Mathematical models of each component are synthesized that are applicable to the dynamic modes of operation for the systems with delay. The problem of controlling an electric motor along the rotor circuit is formulated to perform the main technological operation (implementation of the lifting tachogram (velocity diagram)) with simul-taneous control of the dynamic state of the MWP electromechanical system. The features of building models of MWP components are noted which lead to the need to abandon using the stated above design models of the mechanical transmission devices (reducers) in the mathematical consideration of the processes of starting (braking) of a MWP and the need to consider the hoisting steel rope of a MWP as an object with distributed parameters. Abstract

The article considers the problem of creating a computer model (digital twin) of a mine winding plant (MWP) for a single – ended hoist with enlarged main components – an asynchronous electric motor with a phase rotor, a gearbox, a hoisting rope.
