Zelenkov","doi":"10.17213/0136-3360-2021-6-58-64","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"The article discusses a new approach to setting the PI controller coefficients, based on the identification of a class of external unobservable impact - a step of the coal resistance to cutting from the curves initial counts of the electric drive to cutting current and shearer’s feed drive the speed, which are a response to this step. Having identified the step, it is possible to carry out a proactive correction of the PI-controller coefficients. It is shown that the optimal settings of the PI controller are those that, under a given disturbing effect, provide a minimum of the area under the current curve of electric drive to cutting. It has been determined that it is expedient to use statistical, metric methods, methods of correlation analysis, as well as neural network methods as metrics of the space of templates and fragments of the initial section of the experimental curve of small dimension.","PeriodicalId":105792,"journal":{"name":"Известия высших учебных заведений.
