The vehicle configurations, system's specifications, components and system simulation results have been described in detail. In this paper, the result of the simulation is carried out to evaluate the system's performance in the improvement of fuel economy for specified driving schedule for urban route. Each component for vehicle and propulsion system modeling was carried out. This paper describes a short comparison of difference in fuel consumption between a conventional bus of diesel engine with manual transmission and a series hybrid electric bus consisting of a 240 kW electric traction motor-generator with reduction gear and 60 kW GENSET with 3.9 litter diesel engine. Certainly, it is necessary further to transit from extensive way of improvement and development of the transport infrastructure of megapolises by simple increase of the vehicles number to intensive one. Intensive way of transport development means replacement of existing types of city electrically propelled vehicles by more fitted ones and equipped by across-the-line systems to control high power driving motors. However, 1,5 and more times increase of tractional drive power leads to ultimate increase of current load of power lines. The proposition of method segments region of image which is obtained by CCD camera mounted on the mobile robot. Moving robot takes database images on outdoor environment. We classify object to natural and artificial and then define their characteristics individually. In the process, we segment regions included objects by preprocessing. Objects can be recognized when we combine predefined multiple features. In addition, the feature of XCM (X co-occurrence matrix) detect region of tree, where X is information of arbitrary like intensity or hue. So the features use XCM as well as five features which we define. Our method is more effective than conventional region segmentation on outdoor environment because we present the method to combine various features in complex image. It is assumed that ideal mechanical contact occurs between the inclusions and the plate. The inclusion is considered as an elastic plate whose width is much smaller than its length. For the inclusions, boundary conditions are formulated under the assumption that the shear and normal stresses and the derivatives of the displacements are discontinuous at the contact line. Special integral representations of the solution of the problem determined from the boundary conditions at the contact line are constructed. The problem is reduced to a system of integral equations, which is solved by a numerical method. The effect of the stiffness and geometry of the elastic inclusions on the distribution and magnitude of the contact stresses is studied. In order for a source mobile node to send its data to a destination node through other intermediate nodes, mobile ad-hoc routing protocol is required. AODV is the representative routing protocol for mobile ad-hoc network. Fair route relaying load is also important as no one particular mobile node should be unfairly burdened to support many routes and to perform many packet relaying functions. This is an issue about fairness, and even route relaying load can alleviate the possibility of network congestion in ad-hoc network. We propose a LB (load balancing) route discovery method based on AODV (ad-hoc on-demand distance vector routing).
