It consists of an aggregate of synchronous generators on permanent magnets located on a wind turbine with the vertical ax of rotation and a row of wave electro energy options, on-shore near it. The power-station works on the DC voltage buses, which the dynamic loading, storage battery and electrolyzer are connected to. Elektrolyzer is intended for the receipt of hydrogen from salt water, which further can be used as a fuel and, in addition carries out the role of stabilizing tension on buses. On the modelling results the degree of accordance to the real object is estimated and conclusions about the possibility of its application for research in the on-shore electro energy system are drawn.","PeriodicalId":105792,"journal":{"name":"Известия высших учебных заведений. This model makes it possible to study the motion of the actuators and the moving object, taking into account the elastic force interactions when changing the parameters of the mechanical part and the mass, the movement of the load. It is shown that when obtaining a mathematical description, it is allowed not to take into account the influence of longitudinal defor-mations of the manipulator elements and to consider oscillatory processes in the mechanical part only taking into account the bending of the arm and arm of the manipulator. The ranges of changes in the values of the moments of inertia of the arm and shoulder of the manipulator when changing their position in space are given.","PeriodicalId":105792,"journal":{"name":"Известия высших учебных заведений. The computational method is based on calculating the spatial configu-ration of the electromagnetic field by dividing the conductive system into sections and calculating the spatial and current coefficients of influence from a single current. Using real currents in electrical equipment in calculations obtained for example from fault recorders, the method makes it possible to determine the spatial position and orientation of equipment with an acceptable level of electromagnetic influence.","PeriodicalId":105792,"journal":{"name":"Известия высших учебных заведений. Having identified the step, it is possible to carry out a proactive correction of the PI-controller coefficients. It is shown that the optimal settings of the PI controller are those that, under a given disturbing effect, provide a minimum of the area under the current curve of electric drive to cutting. It has been determined that it is expedient to use statistical, metric methods, methods of correlation analysis, as well as neural network methods as metrics of the space of templates and fragments of the initial section of the experimental curve of small dimension.","PeriodicalId":105792,"journal":{"name":"Известия высших учебных заведений. The design method of the digital automatic control systems in the conditions of uncertainty is offered. The decision is received with application of the asymptotic observers and control on state and impact under conditions of full controllability and observability of the controlled objects. This control provides the necessary performance of the control systems. The digital devices algorithm of digital control system is received by sampling of the found control. The efficiency of the developed method is shown on the numerical example. Ap-proaches to forecasting the state of the driving synchronous electric motors of technological installations as discrete stochastic systems that provide reliable information on the state in an on-line mode have been considered. A logical-probabilistic diagnostic model of the decision-making system on the need for technical diagnostics procedures has been formed. The proposed method has been tested on synchronous machines of the STD-12500-2 type, which operate as drive electric motors for gas-pumping units at linear compressor stations of the main gas transport.","PeriodicalId":105792,"journal":{"name":"Известия высших учебных заведений.
