The dependences of the starting current value, the starting time of the SC and the maximum efforts in the TE are obtained depending on the start-up rate and the conveyor load. An algorithm for the frequency start-up of the SC has been developed, which ensures the reduction of dynamic loads in the con-veyor electric drive. The model experiment showed that in order to reduce the starting currents and limit the ef-forts in maintenance to safe values while maintaining the conveyor performance, it is necessary to change the intensity of the frequency change at the output of the frequency converter (FC) when starting the conveyor as a function of the conveyor load.","PeriodicalId":105792,"journal":{"name":"Известия высших учебных заведений. Abstract
A simulation mathematical model of the SC electric drive is presented, which makes it possible to study the pro-cesses of frequency start-up and evaluate the effect of the intensity of frequency change at the output of the fre-quency converter on the maximum values of the starting current and efforts in the traction element (TE) with dif-ferent loading of the conveyor.
