The dependence between the components of stress tensors and the magnetic permeability incre-ments is linear and it is described by the two parameters of magnetoelastic sensitivity which are determined experi-mentally for a specific material, using a special technique. The increment of induction at the point of the magnetic circuit is proportional to both the increment of the magnetic permeability tensor components and the increment of the magnetic field stress due to its redistribution between the magnetic circuit sections. Approximation of the sensor’s magnetic circuit by the equivalent circuits with the lumped parameters sections has been used. The mechanical characteris-tics describing the properties of the generator in this mode are represented by stable - ascending and unstable – descending branches. The expansion of the operating frequency range of the generator is achieved by increasing the length of the stable branch of characteristics, for which it is necessary to minimize the scattering inductance by switching to magnetic systems with open slots and coil winding on the stator and an alternating-pole magnetic system with permanent magnets on the rotor. To increase the number of poles and use the higher harmonics of the armature field, in particular the third, as the working one is recommended for increasing the electromotive force and power of the generator at the lower limit of the operating frequency range. The mechanical characteristics of the generator are used to determine its electromagnetic moment when substituting into the equation of motion of the drive to simulate the motion of its operation. Tkachev","doi":"10.17213/0136-3360-2022-1-3-12","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17213/0136-3360-2022-1-3-12","url":null,"abstract":"The problem of modeling transient and steady-state periodic processes in an inductive element of an electrical circuit, which is an inductor with a magnetic system made of electrical steel, is considered. The analysis of these dynamic pro-cesses is carried out taking into account magnetic hysteresis. The relevance of the problem is determined by the fact that chain models are an effective tool for the study of electrical devices and are widely used in the practice of their design. Therefore, the refinement of such models by taking into account the hysteresis when specifying the characteris-tics of inductive elements, the correction of component equations expands the possibility of their application and in-creases the accuracy of the calculations performed. The Jiles-Atherton model is used for simulation of magnetic hyste-resis. Numerical integration of a differential equation describing dynamic processes in an inductive element is per-formed by explicit and implicit methods, using prediction and correction: Euler, Runge-Kutta and Geer of the 4th or-der. Different methods are compared and the accuracy of the approximate solution is estimated. Numerical simulation is performed in transient modes, as well as with sinusoidal and non-sinusoidal forms of flux in a magnetic system and network voltage. The nature of transient processes at various initial states of a ferromagnetic material in a magnetic system is investigated. The results of the performed research will contribute to the improvement of instrumental meth-ods and models used in the design of electrical and electromechanical devices.","PeriodicalId":105792,"journal":{"name":"Известия высших учебных заведений. Mathematical models of each component are synthesized that are applicable to the dynamic modes of operation for the systems with delay. The problem of controlling an electric motor along the rotor circuit is formulated to perform the main technological operation (implementation of the lifting tachogram (velocity diagram)) with simul-taneous control of the dynamic state of the MWP electromechanical system. The features of building models of MWP components are noted which lead to the need to abandon using the stated above design models of the mechanical transmission devices (reducers) in the mathematical consideration of the processes of starting (braking) of a MWP and the need to consider the hoisting steel rope of a MWP as an object with distributed parameters. The present studies have shown the possibility of the numerical simulation in COMSOL of the simul-taneous action of both the current from the power source and the currents caused by the EMF of rotation. It is pro-posed to set the EMF of rotation indirectly using the internal current density – “Inward current flow” option. Numeri-cal studies have shown the possibility of using the superposition principle in the motor characteristics determination in the operating mode. An appropriate combination of starting mode and braking mode allows obtaining the desired motor speed-torque characteristics. Numerical studies of the motor prototype showed the linearity of the speed-torque characteristics set. A large number of calculated values given in the tables is both a proof of the correctness of the proposed ideas, and is the basis for further research, in particular, torque pulsations during rotor rotation. The re-search results allow assessing the expected characteristics of the motor model and are an integral part of the devel-oped design policy of the torque motor with the tape winding stator.","PeriodicalId":105792,"journal":{"name":"Известия высших учебных заведений. An al-gorithm, the implementation of which makes it possible to establish the pre-failure state of the contact network is de-scribed. Technical solutions have been developed to achieve unlimited autonomy of the proposed complex both in terms of power supply conditions and in terms of data storage volume. The information on the received data pro-cessing technique for the formation of digital prints being given. The proposed devices installation schemes on the wires of the contact network and on the supporting structures consoles are described.
