavior. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used in this study to determine the ranking or priority of the model by comparing the objectives based on the collective opinion of health experts. Data are gathered through literature reviews, interviews, and questionnaires. The ranking of lifestyle models is based on four specialist doctors’ opinions, and the respondents who live healthy lifestyles are 34 administrators of the Bandung campus mosque. According to the study’s findings, a healthy life model based on Islamic teachings includes a healthy body, a healthy soul, and guaranteed sustenance. The order of Islamic healthy behavior and values based on AHP is as follows: No Overeating for 68.18%; Reading the Qur’an for 8.15%; Giving alms for 6.98%; Repent and purify oneself for 5.61%; Fasting for 4.99%; Tahajjud Prayer for 4.49%; Friendship for 0.83%; Drinking honey for 0.44%; and Duha prayer for 0.33%.","PeriodicalId":106162,"journal":{"name":"MIMBAR : Jurnal Sosial dan Pembangunan","volume":"68 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121568566","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, many institutions that should be involved in handling it do not even notice they are involved. The impact has been an increased in cases and inconsistencies in prevention and control of HIV/AIDS. Accordingly, this study intends to explore why some agencies do not notice their involvement in HIV/AIDS prevention and control. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenology approach due to the reason that the researchers want to comprehend, study in-depth, and elaborate what caused the stakeholders’ loss of consistency in HIV/AIDS prevention and control. The results expose that numerous stakeholders do not notice their agencies are part of the AIDS Commission management because of the following factors: unclear Work System Organization (SOTK), lack of budget availability, and incompatibility of the HIV/AIDS program with the institutions’ strategic planning. Therefore, the consistency of collaboration between stakeholders involved is essential in suppressing HIV/AIDS cases.","PeriodicalId":106162,"journal":{"name":"MIMBAR : Jurnal Sosial dan Pembangunan","volume":"53 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114330085","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research uses a qualitative method with an ethnographic research type. Pierre Bourdieu’s theory is used to analyze political phenomena in the power struggle in Tidore. The research findings show that “toma loa se banari “philosophy is one of the important elements in the victory of elite in local leader election. Moreover, clan mobilization in communal society in Tidore is very influential for the victory of the leader since the majority of voters are cultural people who are submissive and obedient to Tidore’s local wisdom values. The hope for democracy in the future is that the values of local wisdom will continue to exist in creating the quality of democracy at the local level.","PeriodicalId":106162,"journal":{"name":"MIMBAR : Jurnal Sosial dan Pembangunan","volume":"75 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115738674","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research method used is normative juridical by researching legal principles, legal systematics, level of legal synchronization, legal history, and legal comparison. The result of this research indicates that the position of the circular in the positive legal system in Indonesia is not a regulation (regeling) or a state administrative decision (beschikking). There was disharmony of regulations between this Circular of the Minister of Health and several related laws and regulations above. Disharmony occurs because this circular has become a new norm that contradicts the Regulation of the Minister of Health as well as the Regulation of the Indonesian Medical Council which regulates telemedicine services between health facilities. Business actors in developing countries tend to have mixed motivation. Entrepreneurial motivation affects the growth of a number of businesses in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, particularly in Gunungkidul District. This study has three objectives: to define the entrepreneurial motivation using Exploratory Factorial Analysis, to determine the level of entrepreneurial motivation, and to test the effect of entrepreneurial motivation on business growth of indigenous enterprises in Gunungkidul District using simple linear regression. This study applies a quantitative approach with a mixed data collection method. Quantitative data are collected using a questionnaire, while qualitative data are collected through in-depth interviews with indigenous enterprises and the Office of Industry and Trade. This study employs purposive sampling with the following criterion: entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized industries (known as Industri Kecil Menengah) in the field of craft and fashion business.
