Dobrydnev","doi":"10.17213/0136-3360-2022-3-107-119","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17213/0136-3360-2022-3-107-119","url":null,"abstract":"A schematic thermal diagram of a prototype of a trigeneration heat and power complex has been developed, which combines an internal combustion engine, absorption and vapor compression heat pumps and an electric generator, which make it possible to effectively use the heat of organic fuel to transform low-grade heat sources for heating and the production of electrical energy for power supply. It is also possible to generate cold, this function is carried out when the evaporator is connected to the consumer's cooling system. Theoretical studies were carried out with some initial data. For the initial development of the concept, a trigeneration heat and power complex prototype was devel-oped, the assembly results were presented, and the results of the tests were described. Comparison of theoretical and experimental studies of the prototype were made. The final scheme has been developed and presented, which is an op-timized design that allows you to combine all the elements into one design, which significantly reduces the metal con-sumption. All calculations and experimental studies were aimed at the efficient use of organic fuel for the transfor-mation of heat into heating, as this is a key feature of this trigeneration heat and power complex.","PeriodicalId":105792,"journal":{"name":"Известия высших учебных заведений. This fully applies to the electric drives of roll-ing mill stands. When studying such drives, one often needs to find a tradeoff between the complexity of Park-Gorev equation-based mathematical description of processes in variable frequency drives, and the capabilities of simpler models that adequately describe the processes relevant for each specific case. The latter include the known dual-mass model of the electromechanical system of a rolling mill stand featuring a flexible shaft and gaps in transmissions. Research presented herein covers the parameters of this model, which need to be ob-tained experimentally. The most accurate way to find the model parameters is to derive them from the oscillo-grams sampled on the object when running in typical transient. This particular paper addresses the electrome-chanical system of the horizontal stand in Plate Mill 5000 deployed at Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK PJSC). The paper substantiates the methodology behind parametrizing the system and shows how to cal-culate the moments of inertia of rotating masses from oscillograms of unloaded drive acceleration. To showcase the method, the paper presents finding the stiffness factor of an elastic coupling from the transients recorded when halting the electric drive. Focus is made on finding the time constants of the internal torque control cir-cuit as approximated by first-order or second-order filters. By comparing the simulation output against the os-cillograms sampled on the mill itself, the model was proven to adequately compute the parameters of the object. The paper concludes with recommendations on how the developed methods could be used to find the parame-ters of a dual-mass system when modeling the electric drives in rolling mills. In powerful drag conveyors, in conditions of limited equipment in terms of dimensions, a multi-motor electric drive is used, including from two to four electric motors. The load imbalance between the motors in such an electric drive is its main problem. In order to solve this problem, the existing methods of load balancing in a multi-motor electric drive have been analyzed and a strategy for a variable frequency drive with vector control of sev-eral motors based on the \"master-slave\" principle has been proposed. In this case, the main motor is controlled by the speed controller, and the slave motor is controlled using the torque command strategy. This control scheme has been implemented in the MATLAB/Simulink environment. The simulation results showed that the master-slave control mode can solve the problem of the load leveling of the drag conveyor in all modes of its operation, thereby increasing the life of the drag conveyor, reducing equipment wear, and thus increasing the efficiency of mine production.","PeriodicalId":105792,"journal":{"name":"Известия высших учебных заведений. As a source of infor-mation about an object, its simulation model and acceptable ranges of object parameters are used. The map-ping under study combines the simulation model function and the gauging function. All this makes it possible to turn the task of training the classifier to the task of finding the image of the mapping. The proposed approach to the solution of the problem is based on the maximization of the informativity of points, approximating the boundary of the area. The area of the required domain and the absolute deviation of the lengths of the edges forming the boundary of the domain from their average value serve as the informativity criterion. The proposed approach is applied to solve the problem of differentiating the operation modes of an object by constructing an image of the mapping and finding its boundary line. The results of the algorithm are analyzed, its advantages and disadvantages are presented. Obtained images of mappings can be used as the basis of a classifier of ob-ject operation modes. As with power supply from a current source, it causes instability of static conditions of IFAD equilibrium. Experimentally, a mechanical characteristic of a single-phase asynchronous motor was obtained on a mathematical model with the assumption of vanishingly small pulsations of the rotation speed. The stator winding is located on the inner and outer cores of the magnetic system. The working fluid is a well-conducting liquid moving at a constant speed along the length of the channel. Since the generator is one of the elements of a complex installation the problem of optimizing it should be coordinated with a similar problem for the installation as a whole. This is done with the help the parameters common to all installation elements. Such parameters are the speed and flow rate of the working fluid. We describe the calculation algorithm with the use of computer technology. The efficiency and specific gravity of the generator are accepted as optimality criteria.
