This questionnaire aims to assess the relationship between various chatbot attributes, including usability, language style, and response time, and customer satisfaction within the e-commerce sector. To mitigate issues of multicollinearity and optimize the number of variables within a multiple linear regression model, we employ LASSO regression. Upon conducting hypothesis testing, our findings manifest a positive correlation between the overall chatbot features and customer satisfaction index. Specifically, an increase in the levels of language style and usability is consistent with increased levels of customer satisfaction, with language style exerting a larger effect.","PeriodicalId":104305,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Economics, Management and Political Sciences","volume":"47 11","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141805079","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Specially, it focuses on analyzing how positive or negative sentiment correlated to the trend of stocks. In methodology, this research investigates the predictive power of public sentiment on stock market trend by analyzing users comments on Reddit by utilizing Python Reddit API Wrapper (PRAW) to systematically web-scrape relevant financial discussion from a subreddit called stocks. After the data collecting, preprocessing step is conducted to removing noise and standardize text. Eventually, sentiment analysis is applied to analyze the sentiments of comments by using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. This approach allows for an in-depth examination of the correlation between the sentiments expressed in Reddit comments and subsequent stock price fluctuations by comparing the outcome and the actual price movement. Eventually, through the comparison between the sentiment analysis result and actual stocks movement, the sentiment of public comments shares the same trend with the market movement.","PeriodicalId":104305,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Economics, Management and Political Sciences","volume":"51 19","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141805169","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Different countries have been dramatically changed in their urban structure and environment. The most important thing for the government is to formulate some policies, including developing education and attracting and retaining talent in the city. The government should also focus on making policies to improve social welfare. By considering social, environmental, and economic factors and addressing them, we can strike a balance between economic development and urbanization, creating more sustainable and prosperous cities for the future. This will require government, society, and business combined efforts to achieve better urban life and healthier economic growth. In the meantime, society needs to increase green space. It is also necessary to do an excellent job of environmental protection and reduce industrial ecological pollution. Organizations should also pay attention to protecting the habitat of animals and plants. Society should also build recreational facilities to meet People's Daily consumption needs. Businesses should focus on developing green energy and using clean energy, which can reduce environmental pollution, protect the habitat of wild animals and plants, and reduce the extinction of animals and plants. At the same time, we should also pay attention to sustainable development, and all enterprises whose economic level is declining should pay attention to enterprise transformation.","PeriodicalId":104305,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Economics, Management and Political Sciences","volume":"43 22","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141805395","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Nevertheless, while much attention has been given to its measurement accuracy and immediate components, detrending components and cyclical analyses of GDP constituents, particularly for export-oriented economies like Singapore, remain notably sparse. This investigation delves into this lacuna, utilizing a 21-year dataset from the International Financial Statistics (IFS) and employing detrending methodologies. By contrasting the cyclical influences of consumption and investment on Singapore's GDP from 2000 to 2021, our research unveils the nuanced interplay between these GDP facets. Moreover, through statistical tools, such as standard deviation and correlation, relationships and variations within the data are both visualized and quantified. Consequently, this study not only augments our comprehension of Singapore's economic trajectory but also underscores the importance of expanding academic discussions to encapsulate underrepresented export-heavy economies. This exploration heralds a call for a more inclusive and comprehensive approach in global economic research.","PeriodicalId":104305,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Economics, Management and Political Sciences","volume":"7 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141803801","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This perspective provides new insights for understanding and predicting financial markets. This study examines core concepts in behavioral finance, such as loss aversion, market anomalies, momentum effects, reversal effects, endowment effects, and framing effects, and analyzes how they influence investors' financial decisions. These concepts highlight the significant role of human psychology and behavior in shaping financial decisions, thus aiding investors in making more rational choices in complex financial markets. Loss aversion, for instance, suggests that investors are more sensitive to losses than to gains, leading to suboptimal decision-making. Market anomalies, such as price bubbles and crashes, indicate that markets are not always efficient. Momentum effects suggest that past stock performance can predict future trends, while reversal effects point to the tendency of extreme stock performances to revert to the mean. The endowment effect reveals that individuals value their own possessions more highly than similar items they do not own. Lastly, framing effects demonstrate how the presentation of information can influence decision-making. Future research can delve deeper into how the framing effect can be harnessed to improve the design and marketing strategies of financial products, thereby enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of investment decisions. This exploration could lead to more sophisticated financial products and better-informed investors, ultimately contributing to a more stable and efficient financial market.","PeriodicalId":104305,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Economics, Management and Political Sciences","volume":"2 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141803903","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
