The dependences of the starting current value, the starting time of the SC and the maximum efforts in the TE are obtained depending on the start-up rate and the conveyor load. An algorithm for the frequency start-up of the SC has been developed, which ensures the reduction of dynamic loads in the con-veyor electric drive. The model experiment showed that in order to reduce the starting currents and limit the ef-forts in maintenance to safe values while maintaining the conveyor performance, it is necessary to change the intensity of the frequency change at the output of the frequency converter (FC) when starting the conveyor as a function of the conveyor load.","PeriodicalId":105792,"journal":{"name":"Известия высших учебных заведений. In order to develop a method for the generalized design of an induction levitator, taking into account the parameters of current modes and forces, design indicators were determined. The obtained analytical ex-pressions of the indicators are analyzed and their numerical values are found, the knowledge of which is necessary when solving the problems of designing electrical apparatus with induction levitation elements. Based on the analysis of existing theories and calculations of electrical apparatus with levitation elements, the general indicators necessary for design have been established. A static model is determined that most ac-curately reproduces the current-voltage characteristic of a real fuel cell. A method for tuning it according to the experimental I - V characteristic by the least squares method is proposed. A method for its adjustment ac-cording to the experimental I - V characteristic by the method of gradient descent is proposed. A modified elec-trical equivalent circuit of a fuel cell has been developed, which simulates its dynamic response, taking into ac-count the damping effect of eddy currents during operation of a stack of fuel cells on a pulse voltage converter. A method is proposed for determining the parameters of the model from the experimental oscillograms of the current and voltage of the stack. The most common type of multi-motor conveyor is considered here: two-drive, with head and end drives connected through gearboxes and sprockets by an endless chain with scrapers. The simulation results are presented for three variants of com-binations of parameters of electric drives. It has been established that the use of a two-motor variable frequen-cy drive of a scraper conveyor powered by a single frequency converter inevitably entails uneven loading of the electric motors of the head and end drives. To eliminate this disadvantage, it is proposed to supply each electric motor from its own frequency converter. A system of automatic load balancing is proposed. Application of two observers to find the asymptotic es-timates of the nonlinearity and the state vector of the object is the main feature of the developed approach. The problem of designing is solved on the basis of the discrete-time model of the object with application of the con-trol on output and impacts and the standard normalized transfer functions. It allows to provide the required indicators of quality both in established, and in a transient mode. The numerical example illustrates effectiveness of the developed method. A method for estimating the accuracy of the computed solution of the SLAE and the nature of the influence of the given accuracy of the low-rank approximation of the matrix of un-knowns on the upper limit of the relative forward error of the computed solution of the SLAE are shown. Using a model problem as an example, the dependence of the accuracy of calculating the integral characteristics of an electromechanical apparatus on the tolerance of the low-rank approximation of the matrix of unknowns is shown, as well as its effect on the convergence of the process of solving a nonlinear numerical problem. A quantitative assessment of the reduction in the computational complexity of the process of solving a numerical problem and the required amount of computer memory for solving the SLAE is carried out. The example of a symmetric conductor located in an axially symmetric, external alternating magnetic field being given. These currents are closed by displacement currents, which are affected by the magnetic field of conduc-tion currents in a conductor producing the Abraham force. It is shown that the alternating magnetic field created by the displacement currents has no effect on the conduction currents in the conductor. The only magnetic force, the av-erage value of which for the period of oscillations of the external magnetic field is not equal to zero, is the self-action force with which the conductor acts on itself. The sum of Abraham's forces and self-action is equal to zero which cor-responds to the law of conservation of momentum. When developing the criteria, phase voltages and currents calculated at the beginning of the line were used. An analysis of changes in these parameters has been made, with the place of the fault initiation being moved. Interpolating functions have been developed that make it pos-sible to calculate the location of damage and the error in determining the location of damage. The calculations con-firmed the criteria accuracy for any parameters of the 35-10-6 kV network.
